    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis strategi pemasaran ikan koi di CV. Mizumi Koi Farm dan merumuskan strategi pemasaran menggunakan bauran pemasaran ikan koi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di CV. Mizumi Koi Farm Kecamatan Caringin Kabupaten Sukabumi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa CV. Mizumi Koi Farm telah menerapkan strategi bauran pemasaran dengan baik, masing-masing variabel dapat dijelaskan secara rinci. Pada produk, perusahaan telah menerapkan dimensi kualitas produk dengan baik, seperti kualitas ikan terjamin, jenis dan ukuran ikan koi yang bervariasi, pemberian garansi produk, juga servis atau pelayanan. Harga yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan ikan koi yang kualitasnya sama yang ada di pasaran. Sasaran konsumen perusahaan saat ini yaitu reseller, hobbies, dan petani plasma. Setiap sasaran memiliki perbedaan harga masing-masing. Saluran distribusi yang dilakukan perusahaan ada dua yaitu langsung dan tidak lansung. Letak perusahaan kurang strategis. Promosi yang telah dilakukan perusahaan ada tiga aspek yaitu periklanan, promosi penjualan, dan penjualan personal. Sedangkan untuk tiap strategi yang dibuat berdasarkan hasil observasi diantaranya yaitu, penambahan kapasitas produksi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen. Potongan harga untuk pelanggan tetap.     Student readiness towards interprofessional education based on the hajj health

    Background: Interprofessional education (IPE) Faculty of Medicine and Health Science Maulana Malik Ibrahim State Islamic University (FKIK UIN MMI) were designed based on hajj health and involved prospective pilgrims (CJH) as the target. The program’s goal was to achieve collaboration among health students and support CJH to achieve the istitha’ah condition. Thus student readiness becomes one of the success parameters. This study aims to evaluate the readiness of FKIK UIN MMI students for the hajj health-based IPE program. Methods: Cross-sectional descriptive method was used with the FKIK UIN MMI students class 2018 as the population. Students who undertook the hajj health-based IPE program in 2021 were classified in the inclusion criteria. Meanwhile, the IPE participants that did not fill out the questionnaire were excluded. The questionnaire was adopted from the Readiness for Interprofessional Learning Scale and processed with Microsoft excel. Results: The readiness of 113 students was categorized as "very ready" on the aspect of collaboration and cooperation, also on the positive professional identity subject, with readiness levels of 83.36% and 81.23%, respectively. The percentage of readiness for the negative professional identity aspect was 48.20% and categorized as "quite ready". Professional roles and responsibilities had a score of 708, and were categorized as "ready". Conclusion: FKIK UIN MMI students had a good readiness level for the hajj health-based IPE program. Further studies are needed to examine the factors that emerge as barriers to joint learning between professions. The lecturer's readiness is needed to be evaluated as well

    Petroleum System Modeling of a Fold and Thrust Belt: A Case Study from the Bannu Basin, Pakistan

    This study focused on analyzing the petroleum system of the Bannu Basin, which is the foreland basin of the Himalayan fold and thrust belts in Pakistan. The objectives of this study were achieved by dividing the study area into three zones, namely, the Southwestern zone, Southeastern zone, and Northeastern zone. The regional 2D seismic lines and well log data, including the bore hole temperature (BHT) and petrophysical and geochemical data, were integrated. The seismic interpretations and geohistory plots indicate higher levels of sedimentation and abrupt sedimentation from the Miocene until the Recent era due to the initiation of Himalayan orogeny. The thermal modeling indicates that potential source rocks are present in the basin, whereas the local faults in the Southwestern and Southeastern zones act as potential traps for the preservation of hydrocarbons. It is assumed that the Tredian Formation and Lumshiwal Formation are the potential reservoir rocks in the Southwestern zone, whereas the Warcha Formation and Tredian Formation are the economic reservoirs in the Southeastern zone. However, in the Northeastern zone, no major accumulation is present. The significant sedimentation of post-Miocene formations was the major event for the generation of hydrocarbons and a critical moment for the accumulation of hydrocarbons in the study area

    A Framework and Mathematical Modeling for the Vehicular Delay Tolerant Network Routing

    Vehicular ad hoc networks (VANETs) are getting growing interest as they are expected to play crucial role in making safer, smarter, and more efficient transportation networks. Due to unique characteristics such as sparse topology and intermittent connectivity, Delay Tolerant Network (DTN) routing in VANET becomes an inherent choice and is challenging. However, most of the existing DTN protocols do not accurately discover potential neighbors and, hence, appropriate intermediate nodes for packet transmission. Moreover, these protocols cause unnecessary overhead due to excessive beacon messages. To cope with these challenges, this paper presents a novel framework and an Adaptive Geographical DTN Routing (AGDR) for vehicular DTNs. AGDR exploits node position, current direction, speed, and the predicted direction to carefully select an appropriate intermediate node. Direction indicator light is employed to accurately predict the vehicle future direction so that the forwarding node can relay packets to the desired destination. Simulation experiments confirm the performance supremacy of AGDR compared to contemporary schemes in terms of packet delivery ratio, overhead, and end-to-end delay. Simulation results demonstrate that AGDR improves the packet delivery ratio (5–7%), reduces the overhead (1–5%), and decreases the delay (up to 0.02 ms). Therefore, AGDR improves route stability by reducing the frequency of route failures

    Background There is a substantial gap in provision of adequate surgical care in many low- and middle-income countries. This study aimed to identify the economic burden of unmet surgical need for the common condition of appendicitis. Methods Data on the incidence of appendicitis from 170 countries and two different approaches were used to estimate numbers of patients who do not receive surgery: as a fixed proportion of the total unmet surgical need per country (approach 1); and based on country income status (approach 2). Indirect costs with current levels of access and local quality, and those if quality were at the standards of high-income countries, were estimated. A human capital approach was applied, focusing on the economic burden resulting from premature death and absenteeism. Results Excess mortality was 4185 per 100 000 cases of appendicitis using approach 1 and 3448 per 100 000 using approach 2. The economic burden of continuing current levels of access and local quality was US 92492millionusingapproach1and92 492 million using approach 1 and 73 141 million using approach 2. The economic burden of not providing surgical care to the standards of high-income countries was 95004millionusingapproach1and95 004 million using approach 1 and 75 666 million using approach 2. The largest share of these costs resulted from premature death (97.7 per cent) and lack of access (97.0 per cent) in contrast to lack of quality. Conclusion For a comparatively non-complex emergency condition such as appendicitis, increasing access to care should be prioritized. Although improving quality of care should not be neglected, increasing provision of care at current standards could reduce societal costs substantially

    International audienceThe measurements of the inclusive and differential fiducial cross sections of the Higgs boson decaying to a pair of photons are presented. The analysis is performed using proton-proton collisions data recorded with the CMS detector at the LHC at a centre-of-mass energy of 13 TeV and corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 137 fb1^{−1}. The inclusive fiducial cross section is measured to be σfid=73.45.3+5.4(stat)2.2+2.4(syst) {\sigma}_{\textrm{fid}}={73.4}_{-5.3}^{+5.4}{\left(\textrm{stat}\right)}_{-2.2}^{+2.4}\left(\textrm{syst}\right) fb, in agreement with the standard model expectation of 75.4 ± 4.1 fb. The measurements are also performed in fiducial regions targeting different production modes and as function of several observables describing the diphoton system, the number of additional jets present in the event, and other kinematic observables.     Search for new physics using effective field theory in 13 TeV pppp collision events that contain a top quark pair and a boosted ZZ or Higgs boson

    A data sample containing top quark pairs (ttˉ\mathrm{t\bar{t}}) produced in association with a Lorentz-boosted Z or Higgs boson is used to search for signs of new physics using effective field theory. The data correspond to an integrated luminosity of 138 fb1^{-1} of proton-proton collisions produced at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV at the LHC and collected by the CMS experiment. Selected events contain a single lepton and hadronic jets, including two identified with the decay of bottom quarks, plus an additional large-radius jet with high transverse momentum identified as a Z or Higgs boson decaying to a bottom quark pair. Machine learning techniques are employed to discriminate between ttˉ\mathrm{t\bar{t}}Z or ttˉ\mathrm{t\bar{t}}H events and events from background processes, which are dominated by ttˉ\mathrm{t\bar{t}} + jets production. No indications of new physics are observed. The signal strengths of boosted ttˉ\mathrm{t\bar{t}}Z and ttˉ\mathrm{t\bar{t}}H production are measured, and upper limits are placed on the ttˉ\mathrm{t\bar{t}}Z and ttˉ\mathrm{t\bar{t}}H differential cross sections as functions of the Z or Higgs boson transverse momentum. The effects of new physics are probed using a framework in which the standard model is considered to be the low-energy effective field theory of a higher energy scale theory. Eight possible dimension-six operators are added to the standard model Lagrangian and their corresponding coefficients are constrained via fits to the data
