    Penelitian ini bertolak dari masalah mengenai pengelolaan kelas dalam proses pembelajarandi kelas II SDN Maliku Baru -2, diantaranya ribut saat belajar, bercakap-cakap dengan teman pada saat pelajaran. Oleh karena itu peneliti ingin mengetahui bagaimana pengelolaan kelas dalam proses pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di kelas II sekolah dasar tersebut. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: 1.Bagaimana pengelolaan kelas fisik dan non fisik dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di kelas II SDN Maliku Baru-2? 2. Bagaimana tindakan guru mengatasi masalah pengelolaan kelas dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islamdi kelas IISDN Maliku Baru-2? Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: 1. Mendeskripsikan pengelolaan kelas dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islamdi kelas IISDN Maliku Baru-2. 2. Mendeskripsikan tindakan yang dilakukan guru mengatasi masalah pengelolaan kelas dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islamdi kelas IISDN Maliku Baru-2. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif.subjek dalam penelitian ini adalahsatu orang guru Pendidikan Agama Islam.Adapun informan dalam penelitian ini yaitu satu orang guru dan empat orang siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui, 1. observasi, 2. wawancara, dan 3. dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan 1. data reduction, 2. data display, dan 3. conclusions drawing/verification. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1. pengelolaan kelas yang bersifat fisik meliputi keadaan ruangan tempat belajar, pengaturan tempat duduk ditata dengan kursi siswa menghadap papan tulis serta kursi dan meja guru menghadap kearah siswa, adapun ventilasi udara dan pengaturan cahaya sudah cukup besar sehingga memungkinkan cahaya matahari dan oksigen masuk . pengelolaan kelas yang bersifat non fisik meliputi tipe kepemimpinan guru otoriter dilain hal juga menggunakan pendekatan demokratis, sikap guru dalam mengatasi peserta didik yang melakukan pelanggaran guru selalu sabar dan memberikan teguran kepada siswa yang kurang memperhatikan. Suara guru dalam pengelolaan kelas sudah maksimal dan terdengar oleh siswa. 2. tindakan guru mengatasi masalah siswa tindakan yang bersifat preventif, yaitu mengulang kembali pelajaran yang lalu. tindakan yang bersifat kuratifya itu mendekati dan menegur. The result of the study: 1. Physically, the classroom is big enough, the regulation of students’ seat and table face the students, the ventilation and light contrast were big enough that sun light and oxygen could get in the class, non-physically it was overarching the type of otoriter leadership while it also used democracy, the teacher’s behavior in solving the problem is patient and give warning to the student who do not pay attention to the teacher. The voice of the teacher can be heard. 2. The action used by the teacher in solving the problems is The preventif action used by the teacher in solving the problems is repeat the last lesson.     ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh profitabilitas yang diukur dengan return on asset dan return on equity, likuiditas yang diukur dengan current ratio terhadap nilai perusahaan yang diukur dengan price to book value pada perusahaan food and beverage yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 18 perusahaan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan purposive sampling, yaitu pemilihan sampel dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling tersebut didapatkan sebanyak 11 sampel dari 18 perusahaan food and beverage yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2017. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS (statistic package for the social science) versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas yang diukur dengan return on asset berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dan return on equity berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.     Analytical Model for Outdoor Millimeter Wave Channels using Geometry-Based Stochastic Approach

    The severe bandwidth shortage in conventional microwave bands has spurred the exploration of the millimeter wave (MMW) spectrum for the next revolution in wireless communications. However, there is still lack of proper channel modeling for the MMW wireless propagation, especially in the case of outdoor environments. In this paper, we develop a geometry-based stochastic channel model to statistically characterize the effect of all the first-order reflection paths between the transmitter and receiver. These first-order reflections are generated by the single-bounce of signals reflected from the walls of randomly distributed buildings. Based on this geometric model, a closed-form expression for the power delay profile (PDP) contributed by all the first-order reflection paths is obtained and then used to evaluate their impact on the MMW outdoor propagation characteristics. Numerical results are provided to validate the accuracy of the proposed model under various channel parameter settings. The findings in this paper provide a promising step towards more complex and practical MMW propagation channel modeling.Comment: Accepted to appear in IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technolog

    Pembangunan elemen kompetensi kemahiran hijau bagi pelajar teknologi pembinaan di Kolej Vokasional

    Kemahiran hijau merupakan kemahiran yang perlu ada pada semua peringkat umur dan ianya mendasari semua bidang. Individu yang memasuki industri mesti dilengkapi dengan kemahiran dan pengetahuan yang mencukupi berkaitan dengan kemahiran hijau. Sehubungan dengan itu kajian ini dijalankan untuk membangunkan elemen kompetensi kemahiran hijau bagi pelajar Teknologi Pembinaan di kolej vokasional. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif bersifat penerokaan berurutan. Kajian ini dijalankan dalam dua fasa dimana fasa pembangunan elemen (fasa pertama) menggunakan kaedah temu bual dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik dan analisis matriks manakala bagi fasa pengesahan elemen (fasa kedua) menggunakan borang persetujuan pakar bagi mendapatkan data dan dianalisis menggunakan Fuzzy Delphi Method. Hasil daripada temu bual yang melibatkan tiga orang pakar telah menghasilkan 34 kod selepas dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik. Hasil daripada analisis matriks telah menghasilkan 45 item kompetensi kemahiran hijau bagi pelajar Teknologi Pembinaan di kolej vokasional. Sebanyak 41 elemen kompetensi kemahiran hijau bagi pelajar Teknologi Pembinaan di kolej vokasional telah mendapat persetujuan dan diterima oleh 10 orang pakar. Impak terbesar dalam kajian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan pelajar yang mempunyai kemahiran hijau bagi menghadapi industri hijau setelah tamat pengajian di kolej vokasional.     Dynamics simulation of Vinyl Chloride Monomer (VCM) reactor using aspen hysys

    The purpose of this research is to observe the dynamics simulation of Vinyl Chloride Monomer (VCM) process particularly in reaction section. The simulation is conducting by Aspen Hysys software by applied some steps. To develop dynamics simulation, the first step is developing steady state mode. Once the steady state simulation have completed, then sizing and installing the controller should be done. The third step is tuning of the controller. The characteristics of the reaction process can be investigated by changing of a raw materials flow rate. The result shows that the transient responses of the VCM reactor are inverse response process. The outcome result of this research is the oxychlorination reactor section of vinyl chloride monomer can be develop by using dynamics simulation as the monitoring process if any disturbances occur after the parameter is changed in process meanwhile the environment and safety of human secured from any pollution and dangerous incident. Apart from that, this study can become guidance to VCM industry to improve process performance. The significant of the study is improving knowledge of the characteristic of VCM process in reactor section by simulating process using dynamics simulation. Another significant is commercialization of dynamics simulation to VCM industries that bring 1001 benefit to industries

    Simulation of electrical faults of three phase induction motor drive system

    The title of this project is Simulation of electrical faults of three phase induction motor drive system. Induction motor or asynchronous motor is a type of alternating current motor where power is supplied to the rotor by means of electromagnetic induction. Induction motor is now the preferred choice for industrial motor due to their rugged construction, absence of brushes (which are required in most DC motors) and the ability to control the speed of motor. The faults that can occur in the three-phase induction motor and its driver can be divided into two parts; internal and external faults. The internal fault of induction motors account for the proportion almost more than 70% of induction motor failures. This project will cover and study a few type of internal and external faults, which is the stator inter-turn short circuit, unbalanced voltage supply and the single phase open circuit fault. The study of induction motor is crucial and important so that the lifespan of the motor can be prolonged. In this project MATLAB SIMULINK is used to simulate the induction motor faults and analyze the condition. The simulation file is then compiled along with a GUI to simplify the overall process and improves the user friendliness to users

    In this paper, we introduce a considerable machinery that permits us to characterize a number of special (fuzzy) subsets in ordered semigroups. In this regard, we generalize (Davvaz and Khan in Inform Sci 181:1759-1770 2011) and define (is an element of, is an element of boolean (ϵ ϵ vqk)-fuzzy generalized bi-ideals in ordered semigroups, which is a generalization of the concept of an (alpha, beta)-fuzzy generalized bi-ideal in an ordered semi-group. We also define (is an element of, is an element of boolean (ϵ ϵ vqk)-fuzzy left (resp. right)ideals. Using these concept, some characterization theorems of regular, left (resp. right) regular, completely regular and weakly regular ordered semigroups are provided. The upper/lower parts of an (is an element of, is an element of boolean (ϵ ϵ vqk)-fuzzy generalized bi-ideal and (is an element of, is an element of boolean (ϵ ϵ vqk)-fuzzy left (resp. right)-ideal are given, and some characterizations are provided

    Application of fuzzy linear regression models for predicting tumor size of colorectal cancer in Malaysia's Hospital

    Fuzzy linear regression analysis has become popular among researchers and standard model in analysing data vagueness phenomena. These models were represented by five statistical models such as multiple linear regression, fuzzy linear regression (Tanaka), fuzzy linear regression (Ni), extended fuzzy linear regression under benchmarking model (Chung) and fuzzy linear regression with symmetric parameter (Zolfaghari). A case study in colorectal cancer (CRC) data at the general hospital in Kuala Lumpur was carried out using the five models as mention above. Secondary data of 180 colorectal cancer patients who received treatment in general hospital were recorded by nurses and doctors. Twenty five independent variables with different combination of variable types were considered to find the best models to predict the size of tumor colorectal cancer. The quality of life among CRC patients which is to detect the early CRC stage is still very poor, not implemented and divulged as a nationwide programme. The main objective of this study is to determine the best model by predicting the size of tumor of CRC. Moreover, this study wants to identify the factors and symptoms that contribute the size of tumor. The comparisons among the five models were carried out to find the best model by using statistical measurements of mean square error (MSE) and root mean square error (RMSE). The results showed that the fuzzy linear regression with symmetric parameter (Zolfaghari) was found to be the best model, having the lowest MSE and RMSE value by 98.21 and 9.91. Hence, the size of tumor could be predicted by managing twenty five independent variables
