    Indonesia-China Energy Trade: Analyzing Global and Domestic Political Economic Significance in Indonesia-China LNG Trade

    Indonesia had been the largest LNG exporter for almost three decades since 1977 to 2005. During 1970s and 1980s, Indonesia’s energy industry boosted its economic growth that valued 80% of the country’s annual exports and 70% of its annual revenues. Meanwhile, Indonesia presents an exceptional case since it decreases its LNG export while it has been developing its largest LNG plant in Tangguh due to prioritizing domestic energy demand. But, since Indonesia eagerly links its economy to China, it uses LNG export as a medium to strengthen Indonesia-China strategic partnership. Tangguh LNG export to China, although it is not Indonesia’s largest LNG export contract, reflects a unique case of a developing country’s international energy trade. Because it presents evolution of Indonesia’s LNG export policy through dynamics of regional and global economic turbulences. This paper analyses the LNG export in the context of Asian economic crisis and its recovery, the peak of crude oil price in 2008 and followed by global financial crisis as the context as well as Indonesia’s domestic political dynamics

    The Model of Character Learning Anti Violence Based on Reflective Learning

    This research is a development research (R & D) that aims to produce learning device character values for new students who integrated reflective learning. This learning device in the form of guides and instructional material character values. That developed referring to the model of development that consists of several stages, namely: 1) a preliminary study, 2) formulate the objectives, 3)develop initial product, 4) do early trials, 5) revised to formulate the main product,6) test the main field, 7) test the operational product, 8) revised the final product,and 9) disseminate and implement the product. Moreover subjects in the this research is students of the Faculty of Engineering UNM. The data collected is qualitative data and quantitative data obtained using a questionnaire. Guides and materials developed, is validated by experts and have gone through the process of revision of the product. The test is done by individuals, small groups, and a field test. Aspects tested include aspects of the content, appearance and design aspects. The third aspect assessed by referring to the criteria of decent, useful and appropriate. The results of the expert assessment of the product guides and planting material character values integrated with reflective learning is valid. The test result of individual and small group trial demonstrated that the product guides and planting material meets the criteria of character values are very decent, very useful, and appropriate, so that it can be used in building the character of anti-violence which is integrated in the reflective learning

    Guardianship in South Asia, With Special Reference to Alienation and Limitation.

    This thesis deals with the alienations of minors' properties by their guardians in South Asia and the law of limitation as it involves the setting aside improper alienations. In dealing with these two aspects of guardianship relating to property of minors a little effort is made to comment on the security of a minor's life if the guardianship of his person and of property are united in the same individual in the Subcontinent, and on the conservative attitude to deny custody of minor children to a guilty parent in Sri Lanka. For a convenient discussion of the subject the work is divided into six chapters devoting the first five to the relevant law of guardianship as it obtains in the Subcontinent and the last one to that of Sri Lanka. The first chapter deals, in brief, with the major legal systems from which the modern law of guardianship in the Subcontinent has developed. In the course of treatment it is attempted to show, along with the general discussion of the powers of guardians to deal with minors' properties, how the early British Regulations and Acts maintained the sastric and Common law principle of separating the guardianship of person and of property. Chapter 2 portrays the transformation of the powers of Hindu natural guardians from the sastric via Anglo-Hindu to the modern law. It has been shown in this connection how some of the sastric principles of Hindu law, e.g., for the payment of ancestral debts, have yielded to the influence of English equity rules. Chapter 3 is devoted to the exposition of de facto guardianship in Hindu law, the development of the powers of a de facto guardian equal to those of a natural guardian, and how it served the society well for over a century. Section 11 of the Hindu Minority and Guardianship Act, 1956, has been specially examined for its alleged abolition of de facto guardianship, and its amendment is suggested in this chapter. The principles of Mir Sarwarjan's case regarding the specific enforcement of a guardian's contract have been investigated and the powers of Hindu testamentary guardians are discussed in this chapter. Chapter 4 deals with the powers of a Muslim natural guardian in respect of minors' property; and suggestions are made in this chapter to place Muslim mothers in the position of natural guardians with full powers to deal with their minor children's properties, and to introduce the institution of de facto guardianship in Muslim law. Chapter 5 deals with the law of limitation especially with regard to setting aside an improper alienation of a Hindu de facto guardian. It has been shown how the judges were misled by the principles of Muslim cases to develop a different set of limitation rules applicable in cases of improper alienations by de facto guardians, while their general powers and the effects of their proper alienations are similar in all respects with those of natural guardians Uniformity of law in this regard is suggested. In the last chapter is discussed the law of guardianship in Sri Lanka, In the earlier part of the chapter the personal laws of different communities and the Roman-Dutch law are discussed in so far as they are concerned with the law of guardianship of person, and the growing influence of South African law has been shown. The little case-law that has developed in regard to property guardianship has been dealt with in the light of statutory law in the latter part of the chapter. The law of prescription which is applicable to an improper alienation of a minor's property is discussed in this chapter. In the conclusion I have submitted my suggestions

    Analysis on Government’s Organizational Culture at the Kisaran Barat Sub-District Office, Asahan Regency, North Sumatera Province, Indonesia

    The objective of the study was to find out organizational culture in the Kisaran Barat Sub-district Office, Asahan Regency, North Sumatera. The study used a qualitative method, and the data were gathered by conducting interviews with 8 informants who worked at the Sub-district Office. The result of the study showed that organizational culture at this office was in the good category even though there was a decrease in achievement and performance. The employees’ service was also in the good category since they have applied a principle that people who need their service are “the king†who has to be humbly served. On the other hand, it can be noted that their capacity to comply with the rules applied at the office is bad. This is due to the many obstacles faced in creating a good work culture, one of which is inconsistent regulations and reward and punishment system is not performed well.   Key words: Organizational Culture, Service, Employees’ Performanc

    Desain Model Pembelajaran Integral Mata Kuliah Fiqh Ibadah Untuk Meningkatkan Kecerdasan Mahasiswa

    This article describes the design of an integral learning model in the religious fiqh subject in order to improve students' spiritual intelligence. This study uses the R&D model; ADDIE steps 1-2 or level 1. This study is carried out in three stages, namely; draw up a theoretical basis for design; product design; and test the validity of the design. The validity test is carried out twice, each by four different validators and experts in their fields. Validation is also carried out on supporting devices in the form of religious fiqh teaching materials and learning outcome evaluation instruments. The data collection tools used were literature study and questionnaires. Based on the analysis that has been done, this research shows several things, namely: (1) several complementary theories are found so that it is feasible to design a learning model that can improve students' spiritual intelligence; (2) product creation in the form of an integral learning model design; (3) the validation test of the supporting theory and design obtained a score of 4.5 (very valid), the value of religious fiqh teaching materials was 4.8 (very valid), and the learning outcome evaluation instrument was 4.7 (very valid). Thus it can be stated that the design of this integral learning model is very feasible to be implemented in the religious fiqh course to improve students' spiritual intelligence

    HAMBATAN PROSES PEMBELAJARAN ILMU PENGETAHUAN ALAM BERBASIS DARING DI KELAS VIII SEKOLAH MENENGAH PERTAMA NEGERI 7 BAYUNG LENCIR

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hambatan selama proses pembelajaran IPA berbasis daring di SMP Negeri 7 Bayung Lencir selama pandemi Covid-19. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek dari penelitian adalah guru dan siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi kasus dengan mengeksplorasi informasi dari 1 guru dan 60 siswa sebagai subjek penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hambatan pembelajaran IPA berbasis daring di SMP Negeri 7 Bayung Lencir cukup memiliki hambatan. Hambatan yang dirasakan guru IPA yakni guru kesulitan dalam mengelola kelas secara daring, keterbatasan alokasi waktu, siswa yang tidak memiliki gadget atau perangkat elektronik untuk mengakses dan menunjang pembelajaran, terbatasnya kemampuan ekonomi dari siswa/wali murid, keterbatasan jaringan internet untuk mengakses pembelajaran sehingga siswa sering terlambat mengikuti kegiatan belajar mengajar atau mengirim penugasan, beberapa guru tidak dapat maksimal dalam menggunakan media untuk menyampaikan tujuan dan materi pembelajaran karena kurang menguasai pembelajaran daring. Hambatan yang dirasakan siswa yakni kurangnya kesiapan siswa, kurangnya dukungan keluarga, kurangnya alokasi waktu untuk pembelajaran IPA secara daring, media pembelajaran yang digunakan sering mengalami error saat digunakan, siswa kesulitan dalam menyerap pelajaran saat proses pembelajaran daring secara mandiri dan siswa kesulitan menyesuaikan materi IPA yang diberikan secara daring dibandingkan dengan praktik secara langsung dilapangan. Adapun cara mengatasi hambatan tersebut dilakukan dengan berbagai tindakan nyata seperti: penyediaan kuota internet gratis, pendampingan dan pelatihan e-learning dan penyajian materi pembelajaran yang menarik dan peningkatan motivasi belajar peserta didik secara berkelanjutan

    Pelaksanaan Pembinaan Tahsin Al-Qur’an dengan Metode Mutqin di Pondok Pesantren Tahfizhul Qur’an Al-Izzah Palembang

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan pembinaan tahsin Al-Qur’an dengan metode mutqin, serta faktor–faktor yang menjadi penghambat dan pendukung dalam pelaksanaan tahsin Al-Qur’an dengan metode mutqin di Pondok Pesantren Tahfizhul Qur’an (PPTQ) Al-Izzah Palembang. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menganalisis data yang didapatkan dilapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Setelah data dikumpulkan kemudian di analisis menggunakan teknik analisis data Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data.  Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian ini, peneliti menemukan bahwa: 1) Pelaksanaan pembinaan tahsin Al-Qur’an dengan metode mutqin di PPTQ Al-Izzah Palembang sudah terlaksana dengan cukup baik. Santri-santri yang dibina telah mencapai target yang diinginkan selama dua bulan masa proses pembinaan. Para santri mencontohkan cara pelafalan huruf, hukum maupun panjang pendek. Apabila ada santri yang mengobrol, tidak fokus atau kurang bersemangat, asatidz langsung menegurnya. 2) Sementara itu, faktor penghambatnya adalah kesadaran diri santri yang rendah, dikarenakan mereka masih belum paham tentang pentingnya membaca Al-Qur’an. Kemudian suasana belajar yang kadang kurang kondusif dikarenakan santri kadang berbicara dengan teman disampingnya. Kemudian materi yaang tingkatannya lebih tinggi, sehingga santri terkadang butuh waktu beberapa pertemuan untuk menuntaskan materi tersebut. Sementara itu, faktor pendukungnya adalah metode yang ringkas, ketelitian santri dalam belajar dan media pembinaan yang menunjang, santri memiliki motivasi tinggi, memiliki kemauan untuk cepat lancar membaca Al-Qur’an. &nbsp

    Social media marketing merupakan salah satu strategi pemasaran atau promosi yang dilakukan batik Al-Fath melalui instagram. Banyak orang yang memanfaatkan instagram. Barang-barang yang telah diposting pada instagram juga mampu mempersuasif orang yang mengakses instagram karena langsung terdapat klasifikasi yang detail dari barang atau produk tersebut. Maka konsumen dapat secara langsung mengetahui kualitas dari barang yang diposting di instagram tersebut. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah Social media marketing instagram berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian yang dilakukan konsumen mengenai keputusan pembelian. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Sumber data berupa data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data terdiri dari observasi, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebesar 902 dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 90 responden yang diambil dari konsumen pada toko Batik Al-Fath Kota Jambi. Untuk proses analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana, koefisien determinasi dan uji t dengan Social media marketing sebagai variabel X (independen) dan keputusan pembelian sebagai variabel Y (dependen). Social media marketing mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Dengan hasil bahwa Social media marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian adalah sebesar 14,5% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 85,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Social media marketing berpengaruh terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian yang dilakukan oleh konsumen pada toko Batik Alftah Kota Jambi

    The Influence of Problem Based Learning Model in Student Motivation and Learning Achievement Toward Biological Science on MTs Nurul Huda Sarimulyo Ngawen Blora

    The purpose of this research was to know the influence of problem based learning model in student motivation and learning achievement of MTs Nurul Huda Sarimulyo Ngawen Blora toward biological science on environmental pollution and it's impact in life. The design of this research is true experimental design with pretest-posttest control group design. The sample was chosen by simple random sampling technique with VII B as experimental class and VII C as control class. The experimental class was applied by a treatment with problem based learning model and the control class was applied by direct instruction model. The research instruments were from test data (pretest and posttest) and student motivation form. In analyzing the data, there were two techniques used, namely: Mann Whitney u-test and independent sample t-test. The result of research showed that: 1) the average of student learning motivation score in experimental class was 84,61 and student learning motivation score in control class was 79,5. Based on the result of Mann Whitney u-test analyzing technique, p value was 0,008, and 0,008 < 0,05, it means that the using of problem based learning model has an influence on student learning motivation. 2) the average of student posttest score in experimental class was 66,85 and student posttest score in experimental class was 61,00. Based on the result of Mann Whitney u-test analyzing technique, p value was 0,039, and 0,039 < 0,05, it means that the using of problem based learning model had an influence on student learning achievement
