The formation mechanism of geomagnetic induced currents which can render subzero influence on communication is considered, including on extended high-voltage electric networks. ISOTROPY POSTULATE IN CLASSES OF PHYSICAL-EQUIVALENT PROCESSES
The concentrated variant of the isotropy postulate - isotropy postulate in the classes of the physical-equivalent deformation processes has been proposed. The sufficient conditions of its consistency in the classes of the rotational type tensor measures have been specified. The invariancy of the vortex and physical-oriented patterns of the loading process in case of the general kind analytical deformation processes and also vortex, physical-oriented and polar patterns - in cases of the flat stressed or deformed states has been proven. The sufficient conditions of the consistency in the correlation of the theory of two-link processes describing the deformation processes with angular points have been obtained. The work focuses on the development of methodology of analysis of fan blade out event on lightweight fan cases with additional composite winding made of multilayered aramid fiber woven composite.
