La formación en competencia informacional: el bibliotecario en el aula

Numerous studies have aimed that the success of new model of learning requires in the student which has called "informational abilities", that the student is able to effectively locate, to organize, to evaluate, to use and to communicate information. The responsibility to integrate these abilities in the educative itinerary, falls jointly to the educational personnel and the personal librarian. In the present work the necessities in informational abilities of the student are described and it appears the present program by the Service of Libraries and Documentation of UPC. The adoption of the informational competition like discipline, or cross-sectional or tie is to specific matters, in the curriculum of the UPC, starting off of the carried out activities in the library of the University School of Industrial Technical Engineering of Barcelona

H+K+ exchange in reconstituted yeast plasma membrane vesicles

AbstractThe activity of a putative H+K+ exchange system in the plasma membrane of yeast was studied following the alkalinization of the interior of vesicles prepared with lecithin and yeast plasma membrane containing pyranine entrapped inside. The fluorescence of pyranine was used as an indicator of the internal pH of the vesicles. The addition of monovalent cations produced an increase of the internal pH, probably due to the activity of an exchange system, allowing H+ to leave the vesicle in an exchange for the cation added. The system showed partial selectivity towards K+ against other monovalent cations, and it was inhibited by amiloride. The activity of this system required the presence of the yeast plasma membrane in the vesicles, and it did not produce important changes of the membrane potential of the vesicles. The exchange depended partially on the relative values of the internal and the external pH of the vesicles. The system shows low affinity for the cations, and appears to be different from the mitochondrial H+K+ exchange system, which is non-selective toward the different monovalent cations. This system could be involved in the regulation of the internal pH of the cells when they accumulate high concentrations of K+

Evaluación expost del proyecto mejoramiento del proceso productivo y acopio de la leche de la parroquia San Juan, cantón Riobamba, provincia de Chimborazo 2017.

En la presente investigación el objetivo fue realizar una evaluación ex-post del proyecto “Mejoramiento del proceso productivo y acopio de la leche en 187 actores de la Parroquia San Juan, Cantón Riobamba, Provincia De Chimborazo ", para medir si el mismo ha alcanzado de manera eficaz y eficiente sus objetivos, metas, resultados, su sostenibilidad, su relevancia y si ha logrado generar efectos e impactos en los beneficiarios directos a través del análisis de encuestas y de los criterios expuestos por los usuarios en las entrevistas realizadas. Para el análisis de resultados se utilizó la metodología del Sistema Nacional de Inversión Pública, en donde se determinó la pertinencia, eficacia, eficiencia, impacto y sostenibilidad, y cuyo análisis se concluye que el proyecto ha sido eficaz y eficiente debido a que se cumplió con el cronograma estipulado, la pertinencia del proyecto sobre los objetivos planteados al inicio del proyecto es coherentes con las necesidades actuales de las familias beneficiarias. El proyecto implementado es sostenible para todos los objetivos con el cual fue concebido. El proyecto generó impacto positivo en las familias beneficiarias ya que con la implementación del proyecto se contribuyó con el incremento en los ingresos económicos de los habitantes de la comunidad y por ende se mejoró la calidad de vida. La presente investigación se finaliza con la elaboración de un informe de evaluación ex-post cuyos resultados en términos generales fueron positivos, la determinación de los hallazgos obtenidos, se traducen en la propuesta que garantizará una correcta administración de los recursos adquiridos.The objective of this research was to conduct an Ex-Post Evaluation of the project "Improvement of the productive process and milk collection in 187 actors of the San Juan Parish, Canton Riobamba, Province of Chimborazo" to measure whether the project has effectively and efficiently achieved its objectives, goals, results, sustainability, relevance and whether it has managed to generate effects and impacts on the direct beneficiaries through the analysis of surveys and the criteria expressed by users in the interviews conducted. For the analysis of results, the National Public Investment System methodology was used, where relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, and sustainability were determined. The analysis concludes that the project has been effective and efficient because it complied with the stipulated schedule. The project's relevance to the objectives set at the beginning of the project is consistent with the needs of the beneficiaries. The implemented project is sustainable for all the objectives for which it was conceived. The project generated a positive impact on the beneficiary families since the implementation of the project contributed to the increase in the economic income of the inhabitants of the community and therefore improved their quality of life. The present investigation concluded with the preparation of an ex-post evaluation report whose results in general are positive. The determination of the results of the study is translated into a proposal that will guarantee the correct administration of the acquired resources

“El planeamiento estratégico y su influencia con la evaluación en la empresa CREDITEX S.A.A, distrito de Santa Anita, año 2016”

Se realizó la investigación titulada “El planeamiento estratégico y su influencia con la evaluación en la empresa Creditex S.A.A, distrito de Santa Anita, año 2016”, cuyo objetivo principal fue determinar la influencia entre el Planeamiento estratégico y la Evaluación Empresarial de la empresa Creditex S.A.A. Para dicho estudio se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta, para su aplicación se elaboró un cuestionario de 37 preguntas, 21 de la variable independiente “Planeamiento Estratégico” y 16 preguntas de la variable dependiente “Evaluación Empresarial”, para la medición se utilizó la Escala de Likert, preguntas dicho instrumento fue validado mediante el Juicio de Expertos y la Fiabilidad del mismo se calculó a través del coeficiente Alfa de Cron Bach. Para la recolección de datos se consideró una población de 150 trabajadores en las cuales se calculó una muestra de 109 trabajadores con un margen de error de 5% y un nivel de confianza de 95%. Los datos obtenidos fueron procesados mediante el SPSS V. 23.0. Asimismo para medir la influencia de las variables se utilizó la correlación de Pearson. Finalmente se determinó que el Planeamiento Estratégico si influye significativamente en la Evaluación Empresarial para en la empresa Creditex S.A.A, distrito de Santa Anita, año 2016

La auditoría social y los informes de sostenibilidad

El presente trabajo se aproxima al concepto de auditoría social desde su comprensión histórica. A partir de un análisis descriptivo del concepto se evidencian sus características y especificidades para comprender, no solo la importancia de la auditoría social, sino también las fallas coyunturales en las cuales se puede incurrir a la hora de hacer auditoría. El punto clave de esta investigaciónes mostrar el estado y la relevancia que tiene la auditoría social en los informes de sostenibilidad; es decir, el estudio muestra no solo la evolución del concepto sino lo que representa en las empresas cuando se trata de verificar las prácticas relacionadas con la esponsabilidad Social Empresarial (RSE) que son parte integral de los informes de sostenibilidad.This work approaches the concept of social auditing from its historical comprehension. From a descriptive analysis of the concept, its characteristics and specificities are demonstrated to understand not only the importance of social auditing but also the juncture flaws that can happen during the audit. The key point of this work is focused on showing the state and relevance that social auditing has in the sustainability reports; meaning, the research shows not only the concept’s evolution but also the representation that attains in the enterprises when it verifies the practices related to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)that are an integral part of the sustainability reports.Contador PúblicoPregrad

La participación de los padres de familia y la gestión pedagógica en las instituciones educativas del nivel inicial del distrito de Santa María - 2012

Al observar la participación de los padres de familia en diversas actividades que realiza la institución educativa, a través de las docentes de aula y en otros casos por actividades que se realiza dentro del plan anual de trabajo, observando que en muchos casos las directoras apoyan la participación permanentes de los padres y sin embargo en otros casos se observó que no se permite la participación de los padres por considerarla como entorpecedora de la gestión , en esa medida hemos procedido a problematizar dichos hechos para conocer la relación que existe entre la participación de los padres de familia con la gestión pedagógica de las instituciones educativas del nivel inicial en el distrito de Santa María. En ese sentido nuestro objetivo de investigación es determinar la relación entre la Participación de los Padres de Familia y la gestión Pedagógica en las Instituciones Educativas del Nivel Inicial del Distrito de Santa María 2012. La investigación es cuantitativa no experimental, se realizó un estudio descriptivo correlacional. La muestra es probabilística aleatoria simple, con una población de 132 padres de familia, quedando una muestra de 100 padres de familia de las Instituciones Educativas del Nivel Inicial del Distrito de Santa María- 2012. Se administró la encuesta a los padres de familia con 40 ítems sobre la “Participación de los Padres de Familia y la Gestión Pedagógica”, y se usó el estadístico de coeficiente de correlación de Spearman obteniéndose un resultado de 0.518, cuya conclusión es que existe una relación moderada débil positiva entre la Participación de los Padres de Familia y la gestión Pedagógica en las Instituciones Educativas del Nivel Inicial del Distrito de Santa María 2012. Lo que se demuestra con la prueba de Spearman (Rho = 0,518; p–valor = .000 < .01)

Teachers’ Voices on Multimodal Input for second or foreign language learning

Multimodal input – which combines written, auditory, and/or visual modalities – is pervasive in everyday life and could serve as a source of rich input in language teaching. In recent years, research has determined that vocabulary learning is one of the clear benefits of being exposed to such input. Regrettably, only a handful of studies have investigated whether and how second language (L2) teachers approach multimodal input in teaching. To further contribute to the research–practice dialogue, we examined factors that influence L2 teachers’ use of multimodal input in L2 teaching. This qualitative case study presents an in-depth analysis of interview data derived from 21 practitioners in various L2 teaching contexts globally. Following three rounds of data analysis, 24 factors were identified and are presented in four themes. The results indicate that teachers: (1) paid close attention to their students’ needs and goals; (2) drew on their own learning and teaching experiences and training supported by research-based practices; (3) relied on sound pedagogical principles; and (4) faced a number of contextual challenges relevant to their curricula and teaching contexts
