    Wideband Directional Coupler for Millimeter Wave Application based on Substrate Integrated Waveguide

    Recently, Substrate Integrated Waveguide (SIW) techniques have been noticed for millimeter wave devices in microwave applications. In this paper, we are developing a wide band directional 3 dB coupler with a phase of 90̊ phase delay in the range of 30-40 GHz based on periodic vias and multi hole structure. For achieving this wide bandwidth multi-section coupler is designed based on the theoretical modeling and the simulation result is compared with HFSS and CST with  two different  numerical  methods show good performance with low insertion and return loss, broad operational bandwidth and high isolation. A fractional bandwidth is about 28.5 %

    Polarity determines whether the message is positive or negative. This key element of every context can be expressed through mood adjuncts. The present study aimed at surviving the polarity of Persian mood adjuncts based on functional grammar approach. Both positive and negative discourses were presented and discussed. To achieve the purpose of the study, however, some negative mood adjuncts such as "hargez"(never), "be zahmat"(scarcely), "be nodrat"(rarely), and some positive mood adjuncts including "hamishe"(always), "aqlab" (often), "mamulan" (usually) and "barxi auqat" (sometimes) were discussed.     زمینه و هدف: ورزش وامانده ساز منجر به آسیب عضلانی و کاهش منابع انرژی نظیر گلوکز می‌شود. هدف مطالعه حاضر بررسی اثر مکمل تروگزروتین بر سطح سرمی گلوکز و فعالیت لاکتات دهیدروژناز متعاقب شنا وامانده ساز در موش‌های صحرایی نر بود. روش بررسی: در این مطالعه تجربی، 32 سر موش صحرایی نر نژاد ویستار به صورت تصادفی به 4 گروه کنترل، ورزش + 75 میلی گرم بر کیلوگرم، ورزش+ 150 میلی گرم بر کیلوگرم و ورزش + 300 میلی گرم بر کیلوگرم تیمار تروگزروتین تقسیم شدند. کلیه حیوان‌ها به مدت 30 روز تمرین شنا (5 بار در هفته) انجام دادند. تروگروتین به صورت خوراکی روزانه به مدت 30 روز تجویز شد. در روز سی‌ام ورزش شنا وامانده ساز انجام و سطح سرمی گلوکز و فعالیت لاکتات دهیدروژناز اندازه گیری شد. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که مکمل تروگزروتین به طور معنی‌داری سطح سرمی گلوکز را در مقایسه با گروه کنترل افزایش می‌دهد (001/0>P) و همچنین فعالیت لاکتات دهیدروژناز در گروه ورزش + تروگزروتین (300) در مقایسه با گروه‌های کنترل و ورزش + تروگزروتین )150 میلی گرم بر کیلوگرم( کاهش یافت (05/0>P). نتیجه گیری: مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که تروگزروتین می‌تواند تأثیر قابل توجهی در کاهش آسیب عضلانی ناشی از ورزش شنا وامانده ساز داشته باشد

Novel Biomed 2013;1:8-15.Background: A combination of polymeric nanofibrous scaffold and bioactive materials is potentially useful in bone regeneration applications.Materials and Methods: In the present study, Poly (lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA) nanofibrous scaffolds, fabricated via electrospinning, were initially coated with Type I collagen and then with nano-hydroxyapatite. The prepared scaffolds were then characterized using SEM and their ability for bone regeneration was investigated in a rat critical size bone defect using digital mammography, multislice spiral-computed tomography (MSCT) imaging, and histological analysis.Results: Electrospun scaffolds had nanofibrous structure with homogenous distribution of n-HA on collagen-grafted PLGA. After 8 weeks of implantation, no sign of inflammation or complication was observed at the site of surgery. According to digital mammography and MSCT, PLGA nanofibers coated simultaneously with collagen and HA showed the highest regeneration in rat calvarium. In addition, no significant difference was observed in bone repair in the group which received PLGA and the untreated control. This amount was lower than that observed in the group implanted with collagen-coated PLGA. Histological studies confirmed these data and showed osteointegration to the surrounding tissue.Conclusion: Taking all together, it was demonstrated that nanofibrous structures can be used as appropriate support for tissue-engineered scaffolds, and coating them with bioactive materials will provide ideal synthetic grafts. Fabricated PLGA coated with Type I collagen and HA can be used as new bone graft substitutes in orthopaedic surgery and is capable of enhancing bone regeneration via characteristics such as osteoconductivity and osteointegratio

    A Framework for Stabilizing the Person-Organization Relationship

    In many organizational interactions,the employee and the organization have different understandings of the obligations of each party and how to fulfill their obligations.Divergence of these perceptions can lead to misunderstandings,conflicts and even breaches of contract.The main purpose of this study is to "provide a framework for stabilizing the employee-organization relationship,studied:Snapp".This research is applied-developmental in terms of purpose and mixed method in terms of approach and descriptive-survey in terms of data collection method.The statistical population used in this study were Snapp managers and experts in middle and senior levels and the sample size was 15 Snapp organizational experts.To select these people,targeted sampling and snowball sampling methods were used.In this study,interpretive structural modeling(ISM) and MICMAC analysis were used to identify the criteria and explore the relationships between them,After studying the literature and conducting in-depth semi-structured interviews with the sample size.Findings of the study showed the extraction of six components "employee characteristics,cultural characteristics,structural factors, governance model, policy rationality and environmental context" in a four-level ISM graph. Environmental contexts and policy rationality were identified as the most effective components and employee characteristics as the most impressive component in stabilizing the relationship between the employee and the organization

    This paper presents a mathematical model for a flow shop scheduling problem consisting of m machine and n jobs with fuzzy processing times that can be estimated as independent stochastic or fuzzy numbers. In the traditional flow shop scheduling problem, the typical objective is to minimize the makespan). However,, two significant criteria for each schedule in stochastic models are: expectable makespan and the probability of minimizing the makespan. These criteria can be considered for fuzzy problems as well. In this paper, we propose a solution for the fuzzy model by the use of fuzzy logic based on developing the model presented by MacCahon [18]

    Los circuitos CMOS de Domino se utilizan ampliamente en sistemas integrados de gran escala (VLSI) de alto rendimiento. La topología de los circuitos dominó para operación de alta velocidad, menor consumo de energía y robustez es de gran importancia en el diseño de sistemas digitales. El presente artículo propone un circuito sumador completo de baja potencia y alta velocidad, que utiliza una nueva familia lógica de dominó CMOS basada en elementos de unión de túnel magnético (UTM) y memristor en la técnica de entrada de difusión de puerta (GDI). En comparación con un circuito lógico CMOS estático, un circuito lógico dinámico es importante ya que proporciona una mayor velocidad y requiere menos transistores. En comparación con los circuitos propuestos recientemente para estilos lógicos dinámicos, las características del circuito propuesto son un consumo de energía dinámica muy bajo y menos retardo. El problema con los circuitos dinámicos es la falta de una salida estable en diferentes momentos, mientras que el circuito propuesto conserva el valor de salida utilizando elementos de memoria como UTM y memristor durante el ciclo de reloj. La técnica propuesta muestra un consumo máximo de energía de 0,317 µW en sumadores completos basados en MTJ/Memristor. Además, la técnica propuesta muestra un retraso máximo de 0,35 ns. Se simula el sumador completo propuesto, y su disipación de potencia y rendimiento se analizan utilizando HSPICE en tecnología CMOS estándar de 7 nm
