The type of research used in this research is associative research. The research location is located at the Muhammadiyah University Palembang Investment Gallery. The Data Used Is Quantitative Data With Documentation And Bibliographical Data Collection Methods. The results of this study can be concluded that the internal control system for audit quality and corporate governance on corporate profits. If the internal control system, audit quality and corporate governance are strong, the company's profit will increase, if the internal control system, audit quality and corporate governance are strong, the company's profit will decrease

Amalan penggunaan modul pengajaran berasaskan modul multimedia interaktif (MMI) dalam Pendidikan Teknik Dan Vokasional (PTV)

Kajian Amalan Penggunaan Modul Pengajaran Berasaskan Modul Multimedia Interaktif (MMI) dalam Pendidikan Teknik dan Vokasional (PTV) bertujuan mengkaji pengaruh faktor demografi terhadap pengetahuan dan kemahiran dalam amalan penggunaan MMI. Amalan penggunaan modul pengajaran berasaskan MMI yang kurang dalam kalangan guru dalam PTV perlu dipandang serius. Kemampuan MMI sebagai Alat Bahan Bantu Mengajar (ABBM) telah terbukti keberkesanannya. Faktor demografi merupakan pembolehubah bebas kajian terdiri daripada jantina, pengkhususan akademik dan kadar penggunaan MMI guru PTV. Statistik deskriptif dan inferensi dengan ujian MANOVA digunapakai bagi menganalisis data kajian melalui perisian SPSS 16.0. Set soalan ujian yang diadaptasi daripada Teacher Technology Competencies (1998) digunakan sebagai instrumen kajian. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan wujudnya pengaruh faktor jantina dan kadar penggunaan dalam amalan penggunaan MMI manakala pengkhususan akademik pula tidak mempengaruhi tahap pengetahuan dan kemahiran. Tahap pengetahuan dan kemahiran mengikut jantina di antara lelaki dan perempuan adalah berbeza. Skor min perempuan adalah sebanyak 58.77 berbanding 55.52 pada tahap pengetahuan. Pada aspek kemahiran, lelaki mengatasi perempuan dengan skor min sebanyak 61.00 berbanding 55.73. Kadar penggunaan didapati menunjukkan tahap pengetahuan dan kemahiran dalam menentukan amalan penggunaan MMI. Nilai min tertinggi diperolehi pada kadar penggunaan yang paling tinggi iaitu 6 hingga 8 kali penggunaan dalam tempoh masa seminggu iaitu 67.81 pada kedua-dua aspek pengetahuan dan kemahiran manakala pada kadar penggunaan terendah adalah bersamaan 45.40. Keputusan ini menunjukkan bahawa ketiga-tiga pembolehubah bebas itu mempengaruhi pembolehubah bersandar kajian secara individu, iaitu tiada kesan interaksi antara ketiga-tiga pembolehubah bebas terhadap pembolehubah bersandar kajian

Analysis of Islamic Supply Chain Strategies in Indonesia

Abstract- This conceptual paper is aimed to explore critical factors of the Islamic supply chain for their economic impact in the region of Indonesia. The variable used in this study is the strategy of Halal supply chain and optimizing the potential of economy. The data analysis used was qualitative descriptive. The results of the research carried out were the supply chain strategy carried out by the Halal management institution in Palembang, namely by establishing halal strategy collection units which were placed in several government agencies such as government agencies and companies as well as cooperating with banks, government officials, and religious leaders. The strategy for halal supply chain can be done by OPZ, LAZIS or BAZIS through the payment system, among others; supports from government and private; halal hub; differentiation between Muslim and non-Muslim suppliers; halal  control  and  labeling; also be paid through Islamic banking services. We highlighted that in fulfilling the orders from customer, complete segregation between halal and non-halal products throughout the supply chain is strictly required. The manufacturing flow management is about physical handling of the products that must be controlled from the origin to the consumption points. In addition, procurement also plays an important role in the supply chain, which is according to Tieman et  al. Pengurusan Mata Pelajaran Matematik Dan Pencapaian Akademik

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the management of Mathematics in Secondary Schools and the achievement of the subject in Malaysian Certificate of Education. This study identified four main aspects of management process, namely planning, organizing, leading and controlling. The sample used in this study were The Head and The Secretary of The Mathematics Unit in all 20 schools in Kulim/Bandar Baharu District. The information regarding the management of Mathematics in all the schools involve were obtained through questionaires. This study sought to test the hyphotesis that there was no significance difference in the level of management of Mathematics in all three categories of school. However, analysis of the data gathered indicated that there was a significant difference between the level of management of Mathematics in all three categories of school studied. The finding showed that the level of Mathematics management was higher in high achieving schools if compared to the schools in other two categories. The study also indicated that 44.20% variation of passed in Mathematics could be predicted as a result of changes in mean value of the management of the subject

A System of Multivariable Krawtchouk Polynomials and a Probabilistic Application

The one variable Krawtchouk polynomials, a special case of the $_2F_1$ function did appear in the spectral representation of the transition kernel for a Markov chain studied a long time ago by M. Hoare and M. Rahman. A multivariable extension of this Markov chain was considered in a later paper by these authors where a certain two variable extension of the $F_1$ Appel function shows up in the spectral analysis of the corresponding transition kernel. Independently of any probabilistic consideration a certain multivariable version of the Gelfand-Aomoto hypergeometric function was considered in papers by H. Mizukawa and H. Tanaka. These authors and others such as P. Iliev and P. Tertwilliger treat the two-dimensional version of the Hoare-Rahman work from a Lie-theoretic point of view. P. Iliev then treats the general $n$-dimensional case. All of these authors proved several properties of these functions. Here we show that these functions play a crucial role in the spectral analysis of the transition kernel that comes from pushing the work of Hoare-Rahman to the multivariable case. The methods employed here to prove this as well as several properties of these functions are completely different to those used by the authors mentioned above

RESPON MAHASISWA PGSD SETELAH MENERAPKAN SELF ASSESMENT PADA PENGUASAAN MATERI PEMECAHAN MASALAH DALAM MATEMATIKA

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menggambarkan respon mahasiswa setelah melaksanakan evaluasi berbasis self assement pada materi pemecahan masalah. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan ialah jenis kualitatif . Teknik yang diperoleh dalam pengambilan data dilakukan secara acak dari populasi 150 mahasiswa. Peneliti mengambil sampel sebanyak 50 mahasiswa  kemudian memberikan kuisioner kepada mahasiswa tersebut. Penggunaan self assement pada materi pemecahan masalah menunjukkan respon yang tinggi atau dapat dikatakan memperoleh respon yang positif . Hal ini dibuktikan pada pernyataan pertama memperoleh 87%, selanjutnya pernyataan kedua memperoleh 77%, pernyataan ketiga memperoleh 88%, dan pernyataan keempat memperoleh 94%. Jadi evaluasi sefl assement membantu mahasiswa dalam mengetahui kemampuan dan kendala yang dihadapi selama pemebelajaran serta membuat senang dalam melakukan evaluasi secara mandiri.
