Rural urban linkages, fair trade and poverty in rural urban fringe

This study discusses the RUL, fair trade, and poverty in the RUF South Sumatera Province in Pangkul, Kemang Tanduk, and Jungai in Prabumulih. RUL interpreted in relation to the flow of people, money and goods from the village RUF to Prabumulih or vice versa, and it contains also the flow of technology, knowledge, and information. By using the Spearman rank correlation unknown strength relationship between the level of interaction with the level of income as an interpretation of poverty in the RUF. All three villages have different strength of the interaction, Pangkul conjunction levels "low", Kemang Tanduk have a relationship "strong", whereas Jungai has a relationship "very strong". The strength of the relationship the more 'significant' if the system is applicable trade is fair trade system. This system regarded as one of the forms of action in the reduction of poverty, and has proven successful in some areas in Indonesia. In an effort to reduce poverty suggested that the Village Fund is long-term and local governments should also help open up access to credit, especially to the government bank with low interest rates and easy terms.peer-reviewe

Analisis Financial Distress pada PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk Periode 2011-2020

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk memprediksi potensi terjadinya kebangkrutan dengan menggunakan metode Springate (S-Score) pada PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk periode 2011-2020 dalam. Jenis penelitian adalah desktiptif kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif karena menggunakan perhitungan dalam beberapa rasio sebagai alat ukur perusahaan berpotensi bangkrut atau tidak. Teknik analisis yang dipakai adalah model Springate (S-Score) yang berisi empat rasio keuangan yaitu rasio Working Capital to Total Asset (X1), rasio Net Profit Before Interest and Taxes to Total Asset (X2), rasio Net Profit Before Taxes to Current liabilities (X3), dan rasio Sales to Total Asset (X4). Terdapat dua pengategorian hasil yaitu financial distress jika nilai yang didapat S < 0,862 dan non distress jika S > 0,862. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan penulis adalah diperoleh bahwa PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk dikategorikan dalam kondisi financial distress pada tahun 2016, 2018, 2019 dan 2020 karena manajemen perusahaan tidak mampu menghasilkan laba yang optimal

Penilaian Tingkat Kesehatan Berdasarkan Aspek Keuangan PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk Periode 2012-2021

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan kesehatan PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk periode 2012-2021. Data sekunder merupakan jenis data yang diperoleh dengan mendapatkannya melalui situs web resmi WSKT dengan teknik analisis yang digunakan berdasarkan SK Menteri BUMN Nomor: KEP-100/MBU/2002 yaitu penilaian dengan menggunakan analisis rasio likuiditas dengan indikator rasio kas dan rasio lancar, rasio solvabilitas dengan indikator total modal sendiri terhadap total aset, rasio aktivitas dengan menggunakan indikator perputaran piutang, perputaran persediaan, dan perputaran total aset, dan rasio profitabilitas dengan menggunakan indikator return on equity dan return on investment. Hasil penilaian menjelaskan kesehatan WSKT mendapatkan predikat A dengan kategori sehat tahun 2012, 2014, 2015, 2016, dan 2018, predikat AA pada tahun 2013 dengan kategori sehat, predikat BBB pada tahun 2017 dan 2019 kategori kurang sehat, predikat BB dengan kategori kurang sehat pada tahun 2021, dan mendapatkan predikat CCC di tahun 2020 dengan kategori tidak sehat

Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Citra Perusahaan Terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah Bank Mandiri Cabang Arief Palembang

This research was conducted at Bank Mandiri Branch Arief Palembang to determine whether service quality and company image affect customer loyalty. This research method uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. In the data collection technique using random sampling and sampling using the slovin formula with a total of 100 respondents who are customers of Bank Mandiri Arief Palembang Branch. The analysis technique in this study was carried out by t-test and f-test and assisted with SPSS data calculator. The results of this study indicate that service quality partially affects customer loyalty, service quality partially affects customer loyalty. Social Media Marketing Pada PT BNI Persero Cabang Palembang

This study explains the existence of social media Instagram at PT BNI Persero Cabang Dempo Palembang to find out the extent of social media influence on customer loyalty. This study uses primary data in the form of results from answers to questionnaires. This study uses a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis with the results showing that the convenience variable obtained the t value of 4.921 with a significance value of 0.000 less than 0.05. The trust variable obtained by t count value of 4.289 with a significance value of 0.000, less than 0.05. Overall, based on the results of the research and the results of the analysis that has been done, the ease and trust of social media together have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at BNI Cabang Dempo Palembang

Pengaruh Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai PT Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Sekip Palembang

Employee performance is the most important factor in a company because it affects company income, if the company does not pay attention to employee performance then the company will not run in accordance with company goals, factors that affect employee performance are motivation from oneself and others, leadership, and work discipline employee. Of the two factor that affect employee performance, the authors are interested in conducting research on the effect of motivation, work discipline on employee performance at PT Pegadaian (Persero)  Cabang Sekip Palembang, the population in this study used saturated sampling, so all employees at PT Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Sekip Palembang would be sampled many as 42 people. The analysis technique in this study uses t test,  f test. These results show that motivation, work discipline have a positive or significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Sekip Palembang, which is 204,800 > 3.23 and the sig value is 0.000 < 0.05.

Women Attribute and Household Level Factor on Women's Empowerment

Empowerment is an important strategy in increasing the role and opportunities of women in improving their economy and is an effort to increase and actualize their potential so that they are more able to be independent and work, and are more appreciated. This study aims to analyze the probability of empowering women in the songket craft business, testing and analyzing the variable women attribute and household level factor on women's empowerment . Tests are carried out using binary logistic regression .  The results showed that the variables of age, education, and work experience had a significant effect on women's empowerment. The policy implication of the results of this study is that there needs to be more serious attention and involvement from the  government and other institutions in coaching women songket craftsmen, and improving the quality of women through various activities to empower them through songket business activities
