    Impulse buying pada pengunjung pusat pembelanjaan dan faktor yang mempengaruhi

    This study aims to determine the factors that influence consumers to make impulse purchases at malls visitors. The independent variables studied were; service quality, product display, price, promotion, hedonic shopping value, and impulsive purchases of mall visitors in Makassar City as the dependent variable. This is an associative quantitative study, the samples were taken by accident and the data were analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression, t-test & f-test. The results of the study prove that the quality of service and product appearance has a negative and significant effect on impulse buying, while the price, promotion, and hedonic shopping value factors have a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying at Mall visitors. Variables of price, promotion, and value of hedonic shopping are theoretical implications of the factors that influence impulse buying. The practical consequence is that companies in increasing profit potential pay more attention to these variables.Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi konsumen melakukan pembelian impulsif pada pengunjung mall. Variabel bebas yang diteliti adalah; kualitas pelayanan, tampilan produk, harga, dan promosi, hedonic shopping value, dan pembelian impulsif pada pengunjung Mall di Kota Makassar sebagai variabel terikat. Merupakan penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif, sampel diambil secara acidental dan analisis data menggunakan Regresi Linier Berganda, uji t & uji f. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan tampilan produk berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap pembelian impulsif, sedangkan faktor harga, promosi, dan hedonic shopping value berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembelian impulsif pada pengunjung Mall. Variabel harga, promosi, dan nilai belanja hedonis merupakan implikasi teoritis dari faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pembelian impulsif. Konsekuensi praktis bahwa perusahaan dalam meningkatkan potensi keuntungan lebih memperhatikan variabel-variabel tersebu

    Tujuan  pembuatan mesin pengaduk bahan baku sabun mandi cair ini karena belum adanya UKM (Usaha Kecil Menegah) yang memproduksi sabun mandi cair ini. Sabun mandi cair masih diproduksi oleh pabrik. Pembuatan mesin pengaduk bahan baku sabun mandi cair ini  dimulai  dari  proses desain  gambar  rancang,  kemudian   perhitungan mesin, selanjutnya  perencanaan  mesin, dan pembuatan mesin. Tujuan ini bermaksud agar  mengetahui  peralatan, bahan,  dan  ukuran  komponen  mesin.  mesin pengaduk bahan baku sabun mandi cair ini  menggunakan jenis pengaduk baling – baling dengan panjang sirip masing - masing 100 mm dan diameter poros 20 mm.  Setelah  mengetahui komponen  mesin maka  dilanjutkan  dengan  pemasangan  komponen mesin  yaitu meliputi tempat alat, landasan perangkat pemanas, penempatan perangkat pengaduk, dan penghitung waktu. setelah itu diketahui perhitungannya dengan daya motor listrik  1,41 HP , kemudian  torsi 28,3 Nm. kapasitas mesin 15 liter/produksi. Panjang v – belt 1689 mm, jarak antar poros puli 534,4  mm dengan kecepatan linear sabuk  5,62 m/s. Momen puntir poros sebesar 4845,26 kg mm.     Pengukuran memainkan peranan yang sangat penting dalam penelitian sosial. Dalam proses ini konsep-konsep yang digunakan untuk mengungkapkan gejala sosial yang merupakan obyek dalam penelitian sosial dioperasionalisasikan ke dalam indikator-indikator yang dapat diukur. Pengukuran penting buat penelitian karena hanya dengan pengukuran itulah peneliti dapat menghubungkan konsep-konsepnya yang abstrak dengan realitas.Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses pengukuran yang menghubungkan konsep dari penelitian dengan realitas, menentukan tingkat ukuran yang akan digunakan dalam pengukuran dan untuk menguji tingkat validitas (validity) dan reliabilitas (reliability) dari alat pengukur yang digunkan.Untuk menghubungkan secara tepat antara konsep dengan realita menggunakan dua strategi yaitu strategi empiris (Effendy, 1989) dan strategi rasional (Fiske dan Parson, 1970). Sedang Tingkat ukuran yang diberikan kepada konsep yang diamati tergantung kepada aturan yang dipakai yaitu tingkat ukuran/skala nominal, ordinal, interval dan rasio. Di samping itu, terdapat 2 syarat yang penting berkaitan dengan pengukuran dalam penelitian sosial, yaitu validitas yaitu 1) validitas konstruk; 2) validitas isi; 3) validitas eksternal; 4) validitas prediktif; 5) validitas budaya; dan 6) validitas rupa, serta tingkat reliabilitas yang menunjukkan mutu seluruh proses pengumpulan data dalam suatu penelitian, mulai dari penjabaran konsep-konsep sampai pada saat data siap untuk dianalis

    This research was classified as a field observation that used "cross-sectional". The result was HDI (Human Development Index) for each sub district in Municipality of Pamekasan shows low rate. The highest rate was in Pamekasan Sub district with the rate at 82 and the lowest one is in Pakong Sub district with rate at 36.From the rate of HDI that was low in average, it can be concluded that people in Municipality of Kabupaten Pamekasan, socially and economically, were not still capable in actualizing a healthy life. This condition would/ decrease the rate of public health completely. The mortality rate of infant was very high. It was related to the strong belief towards a tradition in giving trust to traditional midwife for an obstetrical delivery.Those are the reflection of the high rate of school drop-out children and the low rate of literacy in Municipality of Pamekasan. The low education level, especially mothers education, makes mothers perception low towards the information dealing with the members of household.As well as the lack of environmental health in place where natural resources, especially water, were limited. It caused a limitation in fulfilling the basic needs that people consumed.Malnutrition and lack of vitamins in peoples body made them idle to work. Because of the idleness, their incomes decreased. They were incapable in saving their money low income, even to invest. The next impact is the body which is still weak and in malnutrition.     Pengaruh viral marketing dan endorser terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan brand awareness sebagai variabel intervening

    This study aims to examine the direct and indirect effects of viral marketing on endorsers on purchasing decisions mediated by brand awareness as mediation. This research is a type of quantitative research with an associative approach. The population in this study were users of Oppo smartphone products in Makassar City. The sampling technique used accidental sampling and purposive sampling. The number of samples was 100 respondents using the Hair formula. The data used are primary data derived from questionnaire answers. Data analysis used Path Analysis with the help of SPSS 21. The results showed that viral marketing and endorsers had a positive and significant effect on brand awareness. Furthermore, viral marketing, endorsers and brand awareness directly have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. In addition, the results of this study also show that brand awareness is able to mediate the relationship between viral marketing and endorsers on purchasing decisions. The implication of this research needs to be reinforced in product promotion so that consumers are able to remember products continuously which can have an impact on product purchasing decisions.Penelitian bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung viral marketing terhadap endorser terhadap keputusan pembelian yang dimediasi brand awareness sebagai mediasi. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiasif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna produk smartphone merek Oppo di Kota Makassar. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan accidental sampling dan purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden dengan menggunakaan rumus Hair. Data yang digunakan merupakan data primer yang berasal dari jawaban kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan Path Analysis dengan bantuan SPSS 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa viral marketing dan endorser berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand awareness. Selanjutnya, viral marketing, endorser dan brand awareness secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Selain itu, hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa brand awareness mampu memediasi hubungan viral marketing dan endorser terhadap keputusan pembelian. Implikasi penelitian ini perlu penguatan kembali dipromosi produk sehingga konsumen mampu mengingat kembali produk secara terus-menerus yang bisa berdampak pada keputusan pembelian produk
