As the digitalization of financial services increases, it is the customers who benefit, and the banks have more capacity to enhance the experience and digital satisfaction of their target customers. The paper focuses on an important issue of the Vietnamese banking system. It is the process of digital transformation through applying leading fintechs to their core banking platform. Therefore, the main objective of this research is to explore the possible relationship between customer satisfaction with digital banking services and the other observed variables due to the theory of SERVQUAL. This study reaffirms and adds to the measurement scale system of customer satisfaction concepts while experiencing digital banking services. This helps researchers in the banking sector of Vietnam and around the world have a scale to conduct their researches on customer satisfaction. The author also uses quantitative analysis for a random sample survey within the banking network of Northern region of Vietnam (290 samples in total). Descriptive analysis, reliability analysis of scale, exploratory factor analysis, or multiple regression analysis all provide better perspectives on the relationship between customer satisfaction and the digital services that banks are offering. The major findings of the study involve the fact that focusing on minimizing response time to customers' inquiries and individualizing services to each one of them are the things that the digital banks in Vietnam need to do beforehand. To conclude, the roles of tangibles and responsiveness in the digital banking services can only be examined much more thoroughly in the upcoming researches while this one cannot. Get PDF
Millions of people in the United States regularly acquire essential information from weather forecasts for a wide variety of reasons. A myriad of sources exists for obtaining daily weather information, and the rapid growth in mobile device technology has created a very convenient means for people to retrieve this data. Smartphone and technology use have soared in recent years, and mobile weather applications (MWAs) have also rapidly gained popularity. Research on weather sources, however, has been unable to sufficiently capture the importance of this form of information gathering. As use of these apps continues to grow and the market expands with increasing options, it is important to gain insight on which MWAs and what MWA features are most useful to consumers. To better examine MWA preferences and behaviors relating to acquired weather information, a survey of 308 undergraduate college students from three different universities throughout the southeast United States was undertaken. Analyses of the survey showed that smartphone MWAs are the primary source among college students for seeking weather forecasts. Additionally, MWA users tend to seek short-term forecast information, like the hourly forecast, from their apps and spend very little time using the app itself. Additional results provide insight on daily MWA use by college students as well as perceptions of and preferential choices for specific MWA features, designs, and various brands in the weather enterprise. The information gathered from this study will allow other researchers to better evaluate and understand the changing landscape of weather information acquisition and how this relates to the uses, perceptions, and values people garner from forecasts. Companies and organizations that provide weather forecasts have an ever-growing arsenal of resources to disseminate information, making research of this topic extremely valuable for future development of weather communication technology

The article presents results of effect of factors comprising the types of irradiation, the concentration of NR solution and the content of hydroperoxide in mixture on photochemical depolymerization of natural rubber. The results showed that the ultraviolet irradiation from the vapor mercury lamps (HSW-250W and HSW-125W) caused the faster rate of depolymerization than the light from  HF-500W; increasing concentration of NR in toluene leaded to decrease the rate of depolymerization; and as the content of hydroperoxide increased the rate of depolymerization was faster. Additionally, the IR spectra, 13C-NMR of products were determined and showed that the cis-1,4-isoprene structure has not been changed and there was the presence of hydroxyl-terminated groups and a few epoxy groups in chains

    Get PDF
International audienceWe propose a novel technique for answering routing queries in public transportation networks that allows unrestricted walking. We consider several types of queries: earliest arrival time, Pareto-optimal journeys regarding arrival time, number of transfers and walking time, and profile, i.e. finding all Pareto-optimal journeys regarding travel time and arrival time in a given time interval. Our techniques uses hub labeling to represent unlimited foot transfers and can be adapted to both classical algorithms RAPTOR and CSA. We obtain significant speedup compared to the state-of-the-art approach based on contraction hierarchies

QUANTUM TELEPORTATION OF ENTANGLED STATES VIA GENERALIZED PHOTON-ADDED PAIR COHERENT STATE

    Get PDF
In this paper, we study the quantum teleportation of an unknown atomic state based on the two-photon Jaynes-Cummings model, consisting of an effective two-level atom with a two-mode field in the generalized photon-added pair coherent state (GPAPCS). By applying the detecting method, we use a scheme that includes two two-level atoms and a cavity field to teleport the unknown atomic state from a sender to a receiver. The results show that the number of photons added to the field and the intensity of the initial field influence the average fidelity and success probability of the teleportation process. The time-evolution dependence of the average fidelity is also considered and compared for the field in the pair coherent state and in the GPAPCS

Santalum album L. is a precious medicinal herb with high economic value and has been extensively cultivated in Vietnam in recent years. Studies have revealed that the leaves contain two main active ingredients vitexin and isovitexin, which have demonstrated significant potential in treating diabetes, cancer, and inflammation. To contribute to the standardization of the title medicinal herb and its formula, a simple, fast precise and selective method for the simultaneous quantification of vitexin and isovitexin using ultra-performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC) has been developed and validated. The quantification procedure was performed on a Hypersil GOLD aQ Column (3 μm; 150 × 2.1 mm) at 35°C, with a mobile phase of acetonitrile (A) and and water with 0.1% formic acid (B), a flow rate of 0.3 mL/min, a detection wavelength of 336 nm, and an injection volume of 3 µL. The gradient program was set to 0.0-15.0 minutes, transitioning from 5% to 35% A, and 15.0-20.0 minutes, transitioning from 35% to 5% A. Validation of the quantification procedure, following ICH Q2 (R2) guidelines, demonstrated that the method achieved specificity, accuracy, precision, and linearity, with a high correlation between the peak area and the concentrations of vitexin and isovitexin (R2 values of 0.9998, respectively). Thus, the developed method can be utilized to determine the content of vitexin and isovitexin in Santalum album L. leaves, contributing to the standardization of medicinal herbs
