El tiempo libre de las personas mayores a través de la animación sociocultural representado como una “educación formal no escolarizada"

Con el transcurso del tiempo y a lo largo de la historia, la educación no formal, conocida también por educación popular, ha sufrido una serie de transformaciones, pasando de ser un mero entretenimiento o divulgación de la propia cultura a convertirse en un intento por dar respuestas a las necesidades sociales como uno de los desafíos más importantes de las sociedades del siglo XXI. En este marco de intervención cuyas vertientes son la educación especializada, la educación de adultos, la formación laboral y la animación sociocultural que se dirigen a una gran diversidad de grupos de población, destacamos esta última y su orientación hacia las personas mayores. Personas que tras la jubilación gozan de un mayor tiempo libre, decidiendo qué es lo que quieren hacer con el mismo. Para ello, es necesario tener bien presente las políticas de atención social que deberán potenciar y garantizar las dimensiones económica, sanitaria, social y cultural, desarrollando en cada caso, programas e instituciones que permitan la mejora de los parámetros de bienestar personal y calidad de vida estas personas de edad. En este sentido, queremos destacar la incidencia que pueden tener las actividades de animación sociocultural sobre la educación en y para el tiempo libre en este sector poblacional a través de una institución de educación no formal

Carbon-based perovskite solar cells by screen printing with preheating

Carbon-based perovskite solar cells were manufactured by the screen-printing method using a triple mesoscopic layer of TiO, ZrO and carbon. The perovskite solution was infiltrated at the TiO/ZrO porous interface through the printed carbon layer on top of the ZrO. Using a simple preheating of the substrates and the perovskite solution, a film deposited in air can be obtained. Using this method, an air-processed CPSC made under a humid atmosphere with 55% RH achieved a PCE of 10.35%

Cedrelopsis grevei improves endothelial vasodilatation in aged rats through an increase of NO participation

Cedrelopsis grevei Baill. (Ptaeroxylaceae) trunk bark extract is empirically used in Madagascar against several pathologies, from persistent catarrh to hypertension. The effect C. grevei extract on age-related changes in systolic blood pressure (SBP) and endothelial function was investigated. Rats (90–100 week-old) received treatment either with C. grevei extract (80 mg kg−1) or vehicle for 8 weeks. SBP was evaluated by tail-cuff and vascular reactivity and endothelial vasodilatation of both aortae and small mesenteric arteries (SMA) were assessed by acetylcholine (ACh) in the presence or in the absence of either reactive oxygen species (ROS) scavengers superoxide dismutase (SOD) plus catalase or the nitric oxide synthase inhibitor, NG-l-arginine methyl ester (l-NAME). Plasma nitric oxide (NO) was evaluated by nitrite assay and expressions of eNOS, Cu/Zn-, Mn- and EC-SOD were determined by Western Blot. C. grevei administration prevented the increase of SBP and improved endothelium-dependent relaxations in aortae and SMA from aged rat via increased NO and decreased participation of ROS. Furthermore, C. grevei treatment enhanced plasma nitrite content but did not modify eNOS, Cu/Zn-, Mn- or EC-SOD expressions in the two arteries studied. These results suggest that C. grevei prevents both increased blood pressure and age-related endothelial dysfunction supporting the empirical use of C. grevei trunk bark extract against mild hypertension often associated with aging

PERCEPCIÓN DE L A INTERCULTURAUDAD POR LOS ALUMNOS UNIVERSITARIOS. ANÁLISIS CONCEPTUAL Y TERMINOLÓGICO

Given the great terminological proliferation related with the cultural diversity, makes almost indispensable to stop to meditate on the meaning and the reach of many of the terms that we use, being claimed the necessity to carry out studies of this type, where he/she stands out its importance for the investigation and the fonnation in aspects related with the cultural diversity.The present study investigares the answ ers that the groups of universit y students carry out , trying t o relate each one of the terms presented w ith the cultural diversity, the interest that the concep ts and t he ideas implied in each term had for them, toget her w ith the interaction among the same ones and the proposal of new terms and concepts that consider that they were not present in the oliginal listing and that they should figure in him. The opp osing results allow to advance in the know ledge of which sorne of the invest igated population's concep tual and terminological connections they are, and in sorne proposals for the improvement of the perception and the know ledge that the university students have of the cultural diversity, as well as the handling of concepts and the use of the appropiate terminology of these multicultural contexts.Dada la gran proliferación terminológica relacionada con la diversidad cultural, hace casi imprescindible pararse a reflexionar sobre el significado y el alcance de muchos de los términos que utilizamos, reclamándose la necesidad de llevar a cabo estudios de este tipo, donde se destaque su importancia para la investigación y la formación en aspectos relacionados con la diversidad cultural. El presente estudio investiga las respuestas que los grupos de universitarios realizan tratando "de relacicmar cada uno de los términos presentados con la diversidad cultural, el interés que los conceptos y las ideas implicados en cada término tenían para ellos, junto con la interacción entre los mismos y la propuesta de nuevos términos y conceptos que consideren que no estaban presentes en el listado original y que deberían figurar en él. Los resultados encontrados permiten avanzar en el conocimiento de cuáles son algunas de las conexiones conceptuales y terminológicas de la población investigada y en algunas propuestas para la mejora de la percepción y el conocimiento que los estudiantes universitarios tengan de la diversidad cultural, así corno el manejo de conceptos y el uso de la terminología adecuada de estos contextos multiculturales

DEFORMATION PROCESS OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION TEACHERS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF ATTITUDES TO INTEGRATION STUDENTS IN ATTENTION OF DIVERSITY

El presente estudio pretende dar a conocer la compleja situación que el docente de educación física tiene que llevar a cabo en su día a día ante la inclusión y adaptación de la enseñanza a los alumnos que presentan necesidades educativas especiales en las aulas ordinarias, con el objeto de analizar las actitudes, los problemas y preocupaciones iniciales y la formación que se posee para intervenir en este colectivo. Los participantes han sido siete, cuyo requisito previo ha sido haber tenido relación con alumnos que presentan necesidades educativas especiales. El método de investigación se enmarca en el paradigma cualitativo, respondiendo al denominado estudio de caso, concretándose en un diseño de estudios multicasos por la presencia de participantes que imparten docencia en dos niveles educativos diferentes. El tratamiento del currículum en Educación Física: un estudio de caso con futuros docentes de Educación Física

La investigación didáctica, dominada por los presupuestos del paradigma positivista a lo largo de muchas décadas, ha logrado despojarse de este corsé en los últimos tiempos y desarrollar su ámbito de estudio bajo los presupuestos del paradigma cualitativo, interpretativo, permitiéndole profundizar en los pensamientos, intereses, creencias, puntos de vista de los diseño y desarrollo curricular En esta misma evolución, los estudios acerca de los docentes y futuros docentes en la Educación Física han evolucionado desde un interés por los productos de la enseñanza hacia los procesos intervinientes que median en los comportamientos de los mismos. Desde esta perspectiva, se aborda en el presente artículo un estudio realizado con futuros docentes de Educación Física, tratando de describir y analizar los procesos de diseño y desarrollo curricular y cuáles son las variables y procesos que influyen sobre ellos.Teaching research, ruled by the precepts of the positive paradigm throughout many decades, has evolved and has managed to be governed under the preceps of a qualitative and interpretativa paradigm, which has enbled to deepend into thoughts, interests, and points of view of those who take part in the educative process. Meropenem heteroresistance in clinical isolates of OXA-48–producing Klebsiella pneumoniae

OXA-48–producing Klebsiella pneumoniae isolates often show growth of colonies within inhibition zones in carbapenem diffusion assays. The nature of these colonies was investigated in a series of clinical isolates of OXA-48–producing K. pneumoniae obtained in the context of a hospital outbreak, and they were found to be persistent colonies that reproduced again the same phenotype when they were collected and tested in diffusion assays again. The frequency of mutations conferring resistance to meropenem (8 µg/mL) was determined for the same isolates. The average mutation frequency was 5.47·10-6 (range: 2.59·10-8–5.87·10-5), and the analysis of several resistant mutants showed that all of them had mutations in the ompK36 porin gene. Heteroresistance was investigated using population analysis profiling. The profiles were compatible with mutation frequency assays, and all the colonies analyzed were resistant mutants. In OXA-48–producing K. pneumoniae, the growth of persisters seems to be specific of diffusion assays

Las tareas de aprendizaje y la organización de la práctica como variables mediadoras del aprendizaje: un estudio de caso en Educación Física

La práctica es señalada como una de las variables claves en el aprendizaje motor infantil. A lo largo del presente artículo se abordan dos cuestiones de gran trascendencia en el aprendizaje de nuevas habilidades y/o conocimientos. Por un lado, se destaca la forma en que la práctica es organizada y el efecto que dicha organización tiene en su nivel de desempeño motor. Por otro lado, se intenta poner de manifiesto el tipo de estrategias utilizadas por los alumnos en la resolución de las tareas problema que se les presenta en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje, para que los alumnos puedan alcanzar las citadas habilidades y/o conocimientos en el área de la motricidad. Por último, se analizan las posibles diferencias existentes en virtud del género de los participantes en el estudio en los niveles de desempeño mostrado y en el tipo de estrategias utilizadas.The practice is pointed out as one of the key variables in the learning infantile motor. Along the presented article it is approached two questions of great transcendency in the learning of new abilities and/or knowledge.
