Analisis Permintaan Kunjungan Objek Wisata Kawasan Dataran Tinggi Dieng Kabupaten Banjarnegara
Dieng Plateau represent a mainstay of tourism attractions in Central Java
with beautiful scenery, richness of history and their potentials that allow these
place to continue to grow. Potential and natural richness that contained in the
Dieng Plateau is not supported with good management and lack of attention for
cleanliness of the environment around a tourist attraction. In the other side, one
of the main objects of the Dieng Plateau namely “Telaga Warna” are not as
beautiful as the first color radiates again because of human activities in exploiting
the mineral content contained there. This is what is thought to cause visited levels
in the Dieng Plateau tour less and less, and Dieng Plateau seemed overshadowed
by other tourist areas in Central Java. Therefore, this study tried to determine the
factors that influence the number of tourist visit to Dieng Plateau.
Analysis methods in this research are multiple linear regression with the
number of tourist visits to the Dieng Plateau as the dependent variable, while
there are five variables as independent variables, namely the cost of a ttravel to a
tourist attraction in Dieng Plateau, the cost of travel to other tourist attractions
(Baturaden), age of visitors, average income per month and the distance.
The results showed that of the five independent variables included in the
regression calculation, two of which are insignificant variables are age of visitors
and distance variables. It is seen from the probability of significance which is far
below the significance level of 0.05 so that it can be concluded that the variable
number of tourist visit Dieng Plateau is partially influenced by the cost of a
ttravel to a tourist attraction in Dieng Plateau, the cost of travel to other tourist
attractions (Baturaden) and variable average income per month
Communication models insights meet simulations
International audienceIt is well-known that taking into account communications while scheduling jobs in large scale parallel computing platforms is a crucial issue. In modern hierarchical platforms, communication times are highly different when occurring inside a cluster or between clusters. Thus, allocating the jobs taking into account locality constraints is a key factor for reaching good performances. However, several theoretical results prove that imposing such constraints reduces the solution space and thus, possibly degrades the performances. In practice, such constraints simplify implementations and most often lead to better results. Our aim in this work is to bridge theoretical and practical intuitions, and check the differences between constrained and unconstrained schedules (namely with respect to locality and node contiguity) through simulations. We have developped a generic tool, using SimGrid as the base simulator, enabling interactions with external batch schedulers to evaluate their scheduling policies. The results confirm that insights gained through theoretical models are ill-suited to current architectures and should be reevaluated

Dichtigkeitsuntersuchung von adhäsiv eingesetzten Glasfaserstiften
Aim The use of root canal posts is indicated if severely decayed, endodontically treated teeth should be restored. Besides, the post serves as a retention for the construction filling. The aim of the present study was to examine the coronal seal of post reinforcement in the middle and coronal canal wall portion. Besides, was in the foreground particularly whether it comes to initial edge columns directly after the connection and is allowed by adhesive using by root canal posts a higher coronal seal than with not adhesive starting. Materials and methods In the present study 6 adhesive cements were examined concerning its coronal density. 60 human, one root teeth (incisors, canines, premolars) were stored immediately after their extraction in water and 14 days before beginning of the attempts in 0.5% of chlor-amine-T-solution in each case at room temperature. All teeth were cariesfree, not endodontically treated, with mature apices and no fracture lines. The teeth were processed first in the area of the glaze cement border and afterwards on 10 mm. Root canal filling it was renounced. Afterwards processing and widening of the canals with the ER-system occurred. The processing length amounted to exactly 10 mm. Each root canal was rinsed with 5 ml distilled water and was dried. Following that the fitting and cementing the posts occurred according to manufacturers' data. In each case 10 teeth proved a group. The teeth were sealed with nail varnish and were submitted to a colouring penetration test in 5% of methylene blue solution. The tests were fixed in epoxy resin and were generated by means of an inside hole saw standard cuts in cuts of 1 mm. These were examined with 40-fold enlargement under the light microscope by 3 independent observers. Results The results showed significant differences regarding the linear penetration and the penetration surface between the adhesive cements. Embrace and MultiCore Flow showed no significant differences. Leakage values of Maxcem, Panavia F2.0, Paracem and RelyX Unicem showed no significant differences. Embrace and MultiCore Flow showed to the other cements, nevertheless, significant differences. Statistical evaluation of dye penetration depth showed a light advantage of MultiCore Flow towards Embrace. The smallest Quartile values and therefore the slightest variability pointed Embrace and MultiCore Flow. The widest Quartile values and with it the highest variability were found with Panavia F2.0 and Maxcem. Conclusion Results of dye penetration depth and the magnitude of the dye penetration area allow a statement with regard to the sealing qualities of the examined root filling. On this occasion, a clear advantage is to be ascertained by MultiCore Flow compared with the other connection materials.
Rhythmic Auditory Stimulation for Gait Training in Persons with Unilateral Transtibial Amputation: A Randomized Controlled Trial
OBJECTIVES:
To compare the time taken for prosthetic training using Rhythmic Auditory Stimulation with that of conventional therapy, for unilateral transtibial amputee patients
To compare the gait parameters in unilateral transtibial amputee patients trained with and without Rhythmic Auditory Stimulation.
METHOD OF THE STUDY:
44 patients were enrolled in the study out of which 15 patients dropped out, the most common reason being due to ulcers present in the residual limb. A total of 29 patients
continued on with prosthetic training of which 13 were in the RAS group and 16 in the control group. Those in the RAS group received rhythmic beats introduced through MP3
players and earphones during prosthetic training for one hour daily. Conventional prosthetic training was carried out for those in the control group for the same duration
every day. On completion of training as per defined criteria, the outcome measures were analysed by a blinded assessor. Primary outcome measures included time to complete
training, timed up and go (TUG) test and 6MWT while secondary outcome measures included gait velocity, gait cadence, step length, stride length, symmetry, stance swing
ratio, single limb support and physiological cost index (PCI). Kinetic analysis was done in 9 patients. The outcome measures were statistically analysed by the Independent sample T test.
RESULTS:
1. RAS enhanced prosthetic training decreased time required to complete training (6.08 hours) in transtibial amputee patients compared to conventional therapy (7.44 hours)
though the result was not statistically significant.
2. In the TUG test and 6MWT, patients in the RAS group did better (TUG 11.09 s, 6MWT 323.37 m) than those in the control group (TUG 13.43, 6MWT 288.96 m). Though no
statistical significance could be derived, the potential of RAS to improve walking endurance was noticed.
3. Because of external cueing possibly leading to “forced gait”, step length was found to be significantly better for those in the control group (p value 0.016 in the amputated limb, 0.019 in the normal limb). RAS may not be effective in improving step length in transtibial amputee patients.
4. On doing a sub-analysis excluding two patients whose results skewed the data, statistical significance was found for the TUG test (p value 0.020) and percentage decrease from regression to 6 minute walk(p value 0.038) for patients in the RAS group as compared to the control group. Most parameters were found to be better in the RAS group.
5. Patients in the RAS group finished training in a significantly shorter time when they used slower frequency beats (p value 0.03). 6MWT of statistical significance (p value 0.01) was seen with the use of higher frequency beats
Batsim: a Realistic Language-Independent Resources and Jobs Management Systems Simulator
International audienceAs large scale computation systems are growing to exascale, Resources and Jobs Management Systems (RJMS) need to evolve to manage this scale modification. However, their study is problematic since they are critical production systems, where experimenting is extremely costly due to downtime and energy costs. Meanwhile, many scheduling algorithms emerging from theoretical studies have not been transferred to production tools for lack of realistic experimental validation. To tackle these problems we propose Batsim, an extendable, language-independent and scalable RJMS simulator. It allows researchers and engineers to test and compare any scheduling algorithm, using a simple event-based communication interface, which allows different levels of realism. In this paper we show that Batsim's behaviour matches the one of the real RJMS OAR. Our evaluation process was made with reproducibility in mind and all the experiment material is freely available
Sensorimotor Alterations in Neurodegenerative Disease
