En el presente trabajo se busca realizar un diagnóstico de las áreas de producción y logística en la empresa DOLCE VITA S.A.C, empresa perteneciente al rubro de panificación ubicada en el distrito de Trujillo, con el objetivo de plantear propuestas de mejora utilizando herramientas de ingeniería industrial para ello se realizara una monetización de pérdidas de cada una de las causas raíces que generan problemas en la empresa, para evaluar magnitud e importancia que tienen ellas con respecto a los altos costos operacionales que se generan en la organización

Juegos tradicionales y habilidades sociales en niños y niñas de la Institución Educativa Nº 11049, Sigues-Kañaris

El estudio que relacionó los Juegos tradicionales y las habilidades sociales en los estudiantes de la Institución Educativa Nº 11049, Sigues-Kañaris, planteó como propósito principal determinar la relación entre juegos tradicionales y las habilidades sociales en alumnos del IV ciclo de primaria de la IE. Nº 11049 de Sigues. Se usó como metodología la investigación básica correlacional, con una muestra de estudio de 27 estudiantes. Utilizó el cuestionario como instrumento para el recojo de información. Obtuvo un resultado que definió que el 51,85% de nivel eficiente de juegos tradicionales le corresponde el nivel favorable de habilidades sociales y el valor de ,810 de coeficiente de correlación, considerada como correlación positiva. De tales situaciones se infirió, por contingencia de correlación el nivel de juegos tradicionales se relaciona según el nivel de habilidades sociales y por coeficiente de correlación, a mayor nivel de juegos tradicionales mayor será el nivel de habilidades sociales. Por lo que se concluyó, que el juego se relaciona de forma preponderante con el desarrollo de las habilidades sociales de los estudiantes

Implementación de un plan de mantenimiento preventivo para mejorar los índices de confiabilidad en la Empresa Kusimayu S. A. C.

La investigación tiene como objetivo implementar un plan de mantenimiento preventivo para mejorar los índices de confiabilidad en la empresa KUSIMAYU S.A.C. Para conseguirlo la investigación se diseñó bajo un modelo experimental del tipo cuantitativo y de alcance correlacional; se tomó en cuenta como población y muestra las 51 máquinas que posee la empresa. Para el análisis se aplicó un check list, Pareto y diagrama Ishikawa los cuales determinaron que el plan de mantenimiento es el más deficiente en el sistema, dado que no existe una metodología adecuada en la programación; en tanto a los indicadores de confiabilidad demostraron ser deficientes, ya que la ratio de fallos es por diario; por este motivo se implementó un programa de mantenimiento basado en la criticidad de los equipos desarrollando registros de inspección, cronogramas de mantenimiento y evaluación de repuestos; teniendo como resultado un aumento de cerca del 20% en la confiabilidad, por lo que se concluye que los equipos son influidos positivamente por un programa de mantenimiento adecuado

Patrones de comportamiento en la transferencia de datos para identificar y evitar ataques en la red

El presente documento contiene información de investigación, la cual ha llegado al desarrollo de la tesis titulada "PATRONES DE COMPORTAMIENTO EN AL TRANSFERENCIA DE DATOS PARA IDENTIFICAR Y EVITAR ATAQUES EN LA RED". En busca de esto se desarrolla el presente trabajo de investigación. Análisis de protocolos de encriptación y algoritmos de cifrado, para el uso de estos en la implementación de un IDS/IPS (Sistema de Detección de Intrusos / Sistema de Protección de Intrusos) en una red virtual simulando a una organización y desde una red externa se realizará ataques a la red por medio de un Sniffer. Quantum-information engines with many-body states attaining optimal extractable work with quantum control

We introduce quantum information engines that extract work from quantum states and a single thermal reservoir. They may operate under three general conditions—(1) unitarily steered evolution (US), driven by a restricted set of available Hamiltonians; (2) irreversible thermalization (IT), and (3) isothermal relaxation (IR)—and hence are called USITIR machines. They include novel engines without traditional feedback control mechanisms, as well as versions which also include them. Explicit constructions of USITIR engines are presented for oneand two-qubit states and their maximum extractable work is computed, which is optimal. Optimality is achieved when the notions of controllable thermalizability and density matrix controllability are fulfilled. Then many-body extensions of USITIR engines are also analyzed and conditions for optimal work extraction are identified. When they are not met, we measure their lack of optimality by means of newly defined uncontrollable entropies, which are explicitly computed for some selected examples. This includes cases of distinguishable and indistinguishable particles

Nivel de satisfacción de los turistas nacionales y extranjeros respecto a los principales servicios turísticos de Trujillo - 2017

La presente investigación se realizó con el objetivo de determinar el nivel de satisfacción de los turistas nacionales y extranjeros respecto a los principales lugares turísticos de la ciudad de Trujillo – 2017. La investigación es descriptiva, de diseño no experimental y de corte transversal. La población de estudio se conformó por todos los turistas nacionales y extranjeros que visitan la ciudad de Trujillo, la muestra estuvo compuesta por 270 turistas nacionales y extranjeros. El método de recolección de datos se utilizó un cuestionario con el propósito de determinar el nivel de satisfacción de los turistas respecto a los principales lugares turísticos. Concluyendo que en la ciudad de Trujillo existe un nivel moderado de satisfacción de los turistas hacia los principales servicios turísticos. También se identificó que el servicio que más sobresalió fue el restaurante alcanzando un nivel satisfactorio

Supporting eradication of maternal child malnutrition in developing countries: a case from Nicaragua scenario.

World Health Organization actively stresses the importance of health, nutrition and well-being of the mother to foster children development. This issue is critical in the rural areas of developing countries where monitoring of health status of children is hardly performed since population suffers from a lack of access to health care. The aim of this research is to design, implement and deploy an e-health information and communication system to support health care in 26 rural communities of Cusmapa, Nicaragua. The final solution consists of an hybrid WiMAX/WiFi architecture that provides good quality communications through VoIP taking advantage of low cost WiFi mobile devices. Thus, a WiMAX base station was installed in the health center to provide a radio link with the rural health post "El Carrizo" sited 7,4 km. in line of sight. This service makes possible personal broadband voice and data communication facilities with the health center based on WiFi enabled devices such as laptops and cellular phones without communications cost. A free software PBX was installed at "San José de Cusmapa" health care site to enable communications for physicians, nurses and a technician through mobile telephones with IEEE 802.11 b/g protocol and SIP provided by the project. Additionally, the rural health post staff (midwives, brigade) received two mobile phones with these same features. In a complementary way, the deployed health information system is ready to analyze the distribution of maternal-child population at risk and the distribution of diseases on a geographical baseline. The system works with four information layers: fertile women, children, people with disabilities and diseases. Thus, authorized staff can obtain reports about prenatal monitoring tasks, status of the communities, malnutrition, and immunization control. Data need to be updated by health care staff in order to timely detect the source of problem to implement measures addressed to alleviate and improve health status population permanently. Ongoing research is focused on a mobile platform that collects and automatically updates in the information system, the height and weight of the children locally gathered in the remote communities. Advanced synchrotron studies of ye'elimite-based cement pastes

Synchrotron characterization techniques [1] are being used to study Portland-based cements and recently also CSA and related cements. A key property of these techniques is that they do not require sample preparation, so the microstructures of the pastes can be preserved. The classical application of synchrotron tools is powder diffraction used to determine the crystalline phase content evolution with hydration including the overall amorphous fraction. Furthermore, other most advanced techniques are being applied to ye'elimite-containing pastes such as i) Total Scattering Synchrotron Powder Diffraction (TS-SXPD), and ii) Ptychographic Synchrotron X-ray Computed Tomography (PSXCT). All these applications will be reviewed here. TS-SXPD data coupled with the Pair Distribution Function (PDF) analysis methodology [2] allows having a better insight about the nanocrystalline/amorphous atomic arrangements in the gels. It has been very recently shown that nanogibbsite with very small particles, 3nm, is the main constituent of ye'elimite-gypsum hydration paste [2]. Nanogibbsite particles being smaller than those originated from the hydration of monocalcium aluminate. In addition, PSXCT is a tomographic technique that profits from the partly coherent nature of the synchrotron beam to provide better (smaller) resolution, which can be lower than 100 nm. It also provides the mass densities if the chemical stoichiometries are known. This technique has been applied to ye'elimite hydration to determine the microstructure and chiefly the bulk densities of nanogibbsite [3]. The microstructure evolution at early age was also followed [4]. Figure 1 shows an example of a slide of the electron density tomogram for a ye'elimite paste at 8 days of hydration and the corresponding histogram for the full volume with all phases identified.Universidad de Málaga. Validation tool for smart screening of language disorders in pediatrics care

Primary-care pediatricians could play a key role in early detection of development disorders as quick as they might have enough time and knowledge for suitable screenings at clinical routine. This research paper focuses on the development and validation of a knowledge-based web tool whose aim is to support a smart detection of developmental disorders in early childhood. Thus, the use of the system can trigger the necessary preventive and therapeutic actions from birth until the age of six. The platform was designed on the basis of an analysis of significant 21 cases of children with language disorders that supported the creation of a specific knowledge base, its ontology and a set of description logic relations. The resulting system is being validated in a scalable approach with a team of seven experts from the fields of neonathology, pediatrics, neurology and language therapy
