Possibilities to finance housing needs of individuals in the Czech Republic

katedra: KFÚ;This graduation thesis deals with the possibilities of financing the housing needs of physical entities in the Czech Republic. It addresses the finance of housing by means of mortgages and loans subsidised by the state. It also show the ways to use state grants for financing. Mortgage loans and loans with a state subsidy are described in the theoretical part including their principles and historical progression. In the practical part there is a case study which analyse which product is the most suitable for financing housing needs. The case study gives arguments about the finance and its useages. For the evaluation the benchmark financial burden of a physical entity method and a year percentual rate of the interest rate was used.Diplomová práce pojednává o možnosti financování bytových potřeb fyzických osob v České republice. Je zaměřena na financování bydlení prostřednictvím hypotečního úvěru a úvěru ze stavebního spoření. Uvádí také možnost využití podpory státu v oblasti financování bydlení. Hypoteční úvěry a úvěry ze stavebního spoření jsou popsány v teoretické části včetně jejich principů a historického vývoje. V praktické části je pomocí případové studie analyzováno, který produkt je pro financování bydlení nejvhodnější. Případová studie má předem dané parametry a účel financování. Výsledkem diplomové práce je vyhodnocení nejvhodnějšího produktu pro financování konkrétního účelu bydlení. K vyhodnocení byly použity metody orientačního finančního zatížení klienta a roční procentní sazba úroku

The Social Status of Women in the Indonesian Society

In this bachelor thesis "The Social Status of Women in the Indonesian Society" I deal with the social status of women in the Indonesian society with the main focus on Indonesian women's organisations and movements and their impact on the future of women living in the Indonesian archipelago. The first chapter deals with the historical evolution of women's social status from prehistoric times to modern times and with the position of women towards men, the second chapter briefly defines feminism, its division into three waves and the female roles development according to the French philosopher Gilles Lipovestky. The third chapter is focused on women's movements in Indonesia, their origin, development, demonstrations and imporant Indonesian women and national heroines, who have contributed to many reforms in the area of women's rights and gender equality. The practical part is divided into two parts, the first part is about field research, which is focused on selected women's movements and organisations operating in Yogyakarta, which are Feminis Yogya, Rifka Annisa and Indonesia Tanpa Feminis. The task of this field research is to find out what their actions, goals, services, activities and campaigns are. The second part contains a questionnaire survey whose research sample became representatives of...V bakalářské práci na téma "Postavení žen v indonéské společnosti" se zabývám společenským postavením žen v indonéské společnosti s hlavním zaměřením na indonéské ženské organizace a hnutí a jejich dopad na budoucnost žen žijících v indonéském souostroví. V první kapitole práce pojednává o historickém vývoji sociálního statusu žen od pravěku po novověk a o jejich pozici vůči mužům, ve druhé kapitole je stručně definován feminismus, jeho dělení na tři vlny a vývoj ženských rolí podle francouzského filozofa Gillese Lipovetského. Třetí kapitola je již zaměřena na ženská hnutí v Indonésii, na jejich vznik, vývoj, demonstrace, na významné indonéské ženy a národní hrdinky, které se zasloužily o mnoho reforem v oblasti ženských práv a rovnoprávnosti žen a mužů. Má za úkol zjistit, jaká je jejich funkce, cíle, služby, kampaně a aktivity. Multi-funkcional building

Bakalářská práce vychází z ateliérového projektu obytných staveb. Rozvíjí architektonickou studii polyfunkčního domu na ulici Milady Horákové v Brně-Zábrdovicích. Zadaná proluka se nachází uprostřed secesních bytových domů. Navrhovaný objekt navazuje výškově na stávající zástavbu. Vnitroblok je doplněn o vysazení nových stromů a keřů. Byty jsou orientovány především na jih, který nám nabízí více proslunění a zároveň do vnitrobloku, kde je více klidu a zeleně. Polyfunkční dům má v podzemním podlaží veřejnosti přístupnou kavárnu a do 4NP na severní straně prostory pro administrativu či obchody. Vstupní podlaží slouží jako vstup do kavárny, vyšších pater do obchodu, administrativy a bytů, dále jako recepce a průchod do vnitrobloku a následného přístupu k Juranovu sálu a IBC centru.The bachelor thesis is based on the studio project of residential buildings. The project develops architectural study of multifunctional house on the Milady Horákové street in Brno – Zábrdovice. Projected building site is located between blocks of residential buildings from Art Nouveau. The designed object is connected to the existing neighbouring buildings by means of its height as well with its courtyard greenery. Apartments are oriented to the south – toward the courtyard, therefore very well illuminated, and rather shaded in the noise of intensive street traffic. In underground floor the polyfunctional house is equipped by cafe. Ground floor includes a reception and provides an access to all buildings compartments so as the courtyard, followed by Juran´s hall and IBC centrum. From first to- fourth floor of the northern part there are offices and shops.

Possibilities of utilization of QuEChERS method for isolation of antioxidants

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá stanovením vybraných biologicky aktivních látek v zeleném a černém čaji, arónii a mladém ječmeni. Práce je zaměřena především na možnost využití nové metody QuEChERS na izolaci vybraných látek ze vzorků a její porovnání s běžnými extrakčními technikami, kterými jsou příprava nálevů, extrakce v ultrazvukové lázni a Soxhletova extrakce. Připravené extrakty jsou analyzovány technikou RP-HPLC se spektrofotometrickou detekcí.This thesis deals with the determination of selected biologically active compounds in green and black tea, aronia and young barley. It is focused especially to the potential of new method QuEChERS for the isolation of selected compounds and it´s comparison with conventional extraction techniques, which are preparation of infusions, extraction in an ultrasonic bath and Soxhlet extraction. The topic of this bachelor thesis is a comparison of small tourist areas and their potential and role in tourism. The thesis focuses on small tourist areas of Písesko, Blatensko, Vodňansko and Strakonicko. The content of the thesis is the definition of the given areas, their comparison and the formulation of proposals on the direction in which these areas could develop. The aim of this thesis is therefore not only to provide a comprehensive view of the potential of small tourist areas within tourism, but also to formulate specific proposals and recommendations that can contribute to their further development and prosperity

International trade with writing instruments

The purpose of this thesis was to analyse current situation in the stationery market within European Union. The results show that there is a strong competition in this business branch. In the member states of EU, there are more than 60 cooperating stationery manufacturers that are associated under the EWIMA organization. EWIMA plays an important role in the process of harmonisation of relevant legal provisions of individual member states with common legal framework of EU. The legal provisions of EU are focused mainly on the consumer protection, harmlessness of products, safety, environmental protection and also at waste management and treatment of chemicals

Position of older persons on the labour market

Cílem práce je analyzovat vývoj ekonomické aktivity osob ve věku 55–64 let na trhu práce v České republice v letech 2002–2016. Práce zahrnuje definici demografických a ekonomických pojmů a pojmů z oblasti sociální politiky. Analytická část se soustředí na vývoj ekonomické aktivity, zaměstnanosti a nezaměstnanosti. Práce se dále věnuje oblasti vzdělávání dospělých, dlouhodobé nezaměstnanosti a podílu částečných úvazků. V rámci těchto témat je Česká republika srovnána s ostatními členskými zeměmi Evropské unie, díky čemuž se dá situace v České republice lépe zhodnotit. Na závěr jsou uvedeny příklady zemí, ve kterých se Česká republika může inspirovat při zlepšování podmínek pro starší osoby na trhu práce.The aim of this thesis is to analyse the development of economic activity of persons in the age of 55–64 on the labour market in the Czech Republic during years 2002–2016. The thesis includes a definition of demographic and economic terms and terms from the field of social policy. The analytical part is focused on the development of economic activity, employment, and unemployment. The thesis subsequently pays attention to adult education, long-term unemployment, and participation in part-time jobs. The Czech Republic is compared with other member countries of European Union in the framework of these topics, thanks to this fact the situation in the Czech Republic can be better evaluated. The examples of the countries from which the Czech Republic can draw inspiration when improving conditions for older people in the labour market, are stated in the end of this thesis
