Determining The Existence of Financial Synergy Effects of Consolidating Units in The Selected Industry

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení existence finančního synergického efektu u konsolidujících subjektů v odvětví stavebnictví. Za tímto účelem budou navrženy tři vhodné finanční ukazatele, které budou vypočteny zvlášť pro mateřský podnik a koncern. Následná komparace těchto hodnot nám umožním učinit závěr, zda ve zkoumaném odvětví byly dosaženy pozitivní finanční synergické efekty či nikoliv.The master’s thesis aims to evaluate the existence of the financial synergistic effect concerning consolidating companies in the construction industry area. For this purpose three appropriate financial indicators, which are to be calculated separately for the parent company and the concern, will be proposed. The subsequent comparison of these values will enable us to determine if the positive financial synergistic effects were achieved in the researched area.

Tris(2-carbamoylguanidinium) hydrogen fluoro­phospho­nate fluoro­phospho­nate monohydrate

The title structure, 3C2H7N4O+·HFPO3 −·FPO3 2−·H2O, contains three independent 2-carbamoylguanidinium cations, one fluoro­phospho­nate, one hydrogen fluoro­phospho­nate and one water mol­ecule. There are three different layers in the structure that are nearly perpendicular to the c axis. Each layer contains a cation and the layers differ by the respective presence of the water mol­ecule, the hydrogen fluoro­phospho­nate and fluoro­phospho­nate anions. N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds between the guanylurea mol­ecules that inter­connect the mol­ecules within each layer are strong. The layers are inter­connected by strong and weak O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds between the anions and water mol­ecules, respectively. Inter­estingly, the configuration of the layers is quite similar to that observed in 2-carbamoylguanidinium hydrogen fluoro­phospho­nate [Fábry et al. (2012). Acta Cryst. C68, o76–o83]. There is also present a N—H⋯F hydrogen bond in the structure which occurs quite rarely

N-[Amino(imino)methyl]uronium tetrafluoroborate

In the title compound, C2H7N4O+·BF4 −, inter­molecular N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds connect the cations into chains parallel to the c axis, with graph-set motif C(4). These chains are in turn connected into a three-dimensional network by inter­molecular N—H⋯F hydrogen bonds. The B—F distances distances in the anion are not equal

1,1-Dimethyl­biguanidium(2+) dinitrate

In the crystal structure of the title compound, C4H13N5 2+·2NO3 −, the main inter­molecular inter­actions are the N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds between the cationic amino groups and the O atoms of the nitrate ions. All amino H atoms and nitrate O atoms are involved in the three-dimensional hydrogen-bond network. There are two graph-set motifs R 2 2(8), which include the amino groups connected to the N atoms in the biguanide 3-, 4- and 5-positions, and the O atoms of a nitrate ion. They are extended along the a axis. An O atom of the second nitrate ion is involved in a graph-set motif C(4) that is a part of a helix-like N—H⋯O⋯H—N—H⋯O⋯ chain oriented along the b axis. There are also two weak C—H⋯O inter­actions in the crystal structure

Krystalové inženýrství nových materialů pro nelineární optiku

This thesis focuses on preparation of novel compounds suitable for nonlinear optics (NLO). In particular, the target property is the second harmonic generation (SHG) and the group of interest are salts of the cations with delocalized electrons which can serve as carriers of the NLO properties. In particular, four derivatives of the highly interesting molecule of guanidine were selected and their NLO potential was proven by quantum chemical computations. In total, twenty new structures were described and those with the noncentrosymmetric structure assembly were examined for the SHG efficiency. Four of the prepared compounds exhibited a noticeable SHG efficiency, two of them even comparable to urea. The most promising compound, the guanylurea hydrogen phosphite (GUHP), was examined in more detail while many interesting NLO properties were revealed. The results of this work are presented also in 10 attached publications which are an integral part of the thesis. Bakalářská práce porovnává systém sociální politiky ve dvou společnostech: FOMA Bohemia a ČEZ Měření. Vymezuje účastníky sociální politiky, její cíle, nástroje a prostředky. Dále se zaměřuje především na péči o zaměstnance, mzdovou oblast, vzdělávací programy pro zaměstnance, na činnost odborů. Cílem práce je ukázat, která z firem má lépe propracovanou sociální politiku, která dokáže své zaměstnance lépe zabezpečit a poskytnout jim tak lepší pracovní prostředí.Bachelor work compares a system of the social policy in two companies: FOMA Bohemia and ČEZ Measuring. Defines the participants of the social policy, its aims, instruments and resources. Then the work attends to the employee care, the wage sphere, education programs for the employees, the activity of the unions. Analysis of the pedagogical aspects of academic stress research at university: A systematic review

The objective of this professional text is to create a review study covering the phenomenon of academic stress. For this purpose, the method of analysing available sources from the Web of Science and SCOPUS databases was used. In total, 38 academic sources were identified that focused on researching academic stress amongst higher education students. For the selected studies, we analysed the context of the research, research concept and the recommendations given by these studies. In addition to this analysis, we also produce a SWOT analysis looking at the strengths and weaknesses of the research surveys alongside the opportunities and threats for further investigations. © 2022, North American Business Press.
