El anarquismo en el espejo judío

En esta investigación abordaremos la confrontación del anarquismo y la politización de la identidad judía. Lo haremos analizando la participación judía en el interior del movimiento y el pensamiento anarquista, los posicionamientos anarquistas ante el avance del antisemitismo y del sionismo y finalmente los intentos de hacer encajar en el pensamiento libertario la categoría nacional. La investigación se divide en dos partes. En los capítulos 2, 3 y 4 analizaremos respectivamente el a priori internacionalista libertario, el proceso de politización de la población judía europea y, finalmente, los debates teóricos y los recursos pragmáticos resultantes de este encuentro, incidiendo en las dificultades para extraer de ellos una vía teórico-política propia. En la segunda parte (capítulos 5 y 6) centraremos nuestra atención en el acercamiento entre el pensamiento libertario y el sionismo. El capítulo 5 aborda la obra de Gustav Landauer y de Martin Buber, responsables de una relectura nacional-comunitaria del pensamiento libertario. Y el capítulo 6 nos permitirá analizar las derivas de esta concepción a través del comunalismo de los kibbutzim en Palestina.This dissertation focuses on the confrontation of Anarchism and the politicization of the Jewish identity. It analyzes the Jewish participation in the anarchist movement and thought, the anarchist positions on the spread of Antisemitism and Zionism and, finally, the attempt to fit the national concept into anarchist thought. The dissertation is divided in two parts. Chapters 2, 3 and 4 consider the internationalist background of the anarchist thought, the process of politicization of the European Jewry and the theoretical debates and pragmatical strategies used in dealing with that process. We will highlight here the difficulties for Anarchism in drawing from these experiences its own theoretical and political approach. In the second part we will draw our attention to the attempts at reconciliation between Anarchism and Zionism. Chapter 5 tackles Gustav Landauer and Martin Buber's work. They are responsible in reading the anarchist thought from a national and communitarian point of view. Chapter 6 allows us to analyze the drift of this conception in the experience of kibbutzim in Palestine

Le bateau "imaginaire". Imaginaire et mémoire dans la transformation sociale et politique

Cet article explore, à travers l’imaginaire, les conditions de possibilité du changement social et politique. Prenant comme point de départ L’institution imaginaire de la société de Castoriadis, l’article cherche des voies pour défendre la possibilité d’une nouveauté radicale sans pour autant tomber dans l’idée d’un imaginaire transcendant, ni dans l’imposition d’une volonté individuelle. Pour ce faire, le fonctionnement de l’imaginaire social est travaillé à partir de celui de la mémoire. On reprend ainsi la mémoire comme écriture telle que Derrida la pense au départ des analyses de Freud, et on découvre comment mémoire et imaginaire peuvent s’éclairer en devenant métaphore l’un pour l’autre. Comprendre l’imaginaire comme mémoire et la mémoire comme écriture permet d’envisager l’action humaine comme fondamentalement créatrice et commune. Notre action étant constitutive de notre réalité, il est ainsi possible de comprendre comment nous avons la possibilité d’instituer une réalité autre

El antisemitismo y la politización de la identidad judía

This paper examines the process of politicization of the Jewish identity follo-wing the collapse of the emancipatory project of the Enlightenment and the contemporary reading of this process for the current political debate about identity. First, I will argue that modern antisemitism revealed the inner con-tradictions lying beneath the Enlightenment rationale. Second, I will explore how the politization of Jewish condition entailed a reconfiguration of the Jewish identity which resulted in different political projects aiming at the eman-cipation of the Jewish people. However, I argue, the re-thinking of Jewish as a political subject embodied both the potential of critical alterity and an iden-tity essentialization. Is thus possible to include identity within any emancipatory project? The goal here is to expose the insights afforded by the expe-rience of Jewish recent history to contemporary emancipatory struggles.En este artículo abordaremos la politización de la identidad judía como con-secuencia de la ruptura del proyecto emancipatorio ilustrado. Defenderemos que esta ruptura es resultante de las contradicciones internas al propio pro-yecto, pero que se harán explícitas con el antisemitismo moderno. Esta politi-zación abre un escenario de resignificación de la condición judía que desem-bocará en un conjunto de propuestas de corte político que se presentarán como sendos proyectos de emancipación de la población judía. Tales propues-tas contienen a la vez el potencial de alteridad crítica y el germen de una nue-va totalización identitaria. Y su rastreo nos permitirá esbozar el papel ambiva-lente de los componentes identitarios en los proyectos de emancipación con-temporáneos

The Open Border

The objective of this article is to consider the volition of boundary as an opening in otherness, establishing a dialogue with Giorgio Agamben’s work La Comunidad que viene [The community to come]. Beyond the conception of borders as demarcation, this article approaches the boundary as a construction through contact, and which produces the articulation of us/them and of the Other, and not the other way round. In this way, the volition of boundaries appears, without any desire to escape towards a common abstract space or toward an elimination of categorisation, but simply as the registering of an opening in the never-ending fabric of our identities

This article explores, through the imaginary, the conditions of possibility of social and political change. Taking as starting point L’institution imaginaire de la société of Castoriadis, the article looks for ways to defend the possibility of a radical novelty without falling into the idea of ​​a transcendent imaginary, nor in the imposition of an individual will. To do this, the social imaginary is approached from that of memory. The memory is approached as writing, as Derrida thinks it from the analyzes of Freud and discovers how memory and imaginary can enlighten themselves by becoming metaphor for each other.
