Control modernization of two-axis manipulator

Bakalářská práce řeší modernizaci řízení dvouosého manipulátoru, který je součástí galvanizační linky. V úvodní části je popsáno původní řešení se zhodnocením aktuálního stavu a specifikace požadavků na modernizaci zařízení. Výběr navrženého řízení vychází z analýzy možných řešení, která jsou v této práci popsána. V další části se práce zabývá výběrem vhodných komponentů a popisuje průběh realizace.The bachelor thesis addresses the modernization of two-axis manipulator that is a part of the galvanizing line. The introductory section describes and evaluates the current situation and specifies the requirements for the device modernization. The selection of the proposed control is based on the analysis of possible solutions which are described in this work. The next part deals with the selection of suitable components and describes the process of implementation.

Testing Equipment of Pneumatic Motors

Import 02/11/2016V rámci své diplomové práce jsem se zabýval návrhem experimentálního zařízení pro měření statických a dynamických charakteristik pneumatických motorů s elastickými pracovními členy. Do skupiny těchto motorů patří membránové motory, měchové motory a fluidní svaly. Uvedené typy motorů se od sebe značně liší svou konstrukcí i funkcí. To muselo být zohledněno při návrhu experimentálního zařízení, aby splňovalo nejen požadavky na dostatečnou tuhost, ale bylo zároveň i univerzální. V úvodu práce je proveden obecný rozbor a popis jednotlivých motorů. Dále jsou navrženy varianty konstrukčního řešení experimentálního zařízení. Následuje návrh a výpočet hydraulického a pneumatického obvodu, včetně specifikace prvků. Dle návrhu byla provedena realizace experimentálního zařízení a ověření jeho funkčnosti. V závěru práce je zpracována metodika měření a provedeno měření vybraných typů motorů.In terms of my thesis I dealt with the design of experimental device for measuring static and dynamic characteristics of air motors working with elastic members. The group of these motors includes diaphragm motors, bellows motors and fluid muscles. Mentioned types of motorsare very different in their design and function. That must be taken into account in the design of experimental equipment to meet both the requirements for sufficient strength, but it was also the universal. The introduction is made a general analysis and description of the individual motors. Furthermore, the proposed construction solution experimental device. Following the calculation of hydraulic and pneumatic circuit, including elements of the specification. According to the proposal carried out an experimental device implementation and verification of its functionality. Camera Platform

Import 05/08/2014Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na návrh polohovatelné kamerové plošiny pro dálkové pořizování snímků. V úvodní části jsou uvedeny současné kamerové plošiny, dále je zde rozpracováno několik variant kinematického zapojení a na základě hodnotové analýzy je vybrána optimální varianta, která je dále podrobně řešena. V další část se zabývá konstrukčním řešením kamerové plošiny, dimenzování vhodných pohonů a volbou senzorického a akčního subsystému včetně vhodné komunikace mezi operátorem a kamerovou plošinou. Dále byla zpracována výkresová dokumentace a vytvoření 3D modelu v programu PTC Creo.This Bachelor thesis is focused on the design adjustable camera platform for remote shooting. In the introductory part are worked out the current camera platforms, there is also elaborated several variations of kinematic engagement and selected optimal solution based on the analysis , which is further addressed in detail. The next section deals with the structural design of camera platforms, sizing and selection of suitable actuators and sensory action subsystem including appropriate communication between the operator and camera platform. Omnidirectional chassis

Tato práce se zabývá návrhem a realizací funkčního modelu všesměrového synchronního podvozku. Zaměřuje se na mechanickou konstrukci všesměrového podvozku a výběr vhodného hardwarového vybavení. Dále se zabývá návrhem řídícího softwaru pro minipočítač a návrhem grafické aplikace v PC.The master's thesis deals with the functional model design of the omnidirectional chassis and its implementation. It is focused on construction of the omnidirectional chassis and choosing the suitable hardware equipment.It also deals with a project of control software for a mini-computer and a design of graphic application in the PC.

Model of Marketing E-commerce

Tato práce pojednává o návrhu marketingového modelu pro elektronické obchodování. Snahou je znázornění nejrozšířenějších a nejúčinnějších metod marketingové strategie. V praktické části práce je rozebrán konkrétní případ mezinárodního modelu spolupráce mezi oblastí Jižní Ameriky a Evropskou Unií s následnou implementací optimalizace a zavedením marketingové strategie pro návrh elektronického modelu obchodování s konkrétními produkty určenými pro trh Evropské Unie. Výsledkem je posílení celkové přínosnosti, výkonnosti a efektivity rozvíjejících se zemí za předpokladu zavedení biregionální obchodní spolupráce díky elektronickému obchodování.This paper discusses the design of marketing model for electronic commerce. Effort is the most common representation and the most effective methods of marketing strategy. The practical part is discussed the particular case of the international model of cooperation between the regions of South America and the European Union, followed by implementation and optimization of marketing strategies for the introduction of a draft electronic commerce model with specific products for the market in the European Union. The result is an overall strengthening benefit terms, performance and efficiency in developing countries, provided the introduction of bi-regional cooperation through business e-commerce.

Design of special purpose tool for sag measurement

Cílem práce je navrhnout jednoúčelový stroj určený k měření průhybu. V textu jsou popsána tři možná řešení navrhovaného stroje, u každého z nich je vypočten výrobní takt stroje a stanoveny přibližné cenové náklady. Výsledné řešení je vybráno s ohledem na kompromis mezi oběma těmito klíčovými ukazateli. Další část textu se zabývá výběrem vhodných pohonů manipulátoru a ostatních komponent celého elektrického zařízení. Následně je navrženo možné řešení automatizovaného řízení stroje včetně elektrického zapojení.The aim of the thesis is to design a special purpose tool for sag measurement. Three possible solutions are proposed, for each the production cycle time is calculated and its approximate costs are estimated. The best solution in terms of a trade-off between both key quantities is suggested. Next part of the work deals with the selection of suitable drives for the manipulator as well as of the other components for the whole electrical device. Finally, a possible automated control of the complete machinery, including the electrical wiring diagram, is presented.

Evaluation of Traffic Noise

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou dopravního hluku, jeho měřením a vyhodnocováním. Teoretická část se soustřeďuje jednak na základní informace o akustice, ale také popisuje a analyzuje zdroje hluku na styku pneumatika/vozovka. Dále se zabývá protihlukovými kryty a metodami pro měření dopravního hluku. Praktická část obsahuje popisy, výsledky a zhodnocení realizovaných měření hluku metodami CPX a SPB.This thesis deals with issue of traffic noise, its measurement and data evaluation. Theoretic part of my work concretes basic information about acoustics and also describes and analyzes traffic noise sources of tire/pavement. Next part deals with quite pavement and with measurement methods of traffic noise. Practical part of my thesis contains description, results and evaluation of realized measurement with methods CPX and SPB.

Evaluation of pavement surface noise reductions

Cílem bakalářské práce je seznámit se s problematikou protihlukových povrchů vozovek, analyzovat zdroje hluku při interakci pneumatiky s vozovkou, seznámit se s principy protihlukových koberců a jejich vlastnostmi. Součástí práce je také celkové shrnutí metod používaných pro měření hluku z rozhraní pneumatika/vozovka a vyhodnocení některých dosud provedených měření na realizovaných úsecích s protihlukovými kryty. Hlavním cílem je vyhodnocení měření v Zádveřicích u Zlína.The aim of the bachelor´s thesis is to make an introduction to quiet pavements, analyzing the sources of tire/pavement noise, study the principles of this pavement and summarize their properties. This thesis deals with method of measurement tire/pavement noise and evaluate the concrete measurements. The main aim of the thesis is to evaluate measurement in Zádveřice near Zlín.
