    Valuation of ticket prices for first-division football matches in the Spanish league

    This paper measures the optimal prices of football tickets and investigates the pricing strategy of the first-division teams in the Spanish league during the 2018/2019 season. The paper develops a dual hybrid model of supply and demand based on a hedonic price approach. Fans have multiple motivations to attend the stadium, such as the quality of the opposing teams, the pre-match qualifying position, the schedule, the day of the match, the stadium facilities, and the atmosphere. Their final decision will be conditioned by the price set by the clubs. The data show a difference of almost 300% in ticket prices among clubs. The estimation results from a hedonic price equation reveal that an optimal pricing strategy is followed by only five out of 20 clubs in the league.     Masalah yang dikaji dalam penelitan ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kinerja mengajar dosen berpengaruh terhadap motivasi berprestasi mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan UPI Bandung. Guna mencapai tujuan penelitian yaitu teranalisisnya kinerja mengajar dosen terhadap motivasi berprestasi mahasiswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 99 orang mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan angkatan 2013, 2014 dan 2015. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penyebaran angket mengenai kinerja mengajar dosen dan motivasi berprestasi mahasiswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kinerja mengajar dosen memiliki pengaruh yang tinggi terhadap motivasi berprestasi mahasiswa. Uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa kinerja mengajar dosen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi berprestasi mahasiswa. Nilai koefisien korelasi yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa korelasi ada pada kategori cukup kuat antara kinerja mengajar dosen terhadap motivasi berprestasi. In order to achieve the purpose this research is analysis performance to teach lecturer motivation student achievement. The method used was deskriptif method and kuantitatif approach. Responden in this study amounted 99 students Faculty of Education in 2013, 2014 dan 2015 semester. Data collection techniques used in this study is quistionnaires teaching academic performance and motivation student achievement. Data analysis techniques used are simple regression analysis The result of this research shows teaching academic performance which in high influence to motivation student achievement. Test the hypothesis showed that teaching academic performance has the positive and significant impact on motivation students achievement in the Faculty of Education UPI Bandung. The correlation coefficient obtained show that the correlation is in the category is strong enough between teaching academic performance and motivation student achievement.     Pertumbuhan teknologi yang pesat membawa dampak yang besar bagi masyarakat dan membawa masyarakat untuk mampu beradaptasi dengan terbukanya informasi. Banyak bidang mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam pekerjaannya. Akan tetapi, persoalan adaptasi akan menjadi persoalan yang besar bagi masyarakat di saat teknologi baru bermunculan. Untuk mengevaluasi dan memprediksi perilaku masyarakat dibutuhkan kerangka kerja yaitu TAM (Teori Acceptance Model) di mana model ini populer dan banyak digunakan dalam studi perilaku saat menggunakan teknologi.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) melihat TAM dari sudut pandang kerangka kerja dan perluasan TAM, 2) tujuan menggunakan TAM, 3) variabel eksternal yang digunakan selain konstruksi TAM, 4) identifikasi bidang apa saja yang menggunakan TAM pada teknologi digital dalam tahun 2021 dengan menggunakan SLR (Systematic Literature Review), serta 5) mengidentifikasi pada topik penelitian dan menjawab pertanyaan penelitian dan didapatkan selama tahun 2021. Kerangka kerja TAM dengan dua konstruksi utama PEUO dan PU masih bersifat adaptif dan kontekstual dalam berbagai bidang. Contohnya pendidikan, bisnis, akomodasi, pariwisata, dan perbankan dengan tujuan menguji, mengidentifikasi, menyelidiki, dan menguji akuntabilitas faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku dengan beberapa variabel tambahan

    Motivation of People with HIV/AIDS in Terms of Sports Activities

    This study aims to determine the motivation of people with HIV / AIDS in terms of futsal sports activities at Rumah Cemara Bandung. The research was carried out using the descriptive survey method. Sampling in this study used incidental sampling techniques. The sample in this study was 1 person who was positive for HIV/AIDS. The instrument used is in the form of a closed questionnaire using a Likert Scale. Based on the validity test of valid questionnaires, there were 29 questions out of 41 statement questions. The Reliability Test obtained 0.767 and falls under the criteria of high reliability. Data processing obtained a percentage of physiological needs of 37.5%, the need for a sense of security of 16.7%, social needs of 100%, appreciation needs of 33.3% and self-actualization needs of 100%. Thus, researchers can conclude that the motivation of people with HIV / AIDS in terms of the aspect of physiological needs in the criteria of motivation is very low, the aspect of the need for a sense of security is critiqued very low motivation, the aspect of social needs is critiqued very high motivation, the aspect of appreciation needs is critiqued very low and the aspect of self-actualization needs is critied very high

    DAMPAK AKTIVITAS OLAHRAGA TERHADAP PENURUNAN STIGMA NEGATIF ODHA (ORANG DENGAN HIV/AIDS) DAN NILAI SOSIAL RUMAH CEMARA BANDUNG

    Orang yang menderita HIV+ seringkali mendapat stigma negatif dan penurunan nilai sosial karena memiliki sebuah penyakit yaitu AIDS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penurunan stigma dan peningkatan nilai sosial ODHA (orang dengan HIV/AIDS) melalui aktivitas olahraga futsal Rumah Cemara Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode causal comparatif (ex-post facto). Desain dalam penelitian ini adalah criterion group design. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 20 orang dibagi dalam dua karakteristik, 10 ODHA yang aktif berolahraga dan 10 ODHA yang tidak aktif berolahraga. Instrumen digunakan berupa angket tertutup dan wawancara dengan menggunakan skala likert. Berdasarkan uji alat ukur validitas dan reliabilitas peneliti menggunakan angket yang diadopsi dan didiskusikan dengan expert judgment. Analisis data diolah menggunakan SPSS software versi 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan adanya penurunan stigma dan peningkatan nilai sosial dilihat dari uji independent sampel T dengan thitung>ttabel dengan menarik kesimpulan Nilai t-Hitung stigma sebesar 3.439 > 2.10092 dan nilai sosial sebesar 3.730 > 2.10092. Artinya, aktivitas olahraga berpengaruh terhadap penurunan stigma dan peningkatan nilai sosial ODHA. Direkomendasikan pada penelitian selanjutnya untuk mempertajam dalam kajian nilai-nilai olahraga terhadap implikasi isu sosial.;--People who suffer from HIV+ receive a negative stigma and a decrease in social values due to AIDS status. The aim of this study to determine the decline in stigma and increase the social value of PLWHA (people with HIV/AIDS) through sports activities Rumah Cemara Bandung. This study used causal comparative method (ex-post facto). Design in this study was the design of the criteria group. Sampling in this study uses a saturated sampling technique. Sample includes 20 people divided into two characteristics, 10 PLWHA who were active in sports and 10 PLWHA who were not actively exercising. The instrument used consisted of a closed questionnaire and interviews using a likert scale. Based on the testing of the validity and reliability measuring instruments the researchers used questionnaires adopted and discussed with expert judgment. Analysis of data using processed SPSS version 23. The results of this study showed that there was a decrease in stigma and an increase in social values seen from an independent sample test with tcount> ttable by drawing conclusions The value of Stigma t-score was 3,439> 2,10092 and Social Value 3,730> 2, 10092. Related, sports activities, oppose the stigma and change in the Social Value of PLWHA. Recommended in future studies to sharpen in the assessment of sports values on the implications of social issues

    Genetic Diversity of Musa balbisiana Colla in Indonesia Based on AFLP Marker

    Musa balbisiana Colla, known as Pisang Klutuk/Pisang Batu, is important for banana breeding program due to its B genome and often considered  to be resistant to pest, disease and drought.  Banana is a big and tall herb up to 7-9 m in height.The study was conducted to assess genetic diversity of 21 accessions of M. balbisiana cultivars/varieties from Indonesia based on Amplified Fragment Length Polymorphism (AFLP) markers in order to provide basic information to support banana breeding program. Analyses of similarity index of Nei and Li and clustering based on UPGMA was conducted using NTSYS program. Principal Component Analysis (PCA) was conducted by MINITAB 14. Twenty two primer pairs of AFLP markers produced 485 AFLP bands varying from 51-3206 bp in size and 46.18% of the AFLP bands were polymorphic. Genetic diversity among the 21 accessions of M. balbisiana was 13.8%. The genetic diversity of wild M. balbisiana was 12.9%, higher than the genetic diversity of cultivated M. balbisiana which was 11.5%. Cluster analysis based on UPGMA suggested that wild M. balbisiana and cultivated M. balbisiana could not be separated into different clusters. Both cluster analysis and PCA produced the same three groups of the accessions. The PCA analyses showed that 17 AFLP bands were responsible for the grouping

    Competencies of the practicum mentor

    This article is the result of research centered on the figure of the primary school teacher practicum mentor. The article aims to determine and identify the main professional competencies that these mentors should assume and acquire and that will contribute to the future primary school teachers training during their teacher-practicum period. Additionally, we wish to explore how prepared the teachers’ mentors feel to undertake their role as mentors./nThe research specific goals are:/nDetermine which competencies the mentors of future primary school teachers should assume and acquire.Contribute to the training of the mentors in order enable them to fulfill their roles.This research uses a quantitative analysis methodology. A questionnaire utilizing the Likert scale has been elaborated and applied to practicum mentors of the Community of Madrid with the purpose of collecting as much information as possible about the specific competencies assumed by the mentors during the practicum period. During the 2012-2013 school year, 105 schools took part in the research. The real sample consists of 674 teachers. The fiability of the questionnaire was obtained by Cronbach’s Alpha with a 0,859 fiability in the blocs: the tutor and the teaching institutions on one hand and the tutor and the development of the teacher’s specific competencies during the practicum. SPSS 20.0 software has been used to analyze the results and back-testing has been done with ANOVA. For segmentation analysis, Chaid’s growth method has been used in order to identify the mentor’s level of satisfaction with their ability to exercise their role as mentors./nAmong the results obtained, we emphasize the importance of the relationship between mentor and student on one hand that will establish an atmosphere of trust and counseling that will facilitate their further professional development. On the other hand, we have corroborated the mentors’ abilities and professionalism in the performance of their roles. The conclusions and suggestions focus on the necessity of offering mentors continued training that will enhance their performance as mentors and advisors for the future primary school teachers.Este artículo es el resultado de un proceso de investigación centrado en la figura del maestro mentor de prácticas. La finalidad del artículo persigue determinar e identificar las competencias profesionales clave que deben tener asumidas y adquiridas y que contribuyen a la formación de los futuros maestros, cuando éstos realizan el periodo de prácticas de magisterio. Por otra parte, queremos explorar cómo se sienten de preparados y formados los maestros mentores para el ejercicio de su labor de mentor. Los objetivos específicos se centran en:/nDeterminar cuáles son las competencias que deben tener asumidas y adquiridas para formar al futuro maestro. Contribuir a la formación de los maestros mentores para el desempeño de sus funciones. En el estudio se ha utilizado una metodología de carácter cuantitativo. Se ha elaborado un cuestionario con escala tipo Likert que se ha aplicado a los maestros mentores de colegios de toda la Comunidad de Madrid con el fin de recoger la mayor información posible sobre las competencias específicas desempeñadas por los mentores durante el periodo de prácticas de enseñanza de los futuros maestros. Participaron 105 colegios durante el curso 2012-2013. La muestra real participante de maestros mentores está constituida por 674. La fiabilidad del cuestionario se obtuvo mediante el alpha de Cronbach con fiabilidad del 0,859, en los bloques: el mentor y el centro escolar, por una parte, y, por otra, el mentor y el desarrollo de competencias específicas docentes del alumno en prácticas. Se utilizó para el análisis de resultados el programa estadístico SPSS 20.0, la prueba de contraste mediante ANOVA y para el análisis de segmentación se utilizó el método de crecimiento CHAID para identificar el nivel de satisfacción de los mentores con respecto a su formación y capacidad para ejercer su función de mentor. Entre los hallazgos encontrados destacamos la importancia de la relación entre el mentor y el estudiante en prácticas, por un lado, al establecer un clima de confianza y asesoramiento que facilitará su desarrollo profesional, y, por otro, queda constatada la profesionalidad y capacitación que poseen los mentores en el ejercicio de su labor. Como conclusiones y propuestas futuras de formación se evidencia la necesidad de ofrecer a los mentores una formación continua que facilite el desempeño de sus tareas en el acompañamiento del estudiante de magisterio en prácticas.Cet article est le résultat d’un processus de recherche focalisé dans la figure du mentor de stage. Le but de l’article cherche à déterminer et à identifier les compétences professionnelles clés qui doivent être acquises et qui contribuent à la formation des futurs enseignants quand ils réalisent le stage d’enseignement. D’une autre part, nous voulons explorer s’ils se sentent préparés et formés pour mener à bien le rôle de responsable de stage./nLes objectifs spécifiques sont les suivants:/nDéterminer quelles sont les compétences qui doivent être acquises pour former au futur enseignant.Contribuer à la formation des enseignants mentors pour l’accomplissement de leurs fonctions.Dans l’étude on a utilisé une méthodologie à caractère quantitative. On a élaboré un questionnaire avec une échelle de type Likert qui a été appliqué aux enseignants mentors des écoles de la Communauté de Madrid afin de recueillir autant d’informations que possible sur les compétences spécifiques accomplies par des enseignants mentors pendant le stage des futurs enseignants. 105 écoles ont participé pendant l’année 2012-2013. L’échantillonnage participant réel d’enseignants mentors se compose de 674 personnes. La fiabilité du questionnaire a été obtenue par l’alpha de Cronbach avec une fiabilité de 0,859 dans les blocs: l’enseignant mentor et l’école d’une part et, d’autre part, l’enseignant mentor et le développement des compétences spécifiques d’enseignement des stagiaires. Le programme statistique SPSS 20.0 a été utilisé pour l’analyse des résultats, le test de contraste en utilisant ANOVA et pour l’analyse de segmentation a été utilisé la méthode de croissance CHAID pour déterminer le niveau de satisfaction des enseignantes mentors en ce qui concerne leur formation et la compétence pour exercer son rôle d’enseignant mentor./nParmi les résultats obtenus on peut souligner l’importance de la relation entre l’enseignant mentor et le stagiaire d’une part, en établissant un climat de confiance et d’assistance qui facilitera leur développement professionnel, et d’autre part, il est prouvé le professionnalisme et les compétences qui ont les enseignants mentors dans l’exercice de leur travail.     PENGGUNAAN MEDIA FOTOGRAFI TUMBLR DENGAN TEKNIK IMAJINASI OBJEK DALAM PEMBELAJARAN MENULIS TEKS PUISI : Penelitian Eksperimen Kuasi terhadap Siswa Kelas X SMA Negeri 9 Bandung Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017

    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan yang dialami oleh siswa dalam pembelajaran menulis puisi di kelas X. Permasalahan tersebut meliputi kesulitan menemukan ide, mengembangkan ide, dan siswa kurang terbiasa mengemukakan perasaan, pemikiran, dan imajinasinya terhadap menulis puisi. Oleh karena itu, peneliti mengujicobakan media fotografi tumblr dengan teknik imajinasi objek sebagai salah satu alternatif untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menunjukkan keefektifan media fotografi tumblr dengan teknik imajinasi objek dalam pembelajaran menulis puisi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen kuasi dengan desain nonequivalent control group. Tahapan penelitian yang dilakukan antara lain melakukan tes awal, memberikan perlakuan, dan melakukan tes akhir. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua kelompok subjek penelitian yakni kelas eksperimen dan kelas pembanding. Alat ukur yang dijadikan ukuran keberhasilan penelitian ini yakni puisi hasil karya siswa. Berdasarkan penghitungan uji hipotesis dengan df = 64, diperoleh hasil t0 = 4.574 > t0,05(64) = 1.670. Dengan kata lain, terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil pembelajaran menulis teks puisi sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan penerapan media fotografi tumblr dengan teknik imajinasi objek pada siswa. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Artinya, media fotografi tumblr dengan teknik imajinasi objek efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran menulis puisi. ---------- This study was motivated by the issue being experienced by the tenth-graders-students when it comes to writing poetry at school. The problems included the difficulty of seeking an idea, and developing the idea. Similarly, the students do not use to expose their feeling, mind, and imagination when writing poetry. In line with this, the researcher proposed a photograph media namely tumblr with imaginary object as one of alternatives in overcoming aforementioned problems. The present research was aimed at investigating the effectiveness of tumblr as the photograph media with imaginary object technique in writing poetry. The study employed quasi experimental research with non-equivalent control group design. Steps which were taken for the sake of the research involved administering pre-test, suggesting treatment, and conducting post-test. The subject of this present study used both experimental class and controlled class.The success of the research was seen by investigating students’ works. Based on hypothesis test with df = 64, the study showed t0 = 4.574> t0,05(64) = 1.670. In this regard, there was a significantly different result in writing poetry after being given the treatment by implementing tumblr with imaginary object technique in the classroom. From the data, it can be concluded that Berdasarkan hal tersebut, Ha was accepted and Howas turned down. Therefore, the media photograph of tumblrwas supposed to be highly effective to be applied in writing poetry
