    Kemajuan jaman sekarang ini menggeser budaya asli daerah dengan budaya barat yang sangat jauh dari norma ketimuran. Berangkat dari keresahan inilah mencoba untuk mendekatkan budaya ini kepada generasi muda agar tetap bisa dikenal dan dilestarikan. Bidang usaha yang digeluti oleh waragawear ini berupa clothing line dengan konsep budaya lokal unik sesuai dengan selera pasar yang kreatif, edukatif dan inovatif. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan produktivitas mitra usaha dalam mengembangkan usahanya. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini dengan melakukan Focus Group Discussion dengan mitra, kemudian melakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan terhdapa mitra. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini, sudah dilakukan pelatihan pemasaran online dengan dibuatkannya website www.waragawear.com kemudian pelatihan pengelolaan keuangan dan juga pendampingan dalam keikutsertaan waraga wear dalam pekan budaya hari jadi kabupaten kediri yang terselenggara pada 13 Juli 2019 yang bertempat pada lokasi Simpang Lima Gumul. Hal terakhir yang dilakukan oleh tim pengabdian adalah mendaftarkan Merek Dagang Waraga Wear dan juga HKI produk waraga wear

    Pengantar Ekonomi makro membahas konsep dasar teori ekonomi makro serta beberapa persoalan pokok dari kebijakan ekonomi makro. Setelah melaksanakan perkuliahan ini mahasiswa mampu memahami dan terampil menganalisis pendapatan nasional, dampak kebijakan fiskal, kebijakan moneter, dan perdagangan internasional terhadap perekonomian nasional. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah keterbatasan pengetahuan mahasiswa baik dalam tataran konsep dan implementasi langsung dari materi ilmu ekonomi yang dikaji secara agregat ini, minimnya harmonisasi antara soft skills dan hard skills mahasiswa baik untuk kepentingannya sendiri akan kesadaran disiplin pentingnya membaca dan memahami konsep materi maupun rasa tanggung jawab dan toleransi ketika dilakukan diskusi kelas, serta pentingnya kejujuran. Masalah lain yang ditemukan dari proses pembelajaran adalah kurangnya pemahaman mahasiswa baik secara individu maupun kelompok terhadap implementasi pengambilan keputusan dalam tataran makro ekonomi.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Mengetahui pelaksanaan pembelajaran kolaboratif_LS, (2) Mengetahui peningkatan karakter positif mahasiswa pengantar ekonomi makro melalui pembelajaran kolaboratif_LS. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas berbasis lesson study dengan pendekatan penelitian deskriptip kualitatif. Prosedur penelitian dilaksanakan selama dua siklus. Setiap siklus dilaksanakan pada satu pokok bahasan untuk mengetahui hasil yang telah dicapai oleh subyek penelitian sebagai dasar untuk perbaikan pada siklus selanjutnya. Setiap siklus terdiri atas tiga tahap yaitu plan, do, see. Subyek penelitian adalah mahasiswa UM off A angkatan 2015 yang sedang menempuh matakuliah pengantar ekonomi makro. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, keterlaksanaan pembelajaran kolaboratif berbasis lesson study dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik dan mampu meningkatkan karakter positif serta keterampilan kolaboratif mahasiswa Pengantar Makro Ekonomi Off A Prodi Pendidikan Angkatan 2015

    Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh UKM Mie Ayam Wonogirian dapat dijabarkan sebagai berikut: (1) Aspek Manajemen, setelah membuka cabang kemudian menutupnya dan membuka cabang kembali pada lokasi yang berbeda, terlihat perlunya pengaturan pengelolaan manajerial pada UKM Mie Ayam Wonogirian terhadap keberlangsungan usaha. (2) Aspek Pemasaran dan Produksi, pemasaran dari mulut ke mulut memang menambah pelanggan, namun karena persaingan dalam industri makanan yang ketat perlu adanya pemasaran yang gencar melalui sosial media dengan memanfaatkan endorsement kuliner lokal di Kota Malang. Berdasarkan permasalahan diatas, maka solusi yang ditawarkan diantaranya adalah melakukan pendampingan pembuatan Waralaba Mie Ayam Wonogirian untuk menarik investor sebagai langkah dalam peningkatan dan perluasan usaha. kegiatan pendampingan Waralaba dilakukan dengan pembuatan prospektus usaha, pembuatan struktur organisasi yang jelas, pendaftaran merek untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen dan investor terhadap keberlangsungan usaha.     The course for developing teaching materials is a subject that must be taken by educational students. Students as prospective teachers must be able to make good quality teaching materials so that learning can run effectively and efficiently. In the course of developing instructional materials, students are required to be able to produce a print teaching material that is appropriate for use by students. Teaching materials can be said to be of good quality and appropriate if it is in accordance with the learning objectives that must be achieved by students. This research is a descriptive study with an analysis of teaching materials that have been developed by students through project-based learning. The results of the study can be seen that the quality of teaching materials that have been developed along with the cognitive abilities of students master the material of teaching material development subjects. Until now, the implementation of the economic system has not met the expectations of the mandate of the 1945 Constitution. One of the mandates affirmed in the Constitution is the role of cooperatives that play an important role in the national economy. But as reform progresses, the role of cooperatives has deteriorated compared to the previous period. This descriptive qualitative research was conducted with students of the Faculty of Economics in Malang Raya, to determine their literacy in cooperative economics and the Pancasila economy.     Abstract. The industrial revolution era is an era where cyber-physical and manufacturing collaborations mark the change. The challenges that exist must be faced by various parties, including the world of education. The world of education, which is at the core of human resource development, must prepare a learning design that is able to answer these challenges. STEM is considered capable of being an alternative method used in learning. This method integrates Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. The aim of the training carried out at the Economic MGMP in Kediri Regency is to improve the professional skills of teachers in making STEM-based lesson plans. The results of the activities that have been carried out are that the teachers are very enthusiastic about participating in the training activities well and as many as 80% of the teachers already understand and can make STEM-based lesson plans well. The hope in the future is that teachers will always use STEM-based lesson plans according to the subject matter they teach so that learning activities can be well integrated and can achieve maximum learning objectives.Abstrak. Era revolusi Industri merupakan sebuah era dimana cyber fisik dan kolaborasi manufaktur yang menandai perubahannya. Tantangan yang ada harus dihadapi oleh berbagai pihak tidak terkecuali dunia pendidikan. Dunia Pendidikan yang mana merupakan sebuah inti dari pembangunan sumberdaya manusia harus menyiapkan rancangan pembelajaran yang mampu menjawab tantangan tersebut. STEM dianggap mampu menjadi salah satu alternatif metode yang digunakan dalam pembelajan. Metode ini  mengintegrasikan antara Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. Tujuan pelatihan yang dilaksanakan pada MGMP Ekonomi di Kabupaten Kediri ini adalah meningkatkan ketrampilan professional para guru dalam pembuatan RPP berbasis STEM. Hasil dari kegiatan yang telah dilakukan adalah para guru sangat antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan tersebut dengan baik dan sebanyak 80% guru sudah memahami dan dapat membuat RPP berbasis STEM dengan baik. Harapan kedepannya adalah, para guru selalu menggunakan RPP berbasis STEM disesuaikan dengan materi pelajaran yang diajarkannya sehingga kegiatan pembelajaran dapat terintegrasi dengan baik serta dapat mencapai tujuan pembelajaran secara maksimal.

    Pandemi Covid-19 membawa pada sebuah tantangan global dan berdampak pada sektor Pendidikan. Kebijakan physical dan social distancing membuat aktivitas pembelajaran harus dilakukan secara daring dengan memanfaatkan teknologi dan media pembelajaran. Faktanya, masih banyak pendidik dan fasilitas sekolah yang tidak siap dalam menghadapi perubahan ini. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan kepada guru sebagai aspek penting dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan dituntut untuk memahami dan memilih metode dan model pembelajaran daring yang tepat. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan melakukan diskusi grup dan pelatihan dengan memperhatikan protocol Covid-19. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan ini telah membantu guru dalam mengembangkan pembelajaran yang inovatif dan praktek pembuatan konten pembelajaran. Antusiasme guru guru sangat tinggi dalam kegiatan ini untuk membuat konten pembelajaran yang berkualitas bagi siswa. Kata Kunci: inovasi pembelajaran, pembelajaran daring, media pembelajaran. AbstractCovid-19 pandemic has been a global challenge and it has impacted to educational sector. Since the implementation of physical and social distancing, it drives to movement from conventional model to online learning activities by adapting technology. This project aims at assisting educators in using online learning activities and providing innovative learnings to obtain same benefits like normal situation. This activity is carried out by conducting group discussions and training with due regard to the Covid-19 protocol. The results of the implementation of this activity have helped teachers in developing innovative learning and learning content creation practices.     Integrating Information Technology and Stem Learning Models in Industrial 4.0 Revolution

    At present the world is entering the era of industrial revolution 4.0 which is closely related to information technology on the basis of human life (Kemenristekdikti, 2018a). With these changes, of course the world of education must also immediately respond to these changes. The steps that can be taken is by integrating information technology with innovative learning models. As a teacher in the Indonesian era 4.0 gave birth to a term known as Teacher 4.0 Challenges & Requirements. To become a 4.0 teacher must have 3 components, namely: 1) Human - Based & Didactical Challengee; 2) Organizational Challengee and 3) Technological Challengee. (Abdelrazeq, 2016). To support these competencies, one of the learning models that can be used is the STEM-based learning model. STEM Education is a combination of areas of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) (Duran, et al., 2016). This paper aims to: 1) explain the perception of information technology and STEM learning for prospective economic teachers. 2) describes the efforts to integrate Information Technology and STEM-based Learning Models in the face of the Age of Industrial Revolution 4.0.     PENDEKATAN LIFE SKILL BERBASIS LESSON STUDY PADA MATA KULIAH STATISTIK INFERENSIAL

    Inferential statistics require students to understand and be skilled in the advanced application of descriptive statistics in the parametric and non parametric drawings required by students to achieve competence in the formulation of models, the selection of analytical techniques and conclusions as well as the interpretation of the sample statistical test results within the scope of the development economy. The problems faced are the limited knowledge of students both in the level of concept and the direct implementation of statistical materials. Another problem found in the learning process is the lack of understanding of students both individually and in groups towards the use of statistical tools to suit the needs of the analysis. The objectives of this research are (1) to know the implementation of life skill approach based on lesson study, (2) to know the increase of positive character of student of inferential statistic through life skill approach based on Lesson Study. This research uses type of action research based on lesson study with qualitative descriptive approach. The research procedure is carried out for two cycles. Each cycle is carried out on a single subject to know the results that have been achieved by the research subject as a basis for improvement in the next cycle. Each cycle consists of three stages: plan, do, see.     Peningkatan Inovasi Pembelajaran dengan Penggunaan Media Berbasis Online Pada Guru Ekonomi SMA Kabupaten Kediri

    Facing the current digital era of information, learning activities tend to be done online, this causes changes in the education area that require educators to be able to provide learning through online media. Efforts to support these conditions require capacity building to improve the skills of teachers. The purpose of this study was to determine the teacher's needs for the ability of online learning media and what strategies can be done to improve the ability of teachers to use online learning media. The method used in this study is qualitative with a case study of high school economics teachers in Kediri Regency. The technique used is to provide training related to online learning media. This training is carried out through material presentation, as well as guidance and explanation or joint practice in making innovative learning media using Sparkol Videoscribe. This training activity aims to increase innovation by training teachers at SMA Kediri Regency using online-based media, namely Sparkol Videoscribe. The training participants amounted to 45 teachers who were members of the Economics Subject Teacher Community (MGMP) of Kediri Regency. As a result, the capacity building strategy with this training has been running optimally and has achieved its goals with indications that there has been an increase in the skills and understanding of teachers regarding online-based learning media.
