Design of E-shop in a Company AUTOP

Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá zavedením elektronického obchodu do firmy AUTOP – Jiří Povolný, ktorá sa zameriava predovšetkým na predaj automobilových súčiastok, doplnkov a náhradných dielov. Cieľom je charakterizovať problematiku elektronického obchodovania a marketingu, poukázať na nové trendy v tejto oblasti a analyzovať aktuálnu situáciu vo firme. Výstupom práce je návrh riešenia elektronického obchodu firmy a metodika použitia navrhnutého modelu.This bachelor’s thesis deals with implemeting an e-shop into the company AUTOP - Jiri Povolny, which mostly targets on selling car components, accessories and replacement parts. The aim of this thesis is to describe the issues of electronic trading and marketing, to demonstrate new trends in this area, and to analyze the company's current situation. The thesis's result is a proposed design of the company's e-shop and methodics of usage of designed model.

Natural gyms in the Sarka Valley in Prague 6

Title of project: Natural gyms in the Sarka Valley in Prague 6 Aim of project: The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to design and implement evidence for possible natural gym in the Wild Sarka in Prague 6, a brief demonstration of its use. The work is logically divided into two comprehensive parts. In the first part the reader with the history of exercise in nature, since the beginning of mankind up to the present development of sports arenas in nature and closely analyze their specifications. Finally, this part brings the concept of recreation in nature and leisure in general. The second part is devoted to practical utilization of natural gyms, workout examples of the proposed court, therefore, particularly street workout, parkour and last but not least, the proposal itself natural gyms. Said proposal is divided into three parts, specific uses parkour for street workout or "gym" and finally indispensable attraction for children. FTIR and NIR applications for soil analysis

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na využití metod infračervené spektrometrie pro analýzu půdních vzorků. Cílem této práce bylo srovnání a analýza půd pomocí metod ATR (Attenuated Total Reflectance) a DRIFTS (Diffuse Reflectance Infrared Fourier Transform Spectroscopy) a vyhodnocení vhodnosti těchto metod pro analýzu půd. Výsledky ukázaly, že metoda ATR není dostatečně efektivní a k analýze půd byla použita metoda DRIFT, která se ukázala pro analýzu půdních vzorků být vhodnější.This diploma thesis focuses on the use of infrared spectrometry methods for the analysis of soil samples. The aim of this work was to compare and analyze the soil using the ATR (Attenuated Total Reflectance) and DRIFTS (Diffuse Reflectance Infrared Fourier Transform Spectroscopy) methods and to evaluate the effectiveness of these methods for soil analysis. The results showed that the ATR method is not sufficiently effective and the DRIFT method was used for soil analysis, which proved to be more suitable for the analysis of soil samples.

Design of System for Maintanance of Fires

Cieľom tejto diplomovej práce je navrhnúť systém pre účely evidencie požiarov Hasičského a záchranného zboru Slovenskej republiky. Systém by mal slúžiť členom zboru na spravovanie záznamov o všetkých požiaroch v rámci Žilinského kraja a fungovať by mal prostredníctvom webového rozhrania. Pri návrhu systému bude kladený dôraz na použitie frameworkov s cieľom zjednodušiť proces tvorby systému.The aim of this thesis is to design a system for the purposes of registry of fires of the Fire and rescue department of the Slovak Republic. System should serve to members of the department for administration of records about all fires within the Žilina Region and it should work through the web interface. Emphasis will be placed on using frameworks with the aim to simplify the process of development of the system.

A Comparative Approach on the Relevance of National Gender Equality Legal Frameworks in Israel, Portugal, and Slovakia to Improve Equality at the Institutional Level

In the last decades, women’s participation in Higher Education has increased in most Western countries, even if the well-known phenomena of horizontal and vertical segregation still persist (O’Connor, 2017). The reasons for the persistence of these phenomena have been widely studied (Ridgeway, 2011; Pearce, Wald, & Ballakrishnen, 2014; Rhode, 2016), highlighting the importance of defining and implementing affirmative actions to improve women’s situation in Higher Education. In this context, the European Union (EU) has placed the topic of gender equality (GE) in Higher Education with high relevance in the political agenda. As a result, several research projects have been approved to design and implement Gender Equality Plans (GEPs) in Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). This paper reflects the design and implementation process of GEPs in a group of countries integrating an international project . Based on data analysis of national legal documents, this paper examines the macro factors that can contribute to improving GE at the institutional level. The empirical analysis is based on a qualitative approach sustained on the analysis of national legal documents related to the economic, political, and social domains of Portugal, Slovakia, and Israel. The comparative analysis among the countries reveals that there are relevant actions already in place in national legal frameworks that can be seen as positive to design and implement GEP in HEIs

Reception of Western law into the Japanese constitutional system

Cílem této práce je ukázat vlivy evropského a anglo-amerického práva, často souhrnně označovaného jako "západní právo", na japonský ústavní systém. Děl v českém jazyce, zabývajících se tímto tématem, je velký nedostatek, proto se tato práce snaží zaplnit tuto mezeru alespoň zčásti tím, že poslouží jako průvodce tématem recepce západního práva do japonského ústavního systému a poskytne základní přehled o tomto tématu. Tato práce kombinuje právně historické a ústavněprávní témata a doplňuje je informacemi o aktuální situaci. Práce je rozdělena na dvě kapitoly. První kapitola se zabývá Ústavou Japonského císařství, známou též jako Meidži ústava. Druhá kapitola se zabývá Ústavou Japonska, poválečnou ústavou z roku 1946. První části obou kapitol se zabývají historickou a politickou situací, objasňují důvody, které si vynutily přijetí nových ústavních dokumentů - v případě Meidži pád šogunátu a vliv nerovných smluv, v případě poválečné ústavy z roku 1946 prohra Japonska ve druhé světové válce a tlak vítězných mocností. Druhá část u každé kapitoly se věnuje obsahu jednotlivých ústav, srovnává je se západním právem a poukazuje na místa jím ovlivněná. Rovněž poukazuje na rozdíly mezi původní inspirací, výsledným textem a aplikační praxí. Even though the theme is rich and interesting, there is a lack of written works in Czech language on this topic, so I decided to produce a work that could offer an overview and serve as a guide to this subject. The thesis combines topics of constitutional law and legal history, while taking note of current circumstances as well. The thesis is divided into two chapters. First chapter examines The Constitution of the Empire of Japan, also known as Meiji constitution, the second chapter explores The Constitution of Japan, the postwar constitution from 1946. These chapters are further divided into smaller parts. First parts of both chapters deal with historical circumstances in Japan that resulted in the adoption of the constitutions, and the dramatic changes in political situation that called for new constitutional documents - be it the fall of the shogunate and unequal treaties in the case of Meiji constitution or Japan losing in the Second World War in the case of the postwar constitution from 1946. Efficiency of regulation of minor stationary pollution sources

Local air pollution significantly affects human health. Among its major polluters are households which are, however, difficult to regulate. This essay describes the tools of regulation of small pollution resources already implemented in existing legislation and also the instruments under consideration by the Ministry of the Environment, focusing on subsidies. The questionnaire survey monitored the feedback of households towards subsidies for heating change and consequently three hypotheses were specified. The first one assumes that the subsidies will be utilized just by households with lower incomes. The second one assumes that the subsidy will be chozen by elderly people. According to the last hypothesis this choice will be preffered by households with higher heating costs. Any of the hypotheses was not rejected. Subsidies will stimulate households to use more environmentally friendly methods of heating
