Nível de culpabilidade em adolescentes em conflito com a lei

Issues related to the adolescent causer of an infraction are quite recurrent. Issues such as life prospects, motivations and effectiveness of measures are very much discussed. In a new perspective, however, this article aims to clarify the level of culpability of these young sentenced the measure foreseen in the 121 st article of the Statute of the Child and the adolescent. For this purpose, used descriptive, correlational and quantitative research based on ESCA (Scale of Guilt for Adolescents) and responses provided by 80 young transgressors. From the answers obtained and from the statistical analyzes performed, a strong positive rise in scores was observed, thus presenting a high level of culpability among the interviewed minors and diverging from the literature consulted.Resumo: Problemáticas voltadas ao adolescente autor de ato infracional são bastante recorrentes. Questões como perspectivas de vida, motivações e eficácia de medidas são deveras discutidas. Em uma nova perspectiva, contudo, o presente artigo objetiva esclarecer acerca do nível de culpabilidade desses jovens internos da medida prevista no 121° artigo do Estatuto da Criança e do adolescente. Para tanto utilizou-se de uma pesquisa de campo, descritiva, correlacional e quantitativa baseada na ESCA (Escala de Culpa Para Adolescentes) e em respostas proporcionadas por 80 internos. A partir das respostas obtidas e das análises estatísticas realizadas contatou-se uma forte ascensão positiva nos escores, dessa forma apresentando um alto nível de culpabilidade nos entrevistados e divergindo da literatura consulta

Geographic range extension of Elachistocleis corumbaensis Piva, Caramaschi & Albuquerque, 2017 (Anura, Microhylidae) with new records in ecotonal zones in the state of Mato Grosso, Brazil

Elachistocleis corumbaensis was documented in 2017 in the central region of the Brazilian Pantanal and no other record of the species has since been reported. In this study, we report on the extension of the geographic range of E. corumbaensis based on 4 new records found in the riparian forests of the Paraguay River, in the state of Mato Grosso. Of these, 1 specimen was collected in a protected area in the Pantanal. We also report on the presence of this species in the ecotones between the Pantanal, Cerrado, and Amazonia, which suggests that E. corumbaensis is associated with seasonally flooded forests but more widely distributed in western Brazil than previously reported

Incidência da síndrome pré-menstrual na prática de esportes: aspectos atuais: Incidence of pre-menstrual syndrome in sports: current aspects

A síndrome pré-menstrual (SPM) é uma constelação complexa de alterações de humor, comportamentais e físicas que se limitam à fase pré-menstrual. Esses sintomas se recuperam dentro de alguns dias após o início da menstruação.  Assim, o objetivo desse estudo é demonstrar a incidência da síndrome pré-menstrual na prática de esportes a partir de uma revisão integrativa sobre o tema. Para isso, foi realizado uma revisão integrativa sobre o tema, onde foi considerado textos publicados desde 2010, em inglês e português e que estejam disponíveis para leitura, no PUBMED, LILACs e Scielo. Esta revisão sistemática fornece algum suporte adicional para diretrizes clínicas que recomendam o exercício como um tratamento eficaz para a TPM. As análises secundárias realizadas também fornecem novas evidências de que o exercício pode ser útil no alívio de sintomas psicológicos, físicos e comportamentais específicos associados à TPM, além de auxiliar no gerenciamento do perfil global de sintomas

New records amplify the geographical distribution of Rondonops biscutatus Colli et al., 2015 (Squamata, Sauria, Gymnophthalmidae) into the Paraguay river basin, Mato Grosso, Brazil

Rondonops biscutatus is a gymnophthalmid litter-lizard which occurs in the Amazon rainforests and the transitional areas between Amazonia and Cerrado. This species’ distribution is strongly biased by a lack of data, possibly because it was recently described, small-bodied, and living in cryptic habits. Here, we present occurrence data of six specimens from four locations in transitional areas between forests in Amazonia and Cerrado (central Brazil), in the upper Paraguay River, at the northern end of the Pantanal, midwestern Brazil. We expand the distribution of this species 507 km east from its original range.
