The problem is known to be NP-complete and W[2]-hard with respect to the desired eccentricity. We present fpt algorithms for the problem parameterized by the modular width, distance to cluster graph, the combination of distance to disjoint paths with the desired eccentricity, and maximum leaf number

Air conditioning ensures forced ventilation and air supply adjustment to ensure the required temperature and humidity of the indoor climate. The theoretical part is focused on the distribution components in the ventilation system.

Educational Game of Motivation on the Android Platform

Cílem této diplomové práce je vytvoření prototypu výukové hry, která by měla usnadnit rozhodování při výběru zaměření budoucího studia nebo záliby. Záměrem hry je poskytnout názorný a především velmi pozvolný úvod do problematiky logických systémů. Teoretická část práce se zabývá tématy potřebnými pro návrh hry. Vysvětluje logické systémy, hradla, klopné obvody, věnuje se žánrům počítačových her a zaměřuje se zejména na puzzle hry včetně jejich historie. Dále diplomová práce představuje problematiku multiplatformního vývoje pro mobilní zařízení i počítače, stručně popisuje několik známých multiplatformních knihoven. K závěru předvádí a srovnává několik vybraných aplikací, které slouží pro podporu výuky logických systémů.The aim of the dissertation is to create a prototype of an educational game which should help students with the choice of future their studies. To this end, the game introduces the topic of logic systems in a non-threating interactive way with clear illustrative examples. The theoretical part of the work deals with the background knowledge necessary in order to design the game. It explains logic systems, gates, flip-flop circuits, and explores various aspects of game genres with primary focus on puzzle games and their history. In addition, the dissertation presents some of the issues related to cross-platform development of games for both mobile and computer platforms, and provides brief descriptions of several popular cross-platform libraries. Lastly, the work introduces and compares several chosen applications created as a supplementary material for teaching logic system.

Analysis of HUAWEI Perception Among Czech Students

Import 22/07/2015Cílem této diplomové práce je analýza a identifikace znalosti značky Huawei a návrh řešení jejího možného budování či zvýšení. Sekundárním cílem práce je analýza a identifikace faktorů vedoucích k nákupu této značky. Pozornost v práci je věnována analýze současné situace společnosti Huawei se zaměřením na divizi Consumer a její působení na českém trhu. Práce vychází z teorie řízení značky, na jejímž základě byl proveden výzkum s cílem analyzovat znalost a vnímání značky Huawei a klíčové faktory nákupu mobilních telefonů studenty na českém trhu. Marketingový výzkum byl realizovaného prostřednictvím skupinové diskuze a internetového dotazování. Na základě výsledků výzkumu byly formulovány návrhy a doporučení pro možné budování či zvýšení známosti značky Huawei včetně identifikace hlavních faktorů ovlivňující nákupní rozhodnutí.The aim of this diploma thesis is the analysis of Huawei awareness and perception, including possible suggestions for the increase or building the brand awareness. The minor aim of the diploma thesis is the analysis and identification of key attributes leading to its purchase. The attention is paid to the Huawei Consumer division and its operating on the Czech market. Using the theory of brand management, a marketing research was carried out by means of a focus group discussion and a computer assisted web interview. The research was focused on the mobile phone brand awareness and perceptions with the emphasis on Huawei and the key attributes essential for its purchase by Czech students. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá numerickým řešením soustav diferenciálních rovnic prvního řádu s počátečními podmínkami vybranými jednokrokovými metodami. Dále pak návrhem, implementací a testováním aplikace, která je schopna užitím zmíněných metod řešit úkoly zadané blokovými schématy. První část je věnována úvodu do problematiky, obsahuje příklad výpočtu několika kroků vybranými metodami a srovnává dosažené výsledky. Podstatná část zprávy se zabývá podobou a funkcí jednotlivých bloků použitých v editoru blokových schémat a procesu transformace vstupních dat na data použitelná pro vytvoření simulace. Předposlední kapitola ukazuje jaké přesnosti dosahuje výsledná aplikace. Je zde předvedeno řešení několika jednoduchých příkladů z praxe, nechybí srovnání s jinými simulačními systémy.This thesis deals with the numerical solution of systems of first-order differential equations with initial conditions, using chosen one-step methods. It describes the design, implementation and testing of the application that is able to use these methods to solve the tasks entered in form of block schemes. The first part is devoted to an introduction of the topic, it provides an example of calculation of several steps using chosen methods and compares the results. A substantial part of the report deals with form and function of each block used in the block schemes editor and the transformation process of input data to data usable for creating simulation. The penultimate chapter demonstrates the accuracy of the final application. It shows solutions of a few simple examples of practical usage. This chapter also includes comparison with other simulation systems.

Possibilities for experimental testing of alarm transmission systems

In the current digital era, information is a basis of some systems. In the area of information, great emphasis is also placed on its security and possibilities of use. The basis of the alarm transmission system is information about the protected object, which is transmitted to the remote center of the alarm transmission system. Operators of alarm transmission system centers should be obliged to carry out regular testing of the availability of individual transmission networks. At present, there is a trend that those tests are carried out by telephone calls between the two technicians and the time of transmission of information is measured utilizing a stopwatch. To automate this process, a test facility has been created that can simulate and record the intrusion of a protected object. Initial experimental tests have ascertained whether it is possible, with the test equipment, to generate the data necessary to assess the reliability of alarm transmission systems. © 2020 UNIVERSITY OF ZILIN
