Influence of the ICFF decoupling technique on the stability of the current control loop of a grid-tied VSC

However, with this transformation, there exists an inherent cross-coupling term between the d-and q-channels which is often compensated for by using a feed-forward term in the current-control loop. It is shown, by applying the generalized Nyquist criterion (GNC) to the dq-frame ac impedance of the converter, that the inclusion of this decoupling term, in fact, degrades the stability of the controller when increasing the bandwidth of the synchronous reference frame phase-locked loop (SRF-PLL). Synchronous frequency support of photovoltaic power plants with inertia emulation

The lack of inertia and their low capability to provide frequency support has created the need for implementing new control strategies to solve this problem. In current networks, frequency and voltage support are performed through synchronous generators, which provide an inherent grid support due to the inertia presented in their mechanical rotors. Based on the same concept, renewable energies based on power converters have introduced synchronous controllers to emulate the dynamic behavior of synchronous generators and provide voltage and frequency support. However, most synchronous control strategies integrate their controllers as an add-on firmware embedded in each power converter, without presenting a coordinated synchronous performance when several converters operate in a PV power plant. The aggregation of several power converters operating with a coordinated synchronous response would be advantageous in these cases, since they can provide a harmonic response with an automatic power distribution when grid support is required. Curs acadèmic 2019-2020El presente Trabajo Final de Grado desarrolla la preproducción de unproyecto fotográfico que explora la situación actual de los campamentos Saharauis de Tindouf (Argelia),con el objetivo de darle visibilidad a la causa y a las mujeres, principales encargadas de la organización de esta civilización improvisada,y de mostrar que influencia tiene esta situación para los niños y jóvenes. Inicialmente, estaba prevista la convivencia durante 8 días en las wilayas, así como la previa investigación y documentaciónsobre los 40 años como refugiados y consecuente búsqueda de la independencia, pero este plan se vino abajo con la pandemia mundial del COVID-19 y su respectivo bloqueo en todos los ámbitos (social, académico, económico...),que obligó, entre muchas otra cosas, a la suspensión del viaje. Por lo tanto la versión final del trabajo se sustenta únicamente en la fase de preproducciónypostproducción del proyecto fotográfico.This Final Grade Project develops the pre-production of a photographic project that explores the current situation of the Saharan camps in Tindouf (Algeria), with the aim of giving visibility to the cause and to the women, the main organizers of this improvised civilization, and to show what influence this situation has on children and young people. Initially, it was planned to live together for 8 days in the wilayas, aswell as the previous investigation anddocumentation of their 40 years as refugees and consequent search for independence, but this plan collapsed with the global pandemic of COVID-19 and its respective blockade in all areas (social, academic, economic ...), which forced, among many other things, the suspension of the trip. Therefore the final version of the work is based only on the pre and post production phase of the photographic project

TRATAMIENTO CON ACUPUNTURA EN EL PACIENTE CON DOLOR LUMBAR CRÓNICO. UNA REVISIÓN BIBLIOGRÁFICA

Introducción: El dolor lumbar crónico supone la principal causa de discapacidad y de disminución de la calidad de vida, siendo una de las principales causas de absentismo laboral y de consulta médica en los servicios de traumatología y cirugía ortopédica. El 85 % de los casos de dolor lumbar se atribuye a etiología desconocida. Dentro los tratamientos recomendados se encuentra la acupuntura como técnica complementaria que aporta resultados positivos. Objetivos: El objetivo principal de este estudio es conocer los efectos obtenidos con el tratamiento de acupuntura en pacientes con dolor lumbar crónico. Material y métodos: Búsqueda bibliográfica en 4 bases de datos (Pubmed, PEDro, Scopus, Science Direct) incluyendo los artículos que utilizan la acupuntura como tratamiento del dolor lumbar crónico en pacientes comprendidos entre 18 y 75 años. Resultados: Se han seleccionado 12 artículos divididos en; acupuntura junto con otro tipo de tratamiento habitual, acupuntura frente a placebo o no tratamiento y acupuntura frente a electroacupuntura. En los cuales se ha evidenciado que la acupuntura resulta efectiva en la reducción del dolor, mejora de la discapacidad asociada y la calidad de vida en los pacientes con dolor lumbar crónico. Conclusión: A pesar de que se ha evidenciado una mejora en los resultados con el tratamiento de acupuntura, aún falta mayor investigación para clarificar cuales son los mecanismos por los cuales se producen estos efectos, ya que aún no resultan claros y provocan que la base bibliográfica aún no sea suficientemente consistente

El papel de enfermería en la gestión de residuos sanitarios: una revisión integradora

Treball Final de Grau en Infermeria. Codi: IN1138. Curs: 2021/2022Introducción: Los residuos sanitarios suponen un impacto negativo para el medio ambiente a nivel mundial. El personal de enfermería desempeña un papel importante en la gestión y eliminación de los residuos en entornos sanitarios. Objetivos: conocer la eficacia y los beneficios de una correcta gestión de los residuos hospitalarios y los nuevos dispositivos de reciclaje con la importancia de enfermería, respectivamente. Diseño: Revisión integradora Metodología: Se llevó a cabo una revisión integradora de artículos empleando las siguientes bases de datos: Pubmed, Cochrane, Epistemonikos, Scielo, ScienceDirect y Scopus. A continuación, se realizó la lectura crítica de los artículos seleccionados. Resultados y discusión: Se seleccionaron 15 artículos para elaborar el trabajo. La evaluación del conocimiento del personal sanitario acerca del medio ambiente y las medidas que emplean los hospitales, a nivel de gestionar los residuos sanitarios, para poder conocer las intervenciones a reforzar. Para poder intervenir, es necesario conocer las cifras que ofrecen los hospitales y el personal sanitario encuestado. Conclusión: Enfermería tiene un papel importante en la gestión y eliminación de los residuos sanitarios en todos los centros médicos. Los profesionales deben tener la formación adecuada para poder aplicar la metodología adecuada en estos procesos. El papel de enfermería en estas situaciones comienza desde que se utilizan los materiales en la intervención al paciente, hasta que son desechados en sus respectivos contenedores.Introduction: Medical waste has a negative impact on the environment worldwide. Nursing staff play an important role in the management and disposal of waste in healthcare settings. Objectives: to know the effectiveness and benefits of proper management of hospital waste and new recycling devices with the importance of nursing, respectively. Design: Integrative Review Methodology: An integrative review of articles was carried out using the following databases: Pubmed, Cochrane, Epistemonikos, Scielo, ScienceDirect and Scopus. Next, the critical reading of the selected articles was carried out. Results and discussion: 15 articles were selected to elaborate the work. The evaluation of the knowledge of health personnel about the environment and the measures used by hospitals, at the level of managing health care waste, in order to know the interventions to be reinforced. To be able to intervene, it is necessary to know the figures offered by the hospitals and the health personnel surveyed. Conclusion: Nursing has an important role in the management and disposal of health care waste in all medical centers. Professionals must have the appropriate training to be able to apply the appropriate methodology in these processes. The role of nursing in these situations begins from the time the materials are used in the patient intervention, until they are discarded in their respective containers
