    EFEKTIVITAS PENGGUNAAN GOOGLE FORM UNTUK PENILAIAN PEMBELAJARAN JARAK JAUH

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan efektivitas penggunaan Google Form untuk evaluasi pembelajaran jarak jauh. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket yang diberikan kepada siswa-siswi kelas IX IPA SMA Negeri 02 Ogan Komering Ulu dengan media Google Form yang disebar melalui Grup Telegram. Data primer yang diperoleh diolah dengan menggunakan perhitungan likert terhadap penggunaan Google Form ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persentase yang dicapai adalah 76,60% untuk efektivitas penggunaan Google Form untuk evaluasi pembelajaran jarak jauh dan termasuk dalam kategori baik dan dinyatakan bahwa penggunaan Google Form untuk penilaian pembelajaran jarak jauh efektif digunakan.Kata Kunci : Google Form, Evaluasi Pembelajaran, Pembelajaran Jarak Jau

    Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan yaitu mendeskripsikan pemanfaatan dari Google Workspace For Education yang digunakan untuk pembelajaran daring.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode kualitatif. Teknik yang dilakukan untuk mengumpulkan data yaitu melalui wawancara model semi terstruktur dengan bantuaan aplikasi google meet kepada responden yaitu tenaga pengajar di Sumatera Selatan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Google Workspace For Education telah digunakan oleh guru-guru di Sumatera Selatan dengan baik untuk proses pembelajaran daring yaitu seperti aplikasi Google Classroom, Google Form, Google Sheet, Google Meet, Google Docs, Google Calendars, Google Drive, Jamboard, Google Slides dan Google Photos. Kata kunci: Pembelajaran Daring, Google Workspace For Education Abstract The purpose of this study is to describe the Google Workspace For Education used for learning courage.     Pengaruh Jumlah Item, Persediaan dan Service Level terhadap Penjualan pada Distributor Wood Finishing Impor

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk megetahui apakah jumlah item, persediaan dan service level berpengaruh secara signiflkan terhadap penjualan pada distributor wood finishing impor. Dalam penelitian ini penjualan wood finishing di PT. XYZ menjadi populasi penelitian ini dengan sample penjualan wood finishing PT. XYZ di cabang Jakarta. Perusahaan membagi persediaannya dalam 5 kategori persediaan, yaitu Active Stock, Dead Stock, New Item, Barang rusak dan Barang Sampel. Item pada kategori persediaan Active Stock diklasifikasikan menjadi kelas A, B dan C. Pembagian kelas ini berdasarka pada hukum pareto yang membagi persediaan dalam 3 kelas, yaitu kelas A yang memiliki 15 - 20% total item, tetapi memiliki 80% total penjualan, kelas B yang memiliki 30% total item, dan memiliki 15 - 20% total penjualan, dan kelas C yang memiliki 5- 10% penjualan, tetapi memiliki 55% total item. Persamaan model regresi penelitian ini adalah COGS-0,4 = -0,20 + 1,23 (Jumlah Item).-0,4 + 0,05 (Service Level).-0,4 + 0,71 (Stock).-0,4. Berdasarkan uji asumsi klasik, model regresi memiliki distribusi normal, bebas dari multikolinieritas, heterokedastisitas dan autokorelasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan Software Eviews 9 untuk membantu menganalisa data. Secara parsial, Jumlah item dan persediaan memiliki pengaruh signiflkan terhadap penjualan, sedangkan service level tidak terbukti memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap penjualan.     FITUR SUMBER BELAJAR PADA PORTAL RUMAH BELAJAR KEMDIKBUD UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS IV SDN 12 TANAH ABANG

    AbstrackThe teacher's difficulty in concretates abstract concepts in the learning process becomes a problem that requires a solution. The integration of information technology in multimedia-based materials is one of the exits in solving the problem. The multimedia-based teaching material in question is the learning video that is in the Learning Resources feature at the Kemdikbud Home Learning Portal, which is presented with animated forms, videos and interesting images. The teaching materials are presented with an interesting look in the form of images, videos, simulated animations, and games. Multimedia-based materials in question are peeling class IV IPA material with sound source competence. From the results of data analysis, the average results of the study results amounted to 82.75%. The average learning activity is 89,61% overall learning outcomes based on the achievement scale conversion level are in very good category. Keywords: learning resources features, home learning Kemdikbud Portal, teaching materials, MultimediaAbstrakKesulitan guru dalam mengkonkretkan konsep yang abstrak dalam proses pembelajaran menjadi sebuah masalah yang memerlukan solusi. Penginterasian teknologi informasi dalam bahan ajar berbasis multimedia menjadi salah satu jalan keluar dalam memecahkan masalah tersebut. Bahan ajar berbasis multimedia yang dimaksud yakni video pembelajaran yang ada di Fitur Sumber belajar di Portal Rumah Belajar Kemdikbud yang disajikan delam bentuk animasi, video dan gambar-gambar yang menarik. Materi ajar disajikan denan tampilan menarik dalam bentuk gambar, video, animasi simulasi, dan permainan. Bahan ajar berbasis multimedia yang dimaksud mengupas materi IPA kelas IV dengan kompetensi sumber bunyi. Dari hasil analisis data diperoleh hasil rata-rata hasil belajar sebesar 82,75%.     Teacher Performance as Measured by Competence and Discipline at the State Junior High School 2 Siantar

    The objective of this study was to determine the effect of the competence and discipline on teacher performance at the State Junior High School 2 Siantar, both simultaneously and partially. This study was conducted by using literature review and field research. The population used by the authors in this study were 39 teachers of the State Junior High School 2 Siantar. The type of data used was qualitative and quantitative data. This study used primary and secondary data sources. The data collection was carried out by questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The analysis technique used was a quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study can be summarized as follows (1) there was a positive effect of competence and discipline on teacher performance; (2) there was a high correlation between competence and discipline on teacher performance; (3) the results of the study was competence and discipline has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, both simultaneously and partially.

    HUBUNGAN EKSPRESI 8OH2DG SEBAGAI PENANDA STRES OKSIDATIF KERUSAKAN DNA DENGAN KEJADIAN PREEKLAMPSIA DAN LUARAN NEONATAL

    Background: Hypoxic conditions in preeclampsia cause oxidative stress in the placenta. Oxidative stress triggers endothelial dysfunction resulting in changes in placental parenchyma and vasculature, turn leads to clinical manifestations in maternal and neonatal. Previous studies reported that preeclampsia placental tissue increased the expression of the oxidative stress marker 8OH2dG.Objective: This study aimed to observe the expression of the marker 8OH2dG on the incidence ofpreeclampsia and its association with neonatal outcome.Methods: This study design was case-control, a number of 44 pregnant women participated in this study. The case group was preeclampsia women based on American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologist (ACOG) 2013 criteria and normotensive women as control group. The immunohistochemical was perform in placental tissue for expression of 8OH2dG in trophoblast nuclei. The results were positive when the trophoblast cell nuclei were stained ≥5% with moderate and strong intensity; and negative if stained weakly <5%. Bivariate analysis was performed to determine the association of 8OH2dG expression with preeclampsia and neonatal outcome.Results: This study reported the frequency of trophoblast nuclei with 8OH2dG positive staining was higher in the preeclampsia group than the control group. Expression of 8OH2dG positive staining also increased the risk of low birth weight and asphyxia.Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that the marker 8OH2dG is associated with preeclampsia and adversely neonatal outcome.Keywords: 8OH2dG, preeclampsia, oxidative stress, neonatal outcom

    Training and Working Environment on Science Teachers’ Performance

    The objective of this study was to gain a deeper understanding of the training, working conditions, and performance of sains teachers at Sultan Agung Pematang Siantar Private High School, as well as to explore the impact of these factors on teacher performance. The study utilized both field research and a review of existing literature. The sample for the study consisted of thirty-seven (37) teachers from Sultan Agung Pematang Siantar Private School. The study's data comprised quantitative and qualitative information from primary and secondary sources. Data collection was carried out through surveys, interviews, and examination of relevant documents. Various analytical methods including qualitative descriptive analysis, quantitative descriptive analysis, and normality tests were employed to analyze the data. The findings of the study revealed that teacher performance at Sultan Agung Pematang Siantar Private Elementary and High School was rated as high, indicating that training and working conditions played a significant and positive role in the success of science teachers

    Hubungan Imunoekspresi Human Telomerase Reserve Transcriptase (hTERT) dan Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF) dengan Gradasi Histopatologi Meningioma

    ABSTRACT Background: Meningioma is a tumor composed of cells of neoplastic meningothelial (arachnoidal) cells that a rise from the arachnoid membrane and the layer of the arachnoid villi associated with intradural venous sinuses and surrounding tissue. Meningiomas tumors is one of the central nervous system (CNS) the most commonly found (the second sequence) and generally grow slowly. Approximately 60-95% activity of telomerase (hTERT ) found on meningiomas and can induces VEGF . The aim of this study is to determine the role of hTERT and VEGF in meningiomas grading . Methods : This study is conducted using analytic observasional cross sectional method and had been analyzed with  unpaired categorical analysis of the 60 cases of meningioma (46 cases grade I, 7 cases grade II, and7 cases grade III). The sample were obtained the archive of Anatomical Pathology Department, Faculty of Medicine, Padjadjaran University/Dr. Hasan Sadikin Hospital Result : The result of this study showed: 44 cases (96%) grade I meningiomas showed positive hTERT imunoexpression weak to strong, 2 cases(4%) non-reactive and VEGF imunoexpression showed strong positive 12 cases (26%), 24 cases(52%) were moderate positive and 10 cases (22%) weak positive. 7 cases (100%) grade II showed a strong positive hTERT imunoexpression and 5 cases (71%) showed a strong positive VEGF imunoexpression, 2 cases (29%) were moderate positive. 6 cases (86%) grade III showed strong positive hTERT imunoexpression, 1 case (14%) were moderate positive and 7 cases(100%) showed a strong positive VEGF imunoexpression. Statistical analysis revealed imunoexpression VEGF showed stronger positivity with p- value = 0.02 (< 0.05) compared to the hTERT imunoexpression with p-value =  0.73 (> 0.05). Conclusion : More affecting angiogenesis gradations meningiomas, seen by the presence of VEGF higher imunoexpression on higher gradations. hTERT Imunoexpression cannot determine of the meningiomas histopathological grading

    Abstract: How Teacher Performance Moderated by Teacher Competence to Improve Students’ Achievement?. Objective: The purpose of this study is to analyze teacher performance based on teacher competence which has an impact on student achievement at SMA Negeri 5 Pematangsiantar. Methods: The population in this study amounted to 30 people. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis. Conclusion: The competencies There is a positive influence between teacher competence on teacher performance and there is a positive influence between teacher performance on student achievement. There is a strong and positive relationship between teacher competence and teacher performance and there is a strong and positive relationship between teacher performance and learning achievementpossessed by each teacher will show the real teacher. Findings: These competencies are manifested in the form of mastery of knowledge, skills and also professional attitudes in carrying out their functions as teachers. Objective: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kinerja guru berdasarkan kompetensi guru yang berdampak pada prestasi belajar siswa pada SMA Negeri 5 Pematangsiantar. Methods: Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Findings: Terdapat pengaruh positif antara kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja guru dan terdapat pengaruh positif antara kinerja guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Terdapat hubungan yang kuat dan positif antara kompetensi guru dengan kinerja guru dan terdapat hubungan yang kuat dan positif antara kinerja guru dengan prestasi belajar. Conclusion: Kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh setiap guru akan menunjukkan guru yang sebenarnya. Kompetensi tersebut diwujudkan dalam bentuk penguasaan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan juga sikap profesional dalam menjalankan fungsinya sebagai guru.
