    Hardiness of adolescents with special educational needs: Research results

    The relevance of the problem under study is due to the fact that the current worldwide trend shows high dynamics of the increase in the number of children with SEN, which requires that society in general and the education system, in particular, should develop approaches to the socialization and adaptation of people with SEN through strengthening their personal resources. The purpose of the article is to explore the peculiarities of the phenomenology and structure of hardiness of adolescents with SEN in comparison with the conventionally healthy peers. The main method applied in the research of this problem is a comparative study based on the cross-sectional method, which makes it possible to identify the specificity of hardiness of adolescents with SEN. The results of the research: the research revealed the peculiarities of expression and relationship of the components of hardiness of adolescents with SEN in comparison with the conventionally healthy peers. The materials of the article may be useful for educational and social psychologists in devising programs for psychological support and comprehensive psycho-social assistance to families with children with SEN, which will contribute to the successful integration of adolescents with SEN in society.     The change of technological and managerial processes caused by scientific and technological progress and designated in the state strategy as the digital transformation should be reflected in the qualitative transformation of organizational structures and methods of implementation of investment and construction activities both at the corporate level and at the industry level. This qualitative transformation is commonly referred to as re-engineering. As a practice and as a methodology reengineering has in its genesis certain phenomena, and for justification uses theoretical tools advised by them. In this regard, the authors in the article argue that digital transformation should be a component of a deeper change in the sectors of the national economy -technological transformation. In terms of practical value reengineering for the industry and its corporate level can be seen as an effective technology for managing the timing and cost of construction, taking into account the needs of the population in the formation of a comfortable and safe environment of life

    The VLT-FLAMES Tarantula Survey XVIII. Classifications and radial velocities of the B-type stars

    We present spectral classifications for 438 B-type stars observed as part of the VLT-FLAMES Tarantula Survey (VFTS) in the 30 Doradus region of the Large Magellanic Cloud. Radial velocities are provided for 307 apparently single stars, and for 99 targets with radial-velocity variations which are consistent with them being spectroscopic binaries. We investigate the spatial distribution of the radial velocities across the 30 Dor region, and use the results to identify candidate runaway stars. Excluding potential runaways and members of two older clusters in the survey region (SL 639 and Hodge 301), we determine a systemic velocity for 30 Dor of 271.6 ± 12.2 kms-1 from 273 presumed single stars. Employing a 3Οƒ criterion we identify nine candidate runaway stars (2.9% of the single stars with radial-velocity estimates). The projected rotational velocities of the candidate runaways appear to be significantly different to those of the full B-type sample, with a strong preference for either large (β‰₯345 kms-1) or small (≀65 kms-1) rotational velocities. Of the candidate runaways, VFTS 358 (classified B0.5: V) has the largest differential radial velocity (βˆ’106.9 ± 16.2 kms-1), and a preliminary atmospheric analysis finds a significantly enriched nitrogen abundance of 12 + log (N/H) ≳ 8.5. Combined with a large rotational velocity (ve sin i = 345 ± 22 kms-1), this is suggestive of past binary interaction for this star

    Optimization of treatment of metastatic renal cell carcinoma (mRCC) is an important problem of modern oncological urology. Targeted drugsΒ replaced immunotherapy with cytokines and became the new standard of treatment. Their introduction resulted in increased patientsΒ» lifespanΒ and fundamentally changed treatment of kidney cancer. Since 2005, 9 targeted drugs and 1 combination of lenvatinib and everolimus wereΒ registered and approved for treatment of mRCC. All of these drugs, except cabozantinib, are available in Russia. Currently, in mRCC treatmentΒ subsequent prescription of the drugs is used, i. e. patients receive several lines of targeted therapy. We still canΒ»t name the most effective sequenceΒ of the 1st and 2nd lines of mRCC therapy due to a lack of clear algorithms of drug prescription. Currently, axitinib, cabozantinib,Β  everolimus,Β nivolumab, and sorafenib (in alphabetic order) and the combination of lenvatinib and everolimus are recommended for the 2nd line of mRCCΒ therapy.
