Intermediate-Generalized Chaplygin Gas inflationary universe model

An intermediate inflationary universe model in the context of a generalized Chaplygin gas is considered. For the matter we consider two different energy densities; a standard scalar field and a tachyon field, respectively. In general, we discuss the conditions of an inflationary epoch for these models. We also, use recent astronomical observations from Wilkinson Microwave Anisotropy Probe seven year data for constraining the parameters appearing in our models.Comment: 16 pages, 2 figure

Warm intermediate inflationary Universe model in the presence of a Generalized Chaplygin Gas

A warm intermediate inflationary model in the context of Generalized Chaplygin Gas is investigated. We study this model in the weak and strong dissipative regimes, considering a generalized form of the dissipative coefficient Γ=Γ(T,ϕ)\Gamma=\Gamma(T,\phi), and we describe the inflationary dynamics in the slow-roll approximation. We find constraints on the parameters in our model considering the Planck 2015 data, together with the condition for warm inflation T>HT>H, and the conditions for the weak and strong dissipative regimes.Comment: 33 pages, 7 figues, final version accepted for publication in The European Physical Journal C. arXiv admin note: text overlap with arXiv:1504.0747

Warm intermediate inflation in the Randall-Sundrum II model in the light of Planck 2015 and BICEP2 results: A general dissipative coefficient

A warm inflationary Universe in the Randall-Sundrum II model during intermediate inflation is studied. For this purpose, we consider a general form for the dissipative coefficient Γ(T,ϕ)=CϕTmϕm1\Gamma(T,\phi)=C_{\phi}\,\frac{T^{m}}{\phi^{m-1}}, and also analyze this inflationary model in the weak and strong dissipative regimes. We study the evolution of the Universe under the slow-roll approximation and find solutions to the full effective Friedmann equation in the brane-world framework. In order to constrain the parameters in our model, we consider the recent data from the BICEP2-Planck 2015 data together with the necessary condition for warm inflation T>HT>H, and also the condition from the weak (or strong) dissipative regime.Comment: 26 pages, 3 figures, accepted for publication in the European Physical Journal

G-inflation: From the intermediate, logamediate and exponential models

The intermediate, logamediate and exponential inflationary models in the context of Galileon inflation or G-inflation are studied. By assuming a coupling of the form G(ϕ,X)ϕνXnG(\phi,X)\propto\phi^{\nu}\,X^{n} in the action, we obtain different analytical solutions from the background cosmological perturbations assuming the slow-roll approximation. General conditions required for these models of G-inflation to be realizable are determined and discussed. In general, we analyze the condition of inflation and also we use recent astronomical and cosmological observations for constraining the parameters appearing in these G-inflationary models.Comment: 27 pages and 2 figures. Framework Architecture Design for Emergency Response System

    Get PDF
Emergency management is essential to mitigate the effects of unforeseen situations. However, this task is complex due to the large amount of information and complex procedures to be handled. To address these challenges, it is necessary to have tools that allow flexible responses to problems classified as knowledge-intensive procedures (KIP). In this sense, we propose the design of a framework for an Emergency Response System (ERS) based on Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) that integrates Adaptive Case Management (ACM) and Business Process Modelling (BPM). This framework is characterised by its interoperability with devices and collaborative systems, which allows the creation and association of content related to emergency management, thus improving usability. In addition, it is designed to be scalable, allowing the incorporation of new modular functionalities. Once the development of the framework has been completed, future lines of research will be opened for its validation and comparison with other ERS

The objective of the present work was to establish modal lengths, empirical lengths at sexual maturity, and proportions of mature individuals of six deep-sea species from the bycatch of the experimental fishery for Patagonian toothfish (Dissostichus eleginoides). Fishing was conducted in Ecuadorian oceanic waters by only one vessel, between 2017 and 2021. Modal lengths were identified using frequency distributions. The length at sexual maturity (Lm) was estimated using the empirical equation: Ln Lm = -0.1189 + 0.9157 * Ln (Lmax). Modal lengths presented a little annual increment in Antimora rostrata and Coryphaenoides armatus while the values decreased for Centroscymnus owstonii, C. delsolari, and Hydrolagus melanophasma. Interannual lengths were similar for Etmopterus granulosus. Modal lengths were higher than the sexual maturity length for H. melanophasma, C. delsolari, C. owstonii and A. rostrata. Furthermore, Coryphaenoides armatus showed a similar value and E. granulosus a lower modal length. Empirical length at sexual maturity was between 56.35 and 66.26 cm TL for all species except for H. melanophasma, which was 100.53 cm TL. Antimora rostrata and C. armatus presented an increment of mature individuals while the annual percentage decreased for H. melanophasma, C. owstonii, and C. delsolari. Etmopterus granulosus showed a lower proportion of mature individuals.
