Permasalahan yang timbul adalah apakah alasan pelaksanaan perceraian melalui surat kabar yang kebanyakan dilakukan oleh Warga Negara Indonesia golongan Timur Asing Tionghoa dan bagaimanakah keabsahan dan kekuatan hukum perceraian tersebut. hipotes yang dikemuukakan adalah pelaksanaan pemutusan hubungan · perkawinan dilaksanakn dengan alasan hal tersebut merupakan adat dan kebiasaan yang sering terjadi dalam masyarakat golongan Timur Asing Tionghoa, dimana pelaksanaan perceraian melalui surat kabar adalah tidak sah dan tidak berkekuatan hukum. Although the Corruption Act has been specific, but its punishment system not constructed from its basic concept, that is the concept of authority. As a result, a lot of things that are paradoxical and contradictory in its substance; particularly in the construction of its criminal elements. This study departs from the belief that this problem will be solved if the system is reconstructed with reference to the concept of punishment authority as its "raw material". By dissecting the concept of authority with progressive fiqh approach that utilizes social sciences, and by using the technique of philosophical analysis of normative-prescriptive, came to the conclusion that the system of corruption punishment should refer to the status of legal subjects who holds the authority, not the aspect of state losses as Corruption Act at this time

This study aims to analyze the factors that support and hinder receipt of local revenue and analyzed the strategies to increase of local revenue in Seluma Regency. The analytical method used is the SWOT analysis to determine the internal factors and external factors as well as the strategies used to improve the local revenue in order to increase the financial independence Seluma.SWOT analysis obtained for internal factors (strengths - weaknesses) was 0.657 and the analysis of external factors (opportunities - threats) is 0.778, so the strategy is in quadrant I in the form of SO strategy that is by utilizing all the power to seize the opportunity as big as or create strategies that use force to take advantage of opportunities that include: involving employees in the implementation of education and training; explore potential sources of tax/levy new; cooperate across local service agency; utilizing advances in information technology; and improve service to taxpayers

Tindakan "kekerasan" yang dilakukan perseorangan maupun yang dilakukan bersama-sama atau berkelompok, sangat mengganggu ketertiban masyarakat bahkan dapat meresahkan masyarakat. Tampaknya kesadaran akan menghargai hak asasi seseorang dan rasa mencintai sesama manusia semakin menipis atau pertumbuhannya tidak sebagaimana yang diharapkan sehingga perilaku "berbuat baik untuk sesama atau terhadap orang lain" sudah semakin tidak kelhatan. Optimization of Faster R-CNN to Detect SNI Masks at Mandatory Mask Doors

In preparing for the COVID-19 endemic period, every government and private agency will be required to comply with new rules by the government, where everyone is required to wear a mask and perform physical distancing when leaving the house for activities. This is one of the new habits that will be familiarized to the public by the government in 2022 and the following year. Due to the easy transmission of the Covid-19 virus, the selection of SNI masks is highly recommended. The purpose of this study was to classify the types of SNI and non-SNI masks so that the presence of this SNI mask cluster monitoring system could increase security in locations that require the mandatory use of masks such as in schools and the masks used can function effectively to prevent the spread and transmission of Covid -19.. From the dataset, 100 pictures were taken randomly on SNI and non-SNI mask users. Where the types of masks that are SNI have been studied on Duckbil masks, KN-45, Surgical Mask 2 ply, and Surgical 3 ply are included in SNI masks and cloth masks are not included in SNI masks at a distance of 0.5 meters, 1 meter, 1.5 meters and 2 meters from the mobile device. It can be seen on the SNI mask at a distance of 0.5 meters achieving 100% accuracy, a distance of 1 meter achieving 100% accuracy, at a distance of 1.5 meters achieving an accuracy of 95% and at a distance of 2 meters achieving 90% accuracy. Whereas non-SNI masks at a distance of 0.5 meters achieve 100% accuracy, a distance of 1 meter achieves 100% accuracy, at a distance of 1.5 meters achieves an accuracy of 95% and at a distance of 2 meters achieves an accuracy of 90%

Non-Muslim Submission in Aceh’s Qanun Jinayat: Deviation or Development of the Principle of Criminal Law?

This article aims to provide legal logic for the permissibility of choosing criminal law for non-Muslims who commit criminal acts regulated in the Aceh Qanun Jinayat based on one of the legal principles raised (endorsement) as the basis for establishing norms in the qanun in question, namely the principle of submission which is actually not recognized in criminal law. The research data are several decisions of the Syar’iyah Court in Aceh against violations of the Qanun Jinayat committed by non-Muslims. It is assumed that the decision is a shift in the principles of criminal law. This problem will be analyzed by observing the basic principles of criminal law, including the principles of the application of criminal law and the politics of criminal law. The results of the study showed that from the point of view of the principles of criminal law which is a compelling law, this submission is a deviation, but from a legal-political perspective, because the birth of permissible provisions in qanuns is a political process, where the demand to apply Islamic Sharia which basically only applies to Muslims, then as a softening of the territorial principle non-Muslims are allowed to vote

UJI TOKSISITAS AKUT EKSTRAK KUNYIT PUTIH TERHADAP KADAR GULA DARAH DAN KOLESTEROL

Kunyit putih memiliki kandungan zat utama kurkumin yang  mengandung diferuloylmethan sebagai antioksidan alami. Kurkumin memiliki manfaat sebagai antiinflamasi, antikanker, antifungal, antidiabetes dan antikolesterol. Kunyit putih banyak dibudidayakan di daerah Jawa, khususnya di Jawa Barat, Jawa Timur, terutama di hutan jati Jawa Tengah karena  obat tradisional dipercaya warga setempat mempunyai efek samping yang ringan daripada  obat modern, tetapi belum banyak penelitian mengenai toksisitas dan dosis aman dari kunyit putih. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dosis toksisitas akut  ekstrak kunyit putih (Curcuma zedoaria) terhadap kadar gula darah dan kolesterol. Penelitian eksperimental ini melibatkan 6 kelompok tikus dengan perlakuan yang berbeda, 2 kelompok kontrol yaitu : kelompok normal dan kelompok NaCMC 1%, dan 4 kelompok perlakuan dengan dosis 250 mg/KgBB, 500 mg/KgBB, 750 mg/KgBB, dan 2000 mg/KgBB. Kadar gula darah dan kolesterol diukur dengan spektrofotometri, setelah tikus diberi perlakuan selama 14 hari. Berdasarkan hasil uji yang telah dilakukan, dosis paling efektif untuk menurunkan kadar gula darah adalah 500mg/kgBB. Berdasarkan uji One Way Anova terdapat perbedaan KGD yang signifikan antara Kelompok Normal dan Na CMC 1% dengan EKP250, EKP500, EKP750, dan EKP2000 serta tidak terdapat perbedaan kolestrol yang signifikan antara Kelompok Normal dan Na CMC 1% dengan EKP250, EKP500, EKP750, dan EKP2000.
