The Parliamentary Elections of 24th February, 2019 in the Republic of Moldova: Particularities and Consequences of the Mixed Electoral System

On the 24th February 2019 took place the parliamentary elections in the Republic of Moldova. Parliamentary elections represent one of the most important components of the political process. The distinct particularity of these parliamentary elections was determined by the fact that they took place, for the first time, in a mixed electoral system: 50 deputies were chosen on party lists, and 51 deputies in some uninominal constituencies. The changes of the electoral system are examined and the consequences of the implementation of the new system for the evolution of political processes in the Republic of Moldova

O gigante adormecido vem pra rua: construções enunciativas de Johnnie Walker e Fiat durante as manifestações brasileiras de 2013

O tema deste trabalho são as manifestações ocorridas nos meses de junho e julho de 2013 em todo o Brasil. Trata-se de uma reflexão sobre as construções enunciativas de discursos midiáticos no cenário nacional e internacional.  Esta investigação se propõe a entender os processos enunciativos, e portanto, discursivos e interacionais no uso da materialidade sincrética e audiovisual de anúncios publicitários das marcas Johnnie Walker e Fiat. Tanto a campanha “Keep walking, Brazil” como  a “Vem pra rua” da Fiat foram (re) contextualizadas em outros processos enunciativos durante as manifestações brasileiras. Será possível identificar que tipo de interação discursiva ocorre entre marcas e público a partir de tal (re) contextualização? Qual relação enunciativa existe entre as marcas e as manifestações e quais são os papeis enunciativos e discursivos propostos por tal relação?  Tais perguntas irão nos levar ao contexto de produção das campanhas, mas também a uma nova apreensão de sentido pautada por processos enunciativos que não os das próprias marcas, mas sim, de novas posições enunciativas. A base metodológica guia-se pelos estudos da Semiótica Discursiva de A. J. Greimas e pelos pressupostos teóricos da Sociossemiótica proposto por Eric Landowski e nas pesquisas de Ana Claudia de Oliveira

PROFESSOR E CULTURA DIGITAL: REFLEXÃO TEÓRICA ACERCA DOS NOVOS DESAFIOS NA AÇÃO FORMADORA PARA NOSSO SÉCULO

This article has its origin in the discussions promoted by the members of the Interinstitutional Study Group of Digital Culture and Education (Federal University of Paraná, University of Ceará and Catholic University of São Paulo) (Núcleo de Estudos Interinstitucional da Cultura Digital e Educação (NEICDE – UFPR/ UNICE - Universidade Ceará e a PUC-SP).The goal of this work is to understand, analyze and examine the theoretical basis and the reflections necessary regarding the complexity and the challenges of education for the use of technologies in our century; in the rupture of the fragmentation paradigms that the use of information and communication technologies demand of education.Este artículo tiene su origen en los debates promovidos por los miembros del Grupo de Estudio Interinstitucional de Cultura y Educación Digital (Universidad Federal de Paraná, de la Universidad de Ceará y de la Pontifícia Universidad Católica de São Paulo) (Núcleo de Estudos Interinstitucional da Cultura Digital e Educação (NEICDE . - UFPR / UNICE - Universidade Ceará/ PUC-SP). Educação e mobilidade : perspectivas para integração de tecnologias móveis ao currículo

O objetivo deste artigo é apresentar caminhos para o uso prático da mobilidade dentro e fora da sala de aula em contexto de educação formal e informal e visando o desenvolvimento profissional de professores e o aprendizado dos alunos. Examinaremos o uso de tablets, celulares e laptops, as diferenças entre os dispositivos móveis computacionais e seus principais acessórios, como, por exemplo: os mini-projetores. A base teórica para este artigo partiu da investigação sobre educação e mobilidade realizada de 2008 a 2012 nos Seminários Web Currículo, com apresentações de trabalhos de pesquisadores de educação e tecnologia de todo o Brasil. Como resultados da pesquisa, alguns recursos para a utilização pedagógica de dispositivos de computação móveis são recomendados, tais como: o uso de Bluetooth, tethering, HDMI e QR Codes em conjunto com os celulares, laptops e tablets na sala de aula e no espaço educacional em geral. Pontuamos ainda, a partir desta e outras experiências vivenciadas pelas pesquisadoras, o desenvolvimento de Projetos de Trabalho como proposta metodológica para o uso integrado destes recursos tecnológicos ao currículo.The goal of this work is to present paths for the practical use of mobile devices inside and out the classroom in the context of formal and informal education aiming at teacher professional development and student learning. The analysis will cover the use of tablets, mobiles and laptops, the differences between computational mobile devices and their main accessories, as in, by example: micro projectors. The theoretical basis for this article began with the investigation regarding education and mobile devices from 2008 to 2012 in the WebCurriculum Seminars, with presentations of researchers' works in education and technology of all regions of Brazil. As results of the research, a few resources for the pedagogical use of computational mobile devices are recommended, such as: the use of Bluetooth, tethering, HDMI and QR Codes along with smartphones, laptops and tablets in the classroom and in anysuch educational space. There are also indicators, from the experiences gathered by the researchers, for the development of Project Based Learning as a methodological approach for the integrated use of these technological resources with the curriculum.Universidade Aberta; Pavilhão do Conhecimento; LEA
