The research dealt with attitudes toward sexism. It aimed to know the translation technique and quality in terms of accuracy and acceptability. It deployed a descriptive qualitative method. The data were obtained from a novel titled Gone Girl and the copy of the novel in Indonesian translation through content analysis and focus group discussion. The data were analyzed through domain, taxonomy, and componential analysis to reveal cultural value. The research indicates that translation techniques determine its qualities. It reveals that established equivalence results in the good quality of translation while the generalization, discursive creation, explicitation, modulation, literal translation, particularization, and description reflect quite good and bad quality of the translation. Moreover, the application of generalization and explicitation results in non-sexist translation. Consequently, the translator becomes less sexist than writer and gives readers different effect with the original one. However, this is affected by some factors; the translator’s subjectivity, translator’s competence, linguistic characteristic differences, and social-cultural differences

The unique position of man as a master mechanic of the animal kingdom is because of skilled movements of his hands and when this shoulder joints get obstructed, we call it as Apabahuka (frozen shoulder), we do not find satisfactory management in modern medical science. Apabahuka is a disease that usually affects the Amsa sandhi (shoulder joint). It is produced by the Vata Dosha. Even though the term Apabahuka is not mentioned in the Nanatmaja Vata Vyadhi, Acharya Sushruta and others have considered Apabahuka as a Vataja Vikara. Amsa Shosha (wasting of the shoulder) can be considered as the preliminary stage of the disease, where loss or dryness of Sleshaka Kapha from Amsa Sandhi occurs. Ayurveda has given more importance of Vata Vyadhis. Nasya is one of the important procedures of classical Panchakarma therapy mentioned in classics for managing Apabahuka. A case of Apabahuka (complaints of severe pain and stiffness, over the back of neck associated with restricted movement of right hand) which was treated for two months under a private orthopaedic surgeon with no significant relief and later treated with Ayurveda. The Ayurveda treatment plan includes Amapachana with Vaishwaanara choorna, Nasya with Karpasasthyadi Taila and Shamanaushadhi Trayodashanga Guggulu for a period of 30 days. Substantial clinical improvement was reported in quality of life after 30 days of the treatment. During the treatment all the signs and symptoms of the patients reduced to a greater extent

The state is obliged to ensure that every citizen gets basic rights, however, in practice the state can fail to fulfill the basic rights of citizens. In Myanmar, cases of human rights violations have occurred for years, namely cases of human rights violations against the Rohingya. Current developments, the Rohingya are still in refugee camps in Bangladesh, because the Myanmar government has not given a sign to accept the Rohingyas back. The research methodology used is qualitative observation with a literature study approach. The observations used in our research use natural setting theory which aims to explore and explore in depth a meaning or problem. During the time the researcher made observations, the research understood and rewrote material related to important and interesting events or phenomena in the context of our group\u27s research. The Rohingya group experienced discrimination from the government and civil society of Myanmar, namely in the form of restrictions on the right to marry and have children, not providing birth certificates, to destroying school buildings as well as mosques and prayer rooms. Myanmar also has the 1982 Citizenship Act to revoke Rohingya citizenship. Myanmar fulfills two important elements in the Internationally Wrongful Act, namely violations of international obligations and these actions can be attributed to Myanmar. The first settlement effort is through the establishment of the International Criminal Court to reconcile human rights violations. Second, efforts to determine the fate of the Rohingya ethnicity in terms of international law, researchers propose that Myanmar provide a membership principle, so that they gain access to education, the economy, and health or the Myanmar government can provide options for the Rohingya ethnic group to continue to join on condition that they are granted special autonomy or grant independence in a voluntary manner. absolute to them

As production quantity increases to fulfill customer’s demand, the occupational accident occurs more compared to 2020. The need to use masks increased 20.15 times more in 2021 when the Delta variant of the COVID-19 virus entered Indonesia. This research observed the Manual Welding Machine labor in their process of producing head loop masks and aimed to design mitigation strategies for high error probability tasks. Methods used in this research are the Hierarchical Task Analysis (HTA) to define operator’s tasks, the Technique for Human Error Rate Prediction (THERP) to measure HEP, Event Tree Analysis to analyze the worst possibility of an incident, and the Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP) to collect mitigation strategy. As the result of this research, several activities such as welding process preparation, picking up materials from the container, and materials preparation process have the highest HEP among all the activities. If some errors occur, it may cause light to severe injuries to the operators and the production area near the Manual Welding work station. Several mitigation plans are recommended to handle these problems, such as using warning displays and making SOP for operating Manual Welding Machine.
