Les conceptions au sujet du processus d’inclusion : le discours de ses acteurs

Em Brasília, DF, os últimos anos põem em evidência o desenvolvimento de experiências educacionais para a inclusão de crianças com desenvolvimento atípico no sistema de ensino regular. A inclusão deve ser compreendida como um complexo e continuado processo em que novas necessidades surgem e mudanças são exigidas tanto das pessoas participantes quanto das instituições nas quais ele ocorre, mas sobretudo na relação entre ambos. A hipótese básica deste trabalho considera que a maneira como as pessoas concebem o desenvolvimento (a)típico está diretamente relacionada ao modo como vão conceber e vivenciar o processo de inclusão. Em uma perspectiva sócio-cultural, foram realizados dois estudos com o objetivo de investigar sobre o processo de inclusão através da voz de seus atores. Por extensão, delineiam-se implicações que essas concepções trazem para o processo de inclusão em andamento. O primeiro estudo verifica as concepções dos professores sobre os termos normalidade/deficiência. O segundo busca compreender como esses profissionais da educação concebem inclusão. A análise comparativa entre os estudos verifica similaridades e singularidades, coerência e ambigüidades nas concepções e procura relacioná-las ao desenvolvimento de estratégias educativas viáveis e potencialmente efetivas no âmbito da educação inclusiva. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACTIn Brasilia, DF, Brazil, the last few years have witnessed a significant increase in the number of experiences of including children with atypical development in regular classrooms. Inclusion is a complex and continuous process, which requires changes not only in the people involved, but also in the institutions in which they occur, and particularly in the individual-institution relationship. The basic hypothesis of this study is that the way people perceive (a)typical development relates to the way they will perceive and experience the process of inclusion. In a social-cultural perspective, two studies were conduct aimed at discussing the concepts of the process of inclusion, at demonstrating the ambiguities related to experiencing an inclusion program and at delineating the implications of these concepts to the ongoing process of inclusion. The first study verified the teachers’ concepts about the normality/abnormality dichotomy. The second one attempted to understand how these education professionals perceive inclusion. Comparative analyses between the studies indicated similarities and singularities, coherence and ambiguous concepts about inclusion. Implications for the ongoing process of inclusion were also delineated. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________ RÉSUMÉÀ Brasilia, DF, Brésil, les dernières années ont mis en évidence le développement d’expériences éducationnelles pour l'inclusion d’enfants dont le développement est atypique dans le système régulier d’enseignement. L’inclusion doit être comprise comme un processus complexe et continu dans lequel de nouveaux besoins et changements sont exigés tant par les personnes participantes comme par les institutions dans lesquelles elles se passent, mais surtout dans la relation entre les deux. L’hypothèse de base de ce travail considère que la manière par laquelle les personnes conçoivent le développement (a)typique est directement reliée au mode par lequel elles vont concevoir et vivre le processus d’inclusion. Dans une perspective socio-culturelle, deux études ont été réalisées dans l'objectif de rechercher sur le processus d’inclusion à travers la voix de ses acteurs. En plus, les implications que ces conceptions ont sur le processus d’inclusion en cours sont délinéées. La première étude vérifie les conceptions des maîtres sur les termes normalité/déficience. La deuxième étude cherche à comprendre comment ces professionnels de l’éducation conçoivent l’inclusion. L’analyse comparative entre ces études vérifie les similarités et singularités, cohérence et ambiguités dans les conceptions et cherche à les mettre en relation au développement de stratégies viables et potentiellement effectives dans le domaine de l’éducation inclusive

Estratégia híbrida de recomendações num gestor de conteúdos ampliado

O objetivo principal desta dissertação é propor um modelo de recomendação de conteúdos de aprendizagem num ambiente formal, típico do Ensino Superior, sobre um gestor de conteúdos ampliado, onde os alunos avaliam e publicam conteúdos. As principais contribuições deste trabalho são: 1. A adição de conteúdos pelos alunos é por eles bem aceite; 2. Modelo de recomendações híbrido, em cascata, com três filtragens baseadas em regras de precedência, duração de estudo e avaliação das atividades de aprendizagem; 3. Formulação de similaridade entre alunos, que valoriza os melhores alunos e o passado recente de conteúdos selecionados por cada aluno; 4. Implementação, experimentação e avaliação de um protótipo baseado no modelo proposto. A avaliação mostrou que o desenvolvimento deste tipo de sistemas permite aos alunos terem experiências únicas de aprendizagem com sequenciamentos de conteúdos adequados aos seus perfis. Destacamos a contribuição para esta investigação da revisão de conceitos e literatura relacionada; ABSTRACT:The main objective of this thesis is to propose a model for personalized recommendation of learning activities, directed to learners, in a formal learning context. We suggest that learners can publish some useful contents and that they should rate them. The main contributions of this work are: 1. The addition of new content was well accepted, by learners; 2. Hybrid recommendations model in cascade, with three filtering techniques, based on precedence rules, duration of study and classification of learning activities; 3. New formulation of similarity between students, which gives value to the best students and recent past of content selected by each student. 4. A prototype has been implemented and real experimentation was carried out during two months. It showed that such systems help learners to diversify their learning paths and experiences, increase useful collaboration and support making decisions. Modelo de custeio nos projectos cabrio

ProjetoOs desafios que as organizações hoje enfrentam são maiores que nunca, obrigando-as a uma adaptação quase diária. Além dos desafios internos, as organizações também se deparam com desafios de índole externa. No entanto, ainda que os primeiros possam ser facilmente influenciados pela organização, já os segundos assim não o serão. De facto, estamos perante uma conjuntura internacional em constante mudança onde a única certeza será a incerteza dos mercados. Neste ambiente de competitividade com a consequente redução das margens de lucro, a estimação de custo assume um papel fundamental, na medida em que estimar-se o custo de um determinado produto o mais cedo possível e com grande precisão permitirá, por um lado, evitar investir recursos em produtos economicamente pouco viáveis ou mesmo inviáveis e, por outro, a possibilidade de se procurarem alternativas de conceção/ engenharia que resultem num produto e processo produtivo com menores custos. O presente estudo, que se pretende que seja explanatório e didático, enquadra-se na investigação e desenvolvimento de um modelo de estimação de custo para capotas de automóveis cabrio, inserido na empresa Webasto Portugal. Após o estudo de vários métodos de estimação de custo e recorrendo ao histórico de cinco projetos, desenvolveu-se um modelo paramétrico baseado em três variáveis, que permite estimar o custo com uma baixa margem de erro. Importa referir que as capotas em análise seguem um padrão de produção semelhante pelo que face a outra realidade empresarial, como por exemplo diferentes tecnologias ou labor rates, o modelo poderá ter de ser adaptado.The challenges that organizations face today are bigger than ever, forcing them to adapt almost on a daily basis. In addition to the internal challenges, organizations also face challenges from external nature. However, even if the first can be easily influenced by the organization, it will not be the case for the second ones. In fact, we are facing an everchanging international environment where the only certainty is the uncertainty behavior of the markets. In this competitiveness environment, with the consequent profit margins’ reduction, cost estimation assumes a key role, due to the fact that estimating the cost of a particular product as soon as possible and with great accuracy will allow, on the one hand, to avoid investing resources in lower economically viable products or even unfeasible and, on the other hand, the possibility of seeking alternatives for design engineering that results in a product and production process with lower costs. The present study, intended to be explanatory and didactic, fits in the research and development of a cost estimation model for cabrios, inserted in Webasto Portugal Company. After studying several methods of cost estimation and using the historical data of five projects, a parametric model based on three variables was developed, which allows the cost estimation with a low error margin. It should be noted that the roofs under analysis follow a similar production standard which means that, facing another organizational reality, such as different technologies or labor rates, the model may have to be adapted

Clinical Supervision in Nursing: a Training Strategy

Comunicação apresentada no Congresso da UI_IPS 2017 e artigo publicado na revista UI_IPS 2018A supervisão clínica em enfermagem, surge atualmente como uma necessidade dos contextos formativos e da prática. Existem preocupações na adesão aos métodos pedagógicos e processos formativos em ensino clínico. Na formação certificada que tem sido desenvolvida, com enfermeiros de três organizações de saúde da ARSLVT, procurou-se avaliar o processo de supervisão clínica em enfermagem. Como objetivo para este artigo define-se: analisar a conceção da supervisão clínica em enfermagem em 45 enfermeiros, recorrendo à ferramenta pedagógica – mapa concetual. Da estrutura cognitiva dos enfermeiros emergiram três temas: conceção de supervisão; intervenção em supervisão; avaliação do processo de supervisão. Representou-se as palavras identificadas em mapa conceptual da supervisão clínica em enfermagem. Reconheceu-se esta estratégia como facilitadora do desenvolvimento de competências pelos enfermeiros. Identificou-se a conceção da supervisão clínica dos enfermeiros, relacionada com o pensamento crítico em ensino clínico. Entre o cinema experimental e a videoarte: desdobramentos do audiovisual

This work consists of an analysis of art forms linked to the moving image in the current scenario. The study aims to analyze the process of convergence between experimental cinema and video art, in order to understand the aesthetic and political movements that culminated in this conjuncture. For this, a bibliographic review of influential authors on the subject and a theoretical-critical analysis of artists who produce within this perspective, such as André Parente and Luc Courchesne, were carried out. From the results of the research, it was possible to conclude that the division between experimental cinema and video art is anachronistic, since art is increasingly multimedia and that artists turn their attention to the problems of a computerized society.Este trabalho consiste em uma análise das formas de arte ligadas à imagem em movimento no atual cenário. O estudo tem como objetivo analisar o processo de convergência entre o cinema experimental e a videoarte, de modo a entender as movimentações estéticas e políticas que culminaram nessa conjuntura. Para isso, foi realizada revisão bibliográfica de autores influentes no tema e análise teórico-crítica de artistas que produzem dentro dessa perspectiva, tais como André Parente e Luc Courchesne. A partir dos resultados da pesquisa, foi possível concluir que a divisão entre cinema experimental e videoarte se mostra anacrônica, uma vez que a arte é cada vez mais multimidiática e que os artistas voltam sua atenção para as problemáticas de uma sociedade computadorizada

A preliminary review of the impact of social media on health literacy in young people

Our objective in this article is to analyze studies with health interventions in adolescents supported by social media applications, essentially those aimed at promoting knowledge in the areas of nutrition, harmful consumption, and sexuality. We also aim to evaluate and measure the possible impact and effectiveness of these interventions. As a methodology, a preliminary summary of systematic and integrative reviews and some articles was carried out, using Internet searches in databases and scientific article repositories. The searches used certain keywords and preference was given to recent articles, including adolescent interventions that involved websites and applications where users created and shared content or participated in social networks

Hybrid recommender strategy in learning: an experimental investigation

Purpose—finding ways of improving learning in a formal higher education context. Design/methodology/approach—in the proposed model we will consider extending traditional content management systems, giving learners the possibility to add new materials and to rate them, and a hybrid strategy that combines technical recommendations with some profile-based filtering to offer adaptive and suitable sequencing learning content to learners. Findings—the experiment shows that our recommendation techniques are able to reflect the learners’ interests. Research limitations/implications—it’s necessary to demonstrate the contributions of these kinds of solutions to the learners’ success. Practical implications—theoretical and practical framework for future research in the field was developed. Originality/Value—the main contributions are the extended Learning Management System and the hybrid Recommender System, which implements a new proposal to evaluate learners’ similarities.Didėjantis technologinių inovacijų, eksperimentų bei tyrimų kiekis kuria scenarijus, kur laikas ir erdvė įgyja naujas reikšmes. Tinkamų mokymosi resursų identifikavimas bei išskyrimas iš gausybės potencialių variantų pasitelkiant internetą, tapo itin aktualia paslauga. Socialiniai tinklai ir debesų kompiuterijos sprendimai yra pastarųjų laikų inovacijos, užtikrinančios lengvesnę prieigą prie resursų (skirtingose laiko ir erdvės dimensijose, pasitelkiant daugybę terminalų). Nuotolinis mokymas įgauna vis didesnę reikšmę (netgi naudojamas kaip auditorinio mokymo pakaitalas). Žvelgti į mokymąsi per besimokančiojo prizmę, pateikiant jį kaip centrinę proceso ašį, yra viena iš naujųjų tendencijų mokymosi doktrinoje. Šis požiūris ypatingas tuo, jog besimokantysis yra laikomas žinių generatoriumi, o pačios žinios neatsiranda vien dėl trečiųjų šalių pateikiamos informacijos. Konstruktyvistinis mokymo modelis teigia, jog žinios atsiranda kaip socialinių konstruktų sąveikos rezultatas, kolaboratyvioje aplinkoje, dalyvaujant skirtingiems mokymosi subjektams. Ši aplinka reikalauja naujų technologijų, mokymosi metodų bei proceso paramos įrankių. Įvairūs besimokantieji su skirtingomis charakteristikomis, įgūdžiais, pajėgumu bei tikslais siekia tinkamiausių sau mokymosi veiklų bei resursų. Diferencijuotas turinys, adaptyvus mokymosi nuoseklumas yra keli iš reikalavimų siekiant įgyvendinti anksčiau minėtas mokymosi metodikas. Pagrindinis šios publikacijos tikslas – atrasti būdus, padedančius gerinti mokymo kokybę formaliojo aukštojo mokslo kontekste. Šiame straipsnyje pristatome į besimokantįjį orientuotą modelį, su personaliai pritaikytomis rekomendacijomis bei mokymosi veiklomis. Mes teigiame, jog besimokantieji gali skelbti naudingo turinio medžiagą bei ją vertinti. Šie turiniai gali būti susieti, siekiant padėti besimokantiesiems informacijos atrinkimo procese. Mūsų sistema numatys mokymosi aktyvumo rezultatus remdamasi besimokančiojo profiliu, hibridine rekomendacijų strategija bei kombinuojant sąlyginio ir kolaboratyvinio filtravimo metodus. Šie įverčiai padės besimokantiesiems pasirinkti tinkamiausias mokymosi veiklas. Mes teigiame, jog besimokančiųjų panašumai gali būti nustatomi remiantis įvertinimų rezultatais bei mokymosi istorija. Straipsnyje pristatomas motyvacinės mokymosi metodo tinkamumo prielaidos bei koncepcinės ir praktinės įžvalgos. Taip pat pristatome sistemos architektūros bei dizaino koncepcijas. Mūsų pasiūlytas modelis yra realizuotas pasitelkiant Moodle studijų valdymo sistemą. Realūs formaliųjų studijų eksperimentiniai kursai buvo vykdomi du mėnesius aukštojo mokslo institucijoje. Eksperimento rezultatai parodė, jog panašių sistemų vystymas padeda studijuojantiesiems diversifikuoti mokymosi kelius bei patirtis, padidina naudingą bendradarbiavimą, padeda geriau priimti sprendimus. Nepaisant to, šiems sprendimams įvaldyti reikia praktikos bei tinkamo dizaino realizavimo, siekiant palengvinti jų pritaikomumą
