La práctica de la traducción inversa hacia la lengua alemana en España: un estudio sociológico

La traducción a la lengua no nativa del traductor es la variedad de traducción que tradicionalmente ha recibido una menor atención. El objetivo de este estudio es describir la realidad en torno a la práctica de la traducción inversa hacia la lengua alemana en el sector profesional de la traducción en España. Para ello, se presentarán los principales resultados a través de un cuestionario online administrado a traductores españoles en ejercicio, de los cuales, un porcentaje significativo trabaja con la lengua alemana. A través de este método de recopilación de datos, se pretende conocer la opinión de la muestra sondeada respecto a cuestiones como la formación o las tarifas en relación con la traducción inversa, entre otras.Die Übersetzung in die Nicht-Muttersprache des Übersetzers ist die Vielfalt der Übersetzungen, der traditionell am wenigsten Beachtung gefunden hat. Ziel dieser Studie ist es, die Realität der Praxis der Rückübersetzung ins Deutsche im Bereich der professionellen Übersetzung in Spanien zu beschreiben. Zu diesem Zweck werden die wichtigsten Ergebnisse durch einen Online-Fragebogen präsentiert, der an praktizierende spanische Übersetzer gerichtet ist, von denen ein erheblicher Prozentsatz auf Deutsch arbeitet. Mit dieser Methode der Datenerhebung soll unter anderem die Meinung der Befragten zu Themen wie Schulungen oder Gebühren im Zusammenhang mit der Rückübersetzung ermittelt werden

Model of the polarized foreground diffuse Galactic emissions from 33 to 353 GHz

We present 3D models of the Galactic magnetic field including regular and turbulent components, and of the distribution of matter in the Galaxy including relativistic electrons and dust grains. By integrating along the line of sight, we construct maps of the polarized Galactic synchrotron and thermal dust emissions for each of these models. We perform a likelihood analysis to compare the maps of the Ka, Q, V and W bands of the Wilkinson Microwave Anisotropy Probe (Wmap) and the 353 GHz Archeops data to the models obtained by varying the pitch angle of the regular magnetic field, the relative amplitude of the turbulent magnetic field and the extrapolation spectral indices of the synchrotron and thermal dust emissions. The best-fit parameters obtained for the different frequency bands are very similar and globally the data seem to favor a negligible isotropic turbulent magnetic field component at large angular scales (an anisotropic line-of-sight ordered component can not be studied using these data). From this study, we conclude that we are able to propose a consistent model of the polarized diffuse Galac- tic synchrotron and thermal dust emissions in the frequency range from 33 to 353 GHz, where most of the CMB studies are performed and where we expect a mixture of these two main foreground emissions. This model can be very helpful to estimate the contamination by foregrounds of the polarized CMB anisotropies, for experiments like the Planck satellite.Comment: 22 pages, 4 figure

La enseñanza del derecho en Cuba (1959-2002). Apuntes y reflexiones.

La formación de los juristas cubanos ha estado marcada por los diferentes sucesos políticos, económicos y sociales ocurridos en la isla. Al triunfar de la Revolución en 1959, los estudios de Derecho siguieron esencialmente el plan de estudios de 1940. Fue necesario introducir modificaciones para adecuarlo a las nuevas realidades: profiíndos cambios en los tipos de propiedad existentes, nueva estructura judicial y la adopción de leyes radicalmente distintas a las de la etapa republicana. En 1976 se adoptó el plan de estudios «A» que fiíe un resumen de las principales transformaciones operadas en el país. En 1982 se sustituye por el plan «B» que aspiró formar mejores profesionales del Derecho, que a su vez ftiesen leales militantes del socialismo y el comunismo. La desapanción de la Unión Soviética y del llamado campo socialista unido a la situación de perenne crisis de todos los sectores del país, motivó la adopción del nuevo plan de estudios «C» que refleja las peculiaridades del denominado «período especial en tiempo de paz» en la Cuba actual.The formation of the Cuban jurists has been marked by the different political, economic and social events happened in the island. On having triumphed over the Revolution in 1959, the studies ot Law followed essentially the study plan of 1940. It was necessaiy to introduce modifícations to adapt it to the new realities: deep changes in the existing types of property, new judicial structure and the adoption of laws radicaUy different from those of the republican stages. In 1976 the study plan «A» was adopted that was a summaiy of the mam transformations developed in the countiy. In 1982 was replaced with the plan «B» which aspired to form better professionals of the Law, who in tum were loyal militants of the socialism and the communism. Anotaciones sobre el bronce del Suroeste : necrópolis de citas en el entorno del Embalse de Aracena

El panorama de la investigación sobre los enterramientos del II milenio a.C. en el suroeste peninsular apenas ha avanzado desde los trabajos de H. Schubart. En la provincia de Huelva su estudio fue iniciado desde el Museo Provincial por M. del Amo. Quedaron sin publicar una serie de necrópolis en los alrededores del Embalse de Aracena, cuya descripción se realiza en este trabajo. Estas necrópolis confirman las periodizaciones ofrecidas. Del estudio de los ajuares funerarios y de las prospecciones de los yacimientos del entorno, se deduce que las poblaciones del Bronce del Sueroeste tienen sus raices en la ocupación de la zona durante el Calcolítico, y que, dada la ausencia de materiales del Bronce Final, cuya tipología cerámica se encuentra representada en algunos yacimientos como prueba de la continuidad del poblamiento hasta los siglos IX-VIII a. C., el fenómeno de la cista es exclusivo del II milenio a.C. Algunos elementos inciden también en una mayor complejidad social, cuyo reflejo es evidente en los poblados fortificados de este momento.____________________________The investigation on the burials of the 1I millennium B.C. in the Southwest of the Iberian Peninsula has hardly advanced from the projects of H. Schubart. In the province of Huelva its study was begun from the Provincial Museum by M. del Amo. Remained without publishing a series of necropolis in the surroundings of the Damming of Aracena, whose description is accomplished in this work. These cemeteries confirm the chronologies offered. Of the study of the funeral apparels and of the explorations of the deposits of the environment, its deduced that the populations of the Bronze Age of the Southwest have their roots in the occupation of the zone during the Copper Age, and that, given the absence of materials of the Late Bronze Age, whose ceramics is found represented in some archaeological sites as test of the continuity of the occupation until the centuries IX - VIII b.C., the phenomenon of the cista is exclusive of the 11 millennium b.C. Some elements impact also in a greater social complexity, whose reflex is evident in the fortified towns of this period

Simulating FRSN P Systems with Real Numbers in P-Lingua on sequential and CUDA platforms

Fuzzy Reasoning Spiking Neural P systems (FRSN P systems, for short) is a variant of Spiking Neural P systems incorporating fuzzy logic elements that make it suitable to model fuzzy diagnosis knowledge and reasoning required for fault diagnosis applications. In this sense, several FRSN P system variants have been proposed, dealing with real numbers, trapezoidal numbers, weights, etc. The model incorporating real numbers was the first introduced [13], presenting promising applications in the field of fault diagnosis of electrical systems. For this variant, a matrix-based algorithm was provided which, when executed on parallel computing platforms, fully exploits the model maximally parallel capacities. In this paper we introduce a P-Lingua framework extension to parse and simulate FRSN P systems with real numbers. Two simulators, implementing a variant of the original matrix-based simulation algorithm, are provided: a sequential one (written in Java), intended to run on traditional CPUs, and a parallel one, intended to run on CUDAenabled devices.Ministerio de Economía y Competitividad TIN2012-3743
