    Turbin Air Tesla dengan Variasi Diameter Lubang Keluaran

    Paper ini menyajikan hasil pengujian turbin air menggunakan prinsip turbin Tesla. Diameter lubang keluaran, yang berjumlah 4, divariasikan yaitu 10 mm, 15 mm dan 20 mm. Sedangkan diameter piringan turbin yang digunakan sebesar 120 mm dengan tebal piringan 2 mm, jumlah piringan 3 dan jarak antar piringan 2 mm serta terbuat dari CD bekas. Turbin diuji dengan head setinggi 5,2 m. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variasi besar diameter lubang pada piringan turbin terhadap unjuk kerjanya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa torsi terbesar dihasilkan oleh turbin dengan besar diameter lubang 20 mm yaitu 0,07 Nm pada putaran poros 203 rpm dan torsi terkecil didapat oleh besar diameter lubang 10 mm sebesar 0,01 Nm pada putaran 702 rpm. Daya maksimum dihasilkan sebesar 2,03 W pada putaran poros 403 rpm dan diameter lubang 20 mm. Daya minimum dihasilkan oleh turbin dengan diameter lubang 10 mm sebesar 0,404  W pada putaran poros 702 rpm. Efisiensi terbesar dihasilkan oleh turbin dengan diameter lubang 20 mm yaitu sebesar 6,57% dan efisiensi terkecil didapat pada turbin dengan diameter lubang 10 mm yaitu sebesar 1,3%

    Dampak dari mengonsumsi kopi instan dengan kadar gula yang tinggi akan menyebabkan peningkatan kadar glukosa dalam darah dan membuat hepar bekerja lebih keras untuk memetabolismenya. Metabolisme yang tidak sempurna dapat menyebabkan kerusakan sel-sel hepar. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kopi instan tinggi gula dosis bertingkat terhadap gambaran histologi hepar tikus putih (Rattus norvegicus) galur wistar. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara eksperimental dari bulan April-Juli 2020. Sebanyak 24 ekor tikus putih (Rattus norvegicus) dibagi menjadi 4 kelompok perlakuan. Hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan uji Chi Square. Hasil penelitian diketahui adanya hubungan antara dosis kopi instan tinggi gula dengan kerusakan histologi hepar p<0,000. Terdapat perbedaan gambaran histologi hepar tikus antara kelompok kontrol dengan kelompok perlakuan yang diberikan dosis 4,5 ml/250 g BB/hari, 9 ml/250 g BB/hari dan 13,5 ml/250 g BB/hari.     The effectiveness of coconut water in inhibiting shigella sp. bacteria from diarrhea

    Background: Diarrhea is still a serious problem for some people. It can be affected by the Shigella sp. bacteria. Some villagers drink tender coconut water (Co-cos nucifera L) to cure diarrhea. Some types of consumed tender or green coconut are green coconut, brown coconut, wulung green coconut, and wulung brown coconut. It is necessary to determine the contribution of coconut types to treat diarrhea caused by the Shigella sp bacterium.Objective: to determine the benefit of several types of coconut water toward diarrhea caused by bacteria such as Shigella sp.Method: The method implemented was to determine the benefit of tender coconut water toward Shigella sp bacteria was experimental study through Kirby-Bauer test (antibiotic disc). The study selected water of green coconut, brown coconut, wulung green coconut, and wulung brown coconut, while the positive control used Lodia diarrhea drug and negative control used aquadest (Purified water). Testing data of green coconut water toward Shigella sp. was analyzed through analysis of variance (ANOVA) with F test at 95% significant level. Then it was continued by Duncan test at 95% significant level.Results: The results of testing some green coconut water, positive control and negative control on Shigella sp bacteria can be seen from the clear zone formed around the antibiotic disc, green coconut showed 6.63 mm, brown coconut was 6.57 mm, wulung green coconut was 16.63 mm, wulung brown coconut was 9.23 mm, lodia diarrhea drug was 12.33 mm and purified water was 7.27 mm.Conclusion: all green coconut water is able to inhibit the growth of Shigella sp. The best inhibitor is obtained from the administration of wulung green coconut water with 16.6 mm diameter of the inhibition zon

    Pengaruh Variasi Tinggi Terjunan Dan Dimensi Tabung Kompresor Terhadap Unjuk Kerja Pompa Hydram

    Lahan kering merupakan salah satu agroekosistem sumberdaya lahan yang mempunyai potensi besar untuk pengembangan pertanian. Kendala teknis pertanian lahan kering adalah dalam ketersediaan air. Untuk meningkatkan indeks pertanaman di lahan kering, perlu adanya pemanfaatan sumberdaya air permukaan seoptimal mungkin. Untuk mengatasi pemenuhan kebutuhan air irigasi di daerah lahan kering, alternatif yang bisa dikembangkan adalah dengan menggunakan sistem irigasi pompa ramah lingkungan yakni pompa hydram. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dimensi tabung udara terhadap unjuk kerja pompa hydram. Pompa hydram yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mempunyai ukuran 1.5 inci dan variasi tinggi terjunan 2, 3, 4 dan 5 m. Pompa hydram yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mempunyai susunan ILK (input "“ limbah "“ tabung udara) dengan memperhitungkan pengaruh variasi dimensi tabung udara dengan volume konstan (5 variasi, diameter x tinggi : 7.5 x 60, 8.75 x 44.1, 10 x 33.75, 11.25 x 26.67 dan 12.5 x 21.6) dan variasi posisi lubang output discharge (5 variasi : 0, 5, 10, 15 dan 20 cm dari dasar tabung udara) terhadap unjuk kerja pompa hydram yang meliputi : debit output, debit limbah, head maksimum dan efisiensi yang dihasilkan pompa hydram. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setiap kenaikkan 1 meter tinggi terjunan maka debit ouput akan mengalami kenaikkan rata-rata sebesar 36.6%. Setiap kenaikkan 1 meter tinggi terjunan maka head maksimum akan meningkat sebesar 5 ÷ 6 meter. Variasi dimensi atau ukuran tabung kompresor kurang berpengaruh terhadap debit output maupun head maksimum pompa hydram. Sedangkan efisiensi tertinggi didapat pada tinggi terjunan 2 meter dan variasi pompa ke 2 (dengan ukuran tabung udara 8.75 cm x 44.1 cm) yakni sebesar 33.98%

    Comparison Results of Hemoglobin Checkup in Pregnant Women using Cyanmethemoglobin Method and Azidemet Hb Methods

    The hemoglobin checkup in pregnant women was done by several methods, some of those were Cyanmethemoglobin and Azidemet Hb methods. The incidence of anemia during pregnancy, childbirth and during the puerperium can be reduced by early detection of anemia by checking hemoglobin levels. The purpose of this study was to determine hemoglobin levels using the Cyanmethemoglobin method and the Azidemet Hb method. Data collection was carried out by observational method using cross sectional design. The research was conducted at the Ajibarang II Public Health Center, Banyumas Regency in October - November 2020. The sample used was 20 respondents. The results of the examination using the Cyanmethemoglobin method for venous blood were 10.12 ± 0.62 g / dL and the Azidemet Hb method for capillary blood was 11.98 ± 1,0009 g/dL.     Basic Computers and Networks is a productive subjects of the Software Engineering expertise program at SMK Negeri 3 Gorontalo. However, in the policy of implementing online learning, there are several problems, including the learning media is deemed unattractive so that students quickly feel bored in the learning process, the learning media also does not involve students actively so that learning is still teacher-centered, and student have grades that do no meet the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) which mean students’ understanding of the material is still low. This study aims to know the level students’ understanding of basic computer and network subject after an interactive digital module . This is a pre-experimental study using a One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The fiding shows that there is an improvement in students‘ understanding after using the interactive digital module. It is based on of difference in the average value of the pretest and posttest obtained by 0.00 which is smaller than 0.05. Thus, it is concluded that learning using an interactive digital module in Computer and Basic Network subject can improve students’ understanding of the subject material.Keywords: interactive digital module; students’ understanding; pre-experimenta

    Analisa Variasi Tinggi Keluaran Tabung Kompresor Terhadap Unjuk Kerja Pompa Hidram

    Water is one factor that is very important and necessary in the life of living creatures. Therefore, water should be available whenever and wherever in sufficient number, time, and it\u27s quality. The distribution of water in the plateau required an environmentally friendly tool and lower of operational cost. Hydraulic Ram (Hydram) pump is a pump which does not require external energy as the main driving force. This research would observe the effect of discharge input‘s variation and high variation of the compressor tube output (Air Chamber) toward the efficiency resulting. The specifications of Hydram pump which is used in this research is a 3-inch compressor tube (Air Chamber) with 60 cm of height. On the compressor tube there are five high variations output with 10 cm range in each pump\u27s body. The high levels of water used is 6 meter from the pump and the high water lift (output) used is 9,2 meter. Whereas, the parameter measured in this research are discharge input, discharge output, and the efficiency. The research result shows that the variation in output which produces high output discharge is greatest at 10 cm high output is 102,24 mℓ/s for input variations discharge 12421,63 mℓ/s, while the output of the lowest discharge generated by high output 50 cm which is 42,08 mℓ/s for input variations discharge 1730,10 mℓ/s. Whereas the highest efficiency that is 5,084 % higher output obtained from 10 cm to 1730,10 mℓ/s discharge input and the lowest efficiency is 1,023 % derived from 50 cm high output with input discharge 12421,63 mℓ/s

    Pelatihan Sistem Jaminan Produk Halal Bagi Kelompok Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah Banyumas

    Indonesia telah mencanangkan program sertifikasi halal sejak tahun 2014. Program ini dimaksudkan untuk  memberikan kepastian kehalalalan sehingga konsumen muslim terhindar dari produk haram. Ketentuan mengenai jaminan halal tercantum dalam undang undang Nomor 33 tahun 2014 tentang Jaminan Produk Halal (JPH). Dalam Undang-undang tersebut ditegaskan bahwa produk yang masuk, beredar, dan diperdagangkan di Indonesia wajib bersertifikasi halal (Pasal 4), oleh karena itu pemerintah bertanggung jawab dalam menyelenggarakan JPH (Pasal 5). Selanjutnya, kebijakan tentang halal dikuatkan dan dimudahkan  pelaksanaannya  melalui UU No. 11 Tahun 2020 tentang Cipta Kerja. Semua produk yang beredar di Indonesia wajib bersertifikat halal pada tahun 2024. Melalui kedua undang-undang tersebut dapat dipahami bahwa produk pangan yang bersertifikasi halal memiliki potensi pasar yang lebih luas dibanding produk yang belum bersertifiaksi halal. Selain perusahaan besar, produk makanan dan minuman yang beredar di Indonesia juga diproduksi oleh usaha kecil mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM). Usaha kecil mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) merupakan jenis usaha yang terbukti sangat kokoh menghadapi berbagai goncangan ekonomi. Pemulihan ekonomi nasional secara cepat dapat dilakukan dengan menggulirkan kembali roda UMKM.  Berdasarkan data yang terhimpun di Asosiasi Pengusaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah Banyumas (ASPIKMAS), jumlah pengusaha UMKM di Banyumas mencapai kurang lebih 3500 orang. Jumlah ini menghasilkan produk makanan dan minuman yang cukup banyak. Sebagian kecil produk sudah memiliki sertifikat halal dari MUI, namun sebagian besar dari produk makanan dan minuman yang dipasarkan saat ini belum mendapatkan sertifikat halal dari BPJPH. Kendala utama dari permasalahan ini adalah, umumnya anggota ASPIKMAS belum memiliki wawasan yang cukup mengenai ruang lingkup kegiatan yang dapat memudahkan untuk mendapatkan sertifikasi halal.  Beberapa upaya telah dilakukan Asosiasi dalam membina anggota melalui pertemuan dan kegiatan pelatihan rutin. Namun demikian karena jumlahnya yang banyak dan tersebar, maka masih dipandang perlu untuk melakukan kolaborasi dengan institsusi pendidikan agar akselerasi pembinaannya semakin cepat. Oleh karena program IbM ini bekerjasama dengan ASPIKMAS mengadakan kegiatan pelatihan sistem jaminan produk halal. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan IbM menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan UMKM dalam menyusun sistem jaminan produk halal. Hal ini dapat dievaluasi dari peningkatan hasil rata-rata post-test yang mencapai 81 poin. Nilai ini naik 31 % dibandingkan sebelum peserta mengikuti pelatihan
