    Get PDF
In this paper, we present the Adaptive Bilateral Filter (ABF) for sharpness enhancement and noise removal of a colour images. The ABF sharpens an image by increasing the slope of the edges without producing overshoot or undershoot. It is an approach to sharpness enhancement that is fundamentally different from the unsharp mask (USM). This new approach to slope restoration also differs significantly from previous slope restoration algorithms. Compared with an USM based sharpening method, the optimal unsharp mask (OUM), In terms of noise removal, ABF will outperform the bilateral filter and the OUM. ABF works well for both gray images and color images. Due to operation of sharpening of colour images along the edge slope tend to poseterize the image using ABF by pulling up or pulling down the colour images. The proposed method is effective at removing signal noise while enhancing the experimental results in perceptual quality both quantatively and qualitatively

A Two Layer Encryption Approach to Secure Data Sharing in Cloud Computing

    Get PDF
Abstract-My proposed scheme is "Two Layer Encryption" means Double Encryption for securely outsourcing the data in cloud. This scheme solves key escrow problem and Data Reveal problem by RSA algorithm of asymmetric key approach. In existing mCL-PKE scheme there is Certificate-less Encryption and also single encryption and it is half decrypted by the "CLOUD" and remaining half is decrypted by the "USER" but in my scheme there will be certification for the User and two layer encryptions. The outer layer encryption will be decrypted by the "CLOUD" and Inner layer encryption will be fully decrypted by the "USER" only, By this manner the data/information will be highly secured. My Aim is "To Secure the "TEXT" Data Items of the Data-Owner by Double Encryption in Cloud Computing"

Enhanced Rsa Cryptosystem Based On Three Prime Numbers

Abstract Public key cryptography consists of set of methods which are used to encrypt secret messages so that they can be read only by the intended receiver. The most common public key algorithm is RSA cryptosystem used for encryption and decryption. Security of RSA Algorithm can be compromised using mathematical attack, by guessing the factors of a large number. It may also be compromised if one can guess the private key. In accordance with the mathematical attack, we propose a secure algorithm in this paper. This includes the architectural design and enhanced form of RSA algorithm through the use of third prime number in order to make a modulus n which is not easily decomposable by intruders. Further, this approach eliminates the need to transfer n, the product of two random but essentially big prime numbers, in the public key due to which it becomes difficult for the intruder to guess the factors of n and hence the encrypted message remains safe from the hackers

Amblyopia is an eye disease occurred due to the failure of interconnection between the brain and the eye. It typically affects the vision of children and kids. Using image processing and machine learning techniques validate the user name and password then proceed to capture image and if it is valid then use the canny edge detection techniques to detect the amblyopia. If validation is success means test the training data using KNN Algorithm, Logistic Regression and Random Forest Classifier(RFC). Comparing to other algorithm RFC is more accurate to detect the amblyopia. It is nothing but lack of coordination between eye and brain. It could be a new visual process disorder which ends within the patient perceiving a blurred image from one in all their eyes that isn't rectifiable with glasses or contact lenses. We used SPYDER IDE, Open CV, and python programming language for image processing and machine learning algorithm. It can result from any condition that prevents from the eye from focusing clearly. The Input parameters taken as for the sample dataset are namely gender, age, cataract, myopia, hyperopia, strabismus, and class

Amblyopia is one of the major eye diseases which affect the vision of children and kids. It is nothing but lack of coordination between eye and brain. Lazy eye could be a new visual process disorder which ends within the patient perceiving a blurred image from one in all their eyes that isn't correctable with glasses or contact lenses. Vision defect could be a disorder of the sensory system that represents unilateral or bi-lateral reduction of acuity within which an organic cause can't be detected. The unwellness represents a syndrome of visual deficits, not solely a deterioration of acuity. This syndrome includes: presence of state of affairs phenomena, distinction sensitivity deterioration, deficits in accommodation, deterioration of abstraction orientation and ocular motility pathology. The common sickness like Diabetic retinopathy (DR) could be a common small vascular complications in patients with polygenic disease and should have a fast and weakening impact on visual acuity (VA), eventually resulting in visual impairment. These blood vessels grow in a trial to provide aerated blood to the hypoxic membrane. At any time throughout the progression of DR, patients with polygenic disease also can develop DME, that involves retinal thickening within the yellow spot. This management strategy for DR needs early detection and best glycemic management to slow the progression of sickness. Vision defect treatment is protracted and it's important to counsel not solely kid however the full family and to ascertain a relationship of trust between doctor and patient so as to urge high treatment compliance and high child motivation. Today, we have a tendency to notice that gas isn't the sole think about developing ROP. Higher gas level observation has led to higher management of the gas given to premature infants. Today, however, there's a rise in ROP because of the actual fact that baby care advances mean additional low weight premature infants square measure living

Conceptual Design of Fuel Dumping System in Aircraft

    Get PDF
Airlines release the unburned jet fuel into the atmosphere to reduce the weight of aircraft before landing. Sometimes, aircraft reach a weight more than takeoff weight while departing from the airport. Therefore, the pilot follows the ATC comment to dump fuel into the atmosphere to reduce the aircraft\u27s weight to avoid accidents. Due to fuel dumping, an airline faces fuel consumption, loss, and several diseases affect environmental pollutants, and living things. The total fuel consumption of commercial airlines worldwide in 2021 is 57 billion gallons. If jet fuel routinely hit the ground, it would pollute water and land and damage crops and biodiversity. With this, we have worked on the project to rescue fuel dumping into the atmosphere and save living things from various diseases

A Systematic Mapping Approach of 16q12.2/FTO and BMI in More Than 20,000 African Americans Narrows in on the Underlying Functional Variation: Results from the Population Architecture using Genomics and Epidemiology (PAGE) Study

Genetic variants in intron 1 of the fat mass- and obesity-associated (FTO) gene have been consistently associated with body mass index (BMI) in Europeans. However, follow-up studies in African Americans (AA) have shown no support for some of the most consistently BMI-associated FTO index single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs). This is most likely explained by different race-specific linkage disequilibrium (LD) patterns and lower correlation overall in AA, which provides the opportunity to fine-map this region and narrow in on the functional variant. To comprehensively explore the 16q12.2/FTO locus and to search for second independent signals in the broader region, we fine-mapped a 646-kb region, encompassing the large FTO gene and the flanking gene RPGRIP1L by investigating a total of 3,756 variants (1,529 genotyped and 2,227 imputed variants) in 20,488 AAs across five studies. We observed associations between BMI and variants in the known FTO intron 1 locus: the SNP with the most significant p-value, rs56137030 (8.3×10-6) had not been highlighted in previous studies. While rs56137030was correlated at r2>0.5 with 103 SNPs in Europeans (including the GWAS index SNPs), this number was reduced to 28 SNPs in AA. Among rs56137030 and the 28 correlated SNPs, six were located within candidate intronic regulatory elements, including rs1421085, for which we predicted allele-specific binding affinity for the transcription factor CUX1, which has recently been implicated in the regulation of FTO. We did not find strong evidence for a second independent signal in the broader region. In summary, this large fine-mapping study in AA has substantially reduced the number of common alleles that are likely to be functional candidates of the known FTO locus. Importantly our study demonstrated that comprehensive fine-mapping in AA provides a powerful approach to narrow in on the functional candidate(s) underlying the initial GWAS findings in European populations
