    The purpose of this research is: 1) To know the influence of teacher attitude to readiness to be teacher 2) To know influence of perception about teacher profession to readiness to be teacher 3) To know influence of teacher attitude and perception of student about teacher profession to readiness become teacher. This type of research is associative quantitative. Population in this research is student of education accounting education class of 2014/2015 with amount 200. Samples are taken 127 respondents with propotional random sampling. Data obtained from documentation and questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, R2, and relative donation and effective contribution. Based on result of data analysis obtained by equation of double linear regeresi as follows: Y = 17,938 + 0,311X1 + 0,184X2. The equation shows that teacher readiness is influenced by teacher's attitude and perception about the teaching profession. Based on the analysis and discussion concluded that: (1) There is influence of teacher attitude toward teacher readiness. This is based on the result of double linear regression (t test) known that thitung> ttable is 5,753> 1,980 and significance value ttabel is 2,210> 1,980 and significance value Ftable is 31,961> 3,928 and significance value <0,05 ie 0,000 with R2 gained 0,340 means 34% Readiness Becoming Teacher influenced by Teacher's Attitude and Perception about Teacher Profession , while the remaining 66% influenced by other variables that are not researched in the study.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) dan Net Profit Margin (NPM) terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan Perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2008-2010. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diharapkan digunakan sebagai masukan untuk menilai harga saham dan pengambilan keputusan kebijakan sehubungan dengan portofolio investasi di pasar modal dengan mempertimbangkan faktor profitabilitas untuk memprediksi harga saham. Penelitian ini menurut analisis datanya termasuk penelitian kuantitatif yaitu penelitian yang menganalisis data yang berbentuk angka. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda dengan uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah industri perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode Purposive Sampling yaitu sampel dimana elemen-elemen yang dimasukkan dalam sampel dilakukan dengan sengaja, dengan alasan bahwa sampel tersebut memenuhi kriteria tertentu dan representative atau mewakili populasi. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitiaan ini adalah beberapa perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2008-2010. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa ROA tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham perusahaan perbankan di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Hal ini dimungkinkan karena adanya pengembalian yang tidak sebanding antara investasi dengan keuntungan, sehingga menjadikan investor mengalami kerugian yang akibatnya menurunkan minat investor dalam berinvestasi, sehingga hal itu akan berdampak terhadap menurunnya harga saham. ROE berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham perusahaan perbankan di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat keuntungan perusahaan yang diperoleh dari modal saham akan semakin meningkatkan harga saham. NPM tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham perusahaan perbankan di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Hal ini dimungkinkan laba operasional yang diperoleh perusahaan bukanlah laba yang bersih, sehingga tidak memberikan keuntungan bagi investor yang berakibat pada menurunnya harga saham

    Operational approach to open dynamics and quantifying initial correlations

    A central aim of physics is to describe the dynamics of physical systems. Schrodinger's equation does this for isolated quantum systems. Describing the time evolution of a quantum system that interacts with its environment, in its most general form, has proved to be difficult because the dynamics is dependent on the state of the environment and the correlations with it. For discrete processes, such as quantum gates or chemical reactions, quantum process tomography provides the complete description of the dynamics, provided that the initial states of the system and the environment are independent of each other. However, many physical systems are correlated with the environment at the beginning of the experiment. Here, we give a prescription of quantum process tomography that yields the complete description of the dynamics of the system even when the initial correlations are present.     NLRP6 negatively regulates innate immunity and host defence against bacterial pathogens

    Members of the intracellular nucleotide-binding and oligomerization domain (NOD)-like receptor (NLR) family contribute to immune responses through activation of nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-kappa B), type I interferon and inflammasome signalling(1). Mice lacking the NLR family member NLRP6 were recently shown to be susceptible to colitis and colorectal tumorigenesis(2-4), but the role of NLRP6 in microbial infections and the nature of the inflammatory signalling pathways regulated by NLRP6 remain unclear. Here we show that Nlrp6-deficient mice are highly resistant to infection with the bacterial pathogens Listeria monocytogenes, Salmonella typhimurium and Escherichia coli. Infected Nlrp6-deficient mice had increased numbers of monocytes and neutrophils in circulation, and NLRP6 signalling in both haematopoietic and radioresistant cells contributed to increased susceptibility. Nlrp6 deficiency enhanced activation of mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) and the canonical NF-kappa B pathway after Toll-like receptor ligation, but not cytosolic NOD1/2 ligation, in vitro. Consequently, infected Nlrp6-deficient cells produced increased levels of NF-kappa B-and MAPK-dependent cytokines and chemokines. Thus, our results reveal NLRP6 as a negative regulator of inflammatory signalling, and demonstrate a role for this NLR in impeding clearance of both Gram-positive and -negative bacterial pathogens

    This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, leadership style and work environment. The sample in this research is employees who work in Batik Semar which amounted to 45 respondents. Sampling technique in this research is with purposive sampling. Data analysis method used is Test Validity, relieblitas and multiple linear regression analysis test with t test, F test, and coefficient of determination (R2). From the hypothesis test showed that the compensation and work environment have a significant influence on employee performance, while the Leadership Style variable has no significant effect on employee performance. In the f test shows that jointly compensation, leadership style, and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 38.4%.     The Correlation between Community Engagement and Capability Building Through Outbound Activities of Karang Taruna Members at Bencireng Kebontunggul, Mojokerto, Indonesia

    Capability building for a group of society is necessary to build the rural community in order to grow the economic potent. One of the communal organization is Karang Taruna (Youth organization), which is expected to empower its youth members so that each member improves competencies for community and self. Capacity building can be accomplished through training programs, and one program often used for capacity building is outbound training. A specific outbound training can be designed for youth so they can comprehend their role in society through outbound implementation. This research is going to measure the correlation between the community engagement and capability building of the Karang Taruna members through implementing outbound activities. The data are collected through questionnaires distributed to all Karang Taruna members who join the outbound activities, and the questionnaires are constructed with the Likert scale from strongly disagree to agree strongly. The number of outbound participants is 16, and each participant is given treatment by outbound instructors about capability building so that each can implement the ability during the outbound. The data analysis is using cross tabulation, and the results show that the outbound training material can improve the skills of the participant during the outbound sessions, can increase the community engagement and motivate the Karang Taruna members, and can enable self-development through continuous learning processes about the outbound. The instructors’ ability to explain the training material can accelerate new experiences for outbound participants, can bring new insights to face problems, and can continuously improve the self- development of each participant

    Economic policy to stabilize Indonesia's economic condition is macroeconomic policy. The increasing economic growth every year cannot be separated from the role of the Indonesian government. This study aims to analyze the effect of macroeconomic policies on economic growth in Indonesia. This research uses Ordinary Least Square (OLS) regression analysis. The results showed that the variables of government expenditure, budget deficit, money supply (M2), and the BI Rate had a significant effect on economic growth in Indonesia, while the variable of tax revenue did not have a significant effect on Indonesia's economic growth. The coefficient of determination is 0.997884, which means that 99.80% of the variation in economic growth variables in Indonesia can be explained by the variables of government expenditure, tax revenue, budget deficit, money supply (M2), and BI Rate, the remaining 0.20% is explained by the variable other free variables that are not included in the model or other variables outside this study

    The sensitivity of the ICAL detector at India-based Neutrino Observatory to neutrino oscillation parameters

    The India-based Neutrino Observatory (INO) will host a 50 kt magnetized iron calorimeter (ICAL) detector that will be able to detect muon tracks and hadron showers produced by Charged-Current muon neutrino interactions in the detector. The ICAL experiment will be able to determine the precision of atmospheric neutrino mixing parameters and neutrino mass hierarchy using atmospheric muon neutrinos through earth matter effect. In this paper, we report on the sensitivity for the atmospheric neutrino mixing parameters (sin2θ23\sin^{2}\theta_{23} and Δm322|\Delta m^{2}_{32}|) for the ICAL detector using the reconstructed neutrino energy and muon direction as observables. We apply realistic resolutions and efficiencies obtained by the ICAL collaboration with a GEANT4-based simulation to reconstruct neutrino energy and muon direction. Our study shows that using neutrino energy and muon direction as observables for a χ2\chi^{2} analysis, ICAL detector can measure sin2θ23\sin^{2}\theta_{23} and Δm322|\Delta m^{2}_{32}| with 13% and 4% uncertainties at 1σ\sigma confidence level for 10 years of exposure

    i ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Good Corporate Governance terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan dan dampaknya terhadap Return Saham pada perusahaan Indeks Saham Syariah Indonesia (ISSI) Sektor Pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2014-2018. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari data laporan tahunan yang diambil dari website resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dan laporan tahunan masing-masing perusahaan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode sampling jenuh (sensus) pada perusahaan Indeks Saham Syariah Indonesia (ISSI) Sektor Pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2014-2018. Berdasarkan teknik pengumpulan data, sampel yang diperoleh adalah sebanyak 5 perusahaan dengan periode waktu 5 tahun, sehingga menjadi 25 data sampel yang diteliti. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi data panel dengan menggunakan software Eviews 9. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan Good Corporate Governance berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan dan Kinerja Perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return Saham. Secara parsial Good Corporate Governance yang diproksikan Kepemilikan Institusional, Kepemilikan Manajerial, Komite Audit dan Ukuran Perusahaan yang semua variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan.     Permanent employees and contract employees plays an important role in the company. Therefore, every company must keep and maintain all the employees in order to be able to contribute as expected by the company. Good employees are not only able to do their duties and responsibilities, but willingly able to demonstrate an attitude beyond their duties and responsibilities as a form of sympathy to colleagues and companies. Attitude shown by employees voluntarily, without coercion and not related to salary or reward system, better known as organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). In the face of increasingly fierce competition, especially the banking sector, which is closely related to the ability of employees serving customers, OCB attitude that employees are needed to win the competition. But not easy to create the attitude of OCB employees. Many factors affect the attitude of OCB, such as work status and level of employee satisfaction. The purpose of this article to examine whether work status (permanent and contract) have a different level of satisfaction? Is there any difference OCB attitude shown by employees permanent and contract? Whether employee satisfaction has significant positive effect on the attitudes of employees OCB? Especially social satisfaction, extrinsic satisfaction (ES), and intrinsic satisfaction (IS). By using the 49 employees (30 permanent and 19 contract), Islamic Bank of Bangka, using descriptive quantitative analysis, the results showed that there was no difference in satisfaction and OCB attitudes among permanents employees and contract. Regression results indicate that social satisfaction and ES has a positive relationship to the attitude of OCB employees but not significant because P > 0.05 (respectively 0.075 and 0.07). IS showed a negative and significant relationship to the OCB (P < 0.05 level). However the results of ANOVA test, the all of employees satisfaction (social satisfaction, ES, IS) has a positive and significant relationship to the OCB, P < 0.05 level (0.029)
