Comparison of methodologies for valuation of real estate insurance

Diplomová práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou definice a vysvětlení pojmů, které souvisejí s problematikou nemovitostí a jejich oceněním. Jsou zde uvedeny veškeré informace a zákony, vyhlášky a normy potřebné ke klasifikaci nemovitosti a její následné stanovení hodnoty. V praktické části jsou porovnány metodiky vybraných pojišťoven působících na tuzemském trhu. Na vybrané nemovitosti je provedeno ocenění dostupnými metodami a výsledné hodnoty jsou porovnány s postupy pojišťoven. V závěru jsou uvedeny výstupy praktické části a doporučení, jak postupovat při stanovení pojistné hodnoty nemovitosti v podmínkách pojistné smlouvy.The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. Definitions and explanations of terms related to real estate issues and their valuation are presented in the theoretical part. They are presented here all the information and the laws, regulations and standards required for classification of the property and its subsequent determination of value. In the practical part of the comparison of the selected insurance companies operating on the Czech market. At the chosen property valuation is performed and the resulting values are compared with the practices of the insurance. In conclusion, given the practical outcomes and recommendations for the process of determining the insured value of the property in terms of the insurance contract.

Let’s Player as a New Form of Marketing Communication

Import 22/07/2015Tématem této práce je let´s player. Hlavním cílem této práce je představit let´s playera jako novou formu marketingové komunikace a objevit jeho marketingový potenciál. Tohoto jsem se snažil dosáhnout užitím analýzy elektronického dotazníku a dostupných sekundárních dat. Díky této analýze jsem byl schopen dospět k závěru, že tato forma komunikace může výt využita některými organizacemi. Dalším výsledkem této práce byly návrhy pro zlepšení využití této formy komunikace.Subject of this work is a let´s player. The main goal of this work is to introduce the let´s player as a new form of marketing communication and discover its marketing potential. I was trying to achieve this by using analysis of electronic survey and available secondary data. Thanks to this analysis i was able to come to conclusion that this form of communication could be used by some organizations. Image Analysis of a Progaming Team

Cílem diplomové práce byla image progamingového týmu eXtatus. Jako metoda sběru dat bylo zvoleno dotazníkové šetření. Pro toto šetření byl vytvořen dotazník, který byl umístěn na facebookových stránkách Alza Gaming a PLAYzone. Hlavní částí práce je analýza dat z dotazníkového šetření včetně třídění druhého a třetího stupně. Na základě výsledků výzkumu byly vytvořeny návrhy a doporučení, které mohou pomoci ke zlepšení jednotlivých prvků image progamingového týmu eXtatus.The main goal of the thesis was analysis of a progaming team eXtatus. As the method of data collection was used a survey. For this survey was created questionnaire, which has been uploaded on facebook pages Alza Gaming and PLAYzone. The main focus is devoted to the analysis of the data from the survey including second and third level of data.
