Intermittency as a universal characteristic of the complete chromosome DNA sequences of eukaryotes: From protozoa to human genomes
Large-scale dynamical properties of complete chromosome DNA sequences of
eukaryotes are considered. By the proposed deterministic models with
intermittency and symbolic dynamics we describe a wide spectrum of large-scale
patterns inherent in these sequences, such as segmental duplications, tandem
repeats, and other complex sequence structures. It is shown that the recently
discovered gene number balance on the strands is not of random nature, and a
complete chromosome DNA sequence exhibits the properties of deterministic

Theory of a Narrow roton Absorption Line in the Spectrum of a Disk-Shaped SHF Resonator
We calculate the probability of the birth of a circular phonon (c-phonon) in
He II by a c-photon of the resonator. It is shown that this probability has
sharp maxima at frequencies, where the effective group velocity of the c-phonon
is equal to zero; the density of states of c-phonons strongly grows at such
frequencies. For He II, these frequencies correspond to a roton and a maxon.
From the probability of the c-roton birth, we calculate the roto line width
which is found to approximately agree with the experimental one. We conclude
that the roton line observed in the super-high-frequency (SHF) absorption
spectrum of helium is related to the birth of c-rotons. A possible
interpretation of the Stark effect observed for the roton line is also

On the electric activity of superfluid systems
The Keldysh's theory of superfluidity of rarefied electron-hole gas is
generalized to a case of possible pair polarizability. It was shown that
inhomogeneity of the system leads to dipole moment which is proportional to the
density gradient. The dipole moment appears also near boundaries of the system.
It was determined that quantized vortices in a magnetic field carry a real

The Accounting for Payables and Its Analysis
Today, payables are one of the fundamental elements necessary to assess the efficiency and profitability of any enterprise. The proposed study is concerned with the issues of accounting and analysis of accounts payable at domestic enterprises. The article substantiates the theoretical foundations and analyzes the practical experience of accounting for payables in Ukraine in accordance with the main goal. The differences and similarities in the interpretation of the concept of «accounts payable» by a large number of scholars and researchers are outlined. The conditions of shortcomings of increasing the level of accounts payable to a level higher than a normed one are analyzed. The procedure for analyzing accounts payable is examined. The model of payables management in the enterprise is distinguished. The methodological legal principles of management of this type of obligations in Ukraine are described. The article also demonstrates the positive prospects for conducting an efficient analysis of accounts payable. Statistical changes in the dynamics of current accounts payable at enterprises of various forms of ownership and size, including large, medium, small and micro businesses of Ukraine during 2013-2020, were computed. Based on the trend of increasing the level of payables and the available official information on this issue, assumptions have been made about the dynamics of current accounts payable during 2021-2022. A list of proposals for improving the organization of analytical accounting of settlements with borrowers is also outlined. The direction of further research work is the search for new ways to constantly improve the process of payables management at domestic enterprises, which will contribute to the development of the economy in general

Natural science education concept for sustainable development
У статті розкрито сутність поняття "екологічний та еволюційний підхід", концептуальні ідеї еколого-еволюційного підходу (ідея еволюції та ідея екоцентризму). Автори визначили методологічні засади еколого-еволюційного підходу до навчання. Розроблено та науково обґрунтовано концепцію викладання природничих наук на основі еколого-еволюційного підходу та дидактичні засади впровадження еколого-еволюційного підходу до викладання природничих наук (дидактичні умови, принципи та закони), що візуалізується в дидактичній моделі . Розроблено технологію викладання біології на основі екологічного та еволюційного підходу. Результати педагогічного експерименту довели ефективність технології викладання біології на основі екологічного та еволюційного підходу, а також концепції та реалізації педагогічних принципів екологічного та еволюційного підходу до викладання природничих наук.The article is revealed essence and the concept of “ecological and evolutionary approach”, conceptual ideas of ecological and evolutionary approach (the idea of evolution and the idea of ecocentrism) are disclosed. Author determined methodological principles of ecological and evolutionary approach to teaching. The concept of teaching natural sciences on the basis of ecological and evolutionary approach and didactic principles of implementation of ecological and evolutionary approach to the teaching of natural sciences (didactic conditions, principles and laws) are developed and scientifically substantiated which is visualized in a didactic model of teaching natural science on the basis of ecological and evolutionary approach. The technology of teaching biology based on ecological and evolutionary approach is developed. Results of pedagogical experiment proved the effectiveness of the technology of teaching biology on the basis of ecological and evolutionary approach and the conception and implementation of teaching principles of ecological and evolutionary approach to the teaching of natural sciences embodied in it
Micro-Ramps for External Compression Low-Boom Inlets
The application of vortex generators for flow control in an external compression, axisymmetric, low-boom concept inlet was investigated using RANS simulations with three-dimensional (3-D), structured, chimera (overset) grids and the WIND-US code. The low-boom inlet design is based on previous scale model 1- by 1-ft wind tunnel tests and features a zero-angle cowl and relaxed isentropic compression centerbody spike, resulting in defocused oblique shocks and a weak terminating normal shock. Validation of the methodology was first performed for micro-ramps in supersonic flow on a flat plate with and without oblique shocks. For the inlet configuration, simulations with several types of vortex generators were conducted for positions both upstream and downstream of the terminating normal shock. The performance parameters included incompressible axisymmetric shape factor, separation area, inlet pressure recovery, and massflow ratio. The design of experiments (DOE) methodology was used to select device size and location, analyze the resulting data, and determine the optimal choice of device geometry. The optimum upstream configuration was found to substantially reduce the post-shock separation area but did not significantly impact recovery at the aerodynamic interface plane (AIP). Downstream device placement allowed for fuller boundary layer velocity profiles and reduced distortion. This resulted in an improved pressure recovery and massflow ratio at the AIP compared to the baseline solid-wall configuration
