    Bisnis cuci mobil berkembang dengan pesat karena masyarakat yang menginginkan kendaraan pribadinya selalu bersih dan nyaman sehingga peneliti memilih Auto Bridal Surabaya dalam objek penelitian ini karena Auto Bridal merupakan bisnis cuci mobil ternama serta lebih banyak dikenal oleh masyarakat Surabaya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dari dimensi kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di Auto Bridal Surabaya, menganalisis dimensi yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di Auto Bridal Surabaya dan mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan dari dimensi kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di Auto Bridal Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat penelitian yang disebarkan dan jawabannya dianalisis menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi majemuk, uji f dan uji t. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dimensi kualitas layanan yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan adalah dimensi tangible dan reliability. Dimensi yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan adalah dimensi tangible. Secara simultan seluruh dimensi kualitas layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di Auto Bridal Surabaya

    Cloud fluid models of gas dynamics and star formation in galaxies

    The large dynamic range of star formation in galaxies, and the apparently complex environmental influences involved in triggering or suppressing star formation, challenges the understanding. The key to this understanding may be the detailed study of simple physical models for the dominant nonlinear interactions in interstellar cloud systems. One such model is described, a generalized Oort model cloud fluid, and two simple applications of it are explored. The first of these is the relaxation of an isolated volume of cloud fluid following a disturbance. Though very idealized, this closed box study suggests a physical mechanism for starbursts, which is based on the approximate commensurability of massive cloud lifetimes and cloud collisional growth times. The second application is to the modeling of colliding ring galaxies. In this case, the driving processes operating on a dynamical timescale interact with the local cloud processes operating on the above timescale. The results is a variety of interesting nonequilibrium behaviors, including spatial variations of star formation that do not depend monotonically on gas density

    Pemberlakuan Sanksi Pidana Terhadap Anak Menurut Undang-undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2013 Tentang Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak

    Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemberlakuan sanksi pidana dalam perkara anak menurut Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2012 tentang Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak dan bagaimana pemberlakuan sanksi tindakan yang dapat dikenakan pada anak menurut Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif, maka dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: 1. Pemberlakuan sanksi pidana dalam perkara anak menurut Undang-Undang Nomor 11 tahun 2012 tentang sistem peradilan pidana anak, yaitu pidana pokok berupa pidana peringatan; pidana dengan syarat yang terdiri dari: (pembinaan di luar lembaga; pelayanan masyarakat atau pengawasan), pelatihan kerja, pembinaan dalam lembaga, dan penjara. Pidana tambahan terdiri atas: perampasan keuntungan yang diperoleh dari tindak pidana; atau pemenuhan kewajiban adat. Apabila dalam hukum materiil diancam pidana kumulatif berupa penjara dan denda, pidana denda diganti dengan pelatihan kerja. 2.Pemberlakuan sanksi tindakan yang dapat dikenakan pada anak menurut sistem peradilan pidana anak menurut Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 11 Tahun 2012 tentang Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak, Tindakan yang dapat dikenakan kepada Anak meliputi: pengembalian kepada orang tua/Wali; penyerahan kepada seseorang; perawatan di rumah sakit jiwa; perawatan di LPKS; kewajiban mengikuti pendidikan formal dan/atau pelatihan yang diadakan oleh pemerintah atau badan swasta; pencabutan surat izin mengemudi; dan/atau perbaikan akibat tindak pidana. Tindakan sebagaimana dimaksud perawatan di LPKS; kewajiban mengikuti pendidikan formal dan/atau pelatihan yang diadakan oleh pemerintah atau badan swasta; pencabutan surat izin mengemudi dikenakan paling lama 1 (satu) tahun. Semua sanksi Tindakan dapat diajukan oleh Penuntut Umum dalam tuntutannya, kecuali tindak pidana diancam dengan pidana penjara paling singkat 7 (tujuh) tahun

    Observations and models of star formation in the tidal features of interacting galaxies

    Multi-color surface photometry (BVri) is presented for the tidal features in a sample of interacting galaxies. Large color variations are found between the morphological components and within the individual components. The blue colors in the primary and the tidal features are most dramatic in B-V, and not in V-i, indicating that star formation instead of metallicity or age dominates the colors. Color variations between components is larger in systems shortly after interaction begins and diminishes to a very low level in systems which are merged. Photometric models for interacting systems are presented which suggest that a weak burst of star formation in the tidal features could cause the observed color distributions. Dynamical models indicate that compression occurs during the development of tidal features causing an increase in the local density by a factor of between 1.5 and 5. Assuming this density increase can be related to the star formation rate by a Schmidt law, the density increases observed in the dynamical models may be responsible for the variations in color seen in some of the interacting systems. Limitations of the dynamical models are also discussed

    Relevance ratings and salience categorizations for objects in a set of 80 pictures

    In this study, we provide normative data for objects in a set of 80 digital color pictures (e.g., nature scenes, human activities, cartoon characters, magazine covers). In Experiment 1, four objects in each picture were rated by 48 observers on a 6-point Likert scale for their relevance to the overall meaning of the scene. In Experiment 2, Salience Toolbox software (Walther & Koch, 2006) provided additional information about whether the four relevance-rated objects were located in areas that were high or low in visual salience. Brief descriptions of the four objects, their locations in the picture, their categorizations as high or low in salience, the means and standard deviations of their relevance ratings, and statistical analyses specifying which pairs of objects in a picture differed significantly on their relevance to the meaning of the scene are given in the Appendix. An example is provided of how the pictures could be used to create stimuli for a change blindness task in which detection of item onset versus offset is contrasted for low-relevance and high-relevance features.     Fedlabx: a practical and privacy-preserving framework for federated learning

    Federated learning (FL) draws attention in academia and industry due to its privacy-preserving capability in training machine learning models. However, there are still some critical security attacks and vulnerabilities, including gradients leakage and interference attacks. Meanwhile, communication is another bottleneck in basic FL schemes since large-scale FL parameter transmission leads to inefficient communication, latency, and slower learning processes. To overcome these shortcomings, different communication efficiency strategies and privacy-preserving cryptographic techniques have been proposed. However, a single method can only partially resist privacy attacks. This paper presents a practical, privacy-preserving scheme combining cryptographic techniques and communication networking solutions. We implement Kafka for message distribution, the Diffie–Hellman scheme for secure server aggregation, and gradient differential privacy for interference attack prevention. The proposed approach maintains training efficiency while being able to addressing gradients leakage problems and interference attacks. Meanwhile, the implementation of Kafka and Zookeeper provides asynchronous communication and anonymous authenticated computation with role-based access controls. Finally, we prove the privacy-preserving properties of the proposed solution via security analysis and empirically demonstrate its efficiency and practicality

    Sumber daya manusia memiliki peranan penting dalam menunjang kinerja Perusahaan. Perusahaan perlu mengupayakan agar sumber daya manusia terfasilitasi dengan desain kerja, pengelolaan dan lingkungan kerja yang dapat mengembangkan potensi dari sumber daya manusia tersebut. Setiap Perusahaan tentu memiliki seperangkat nilai serta asumsi dasar yang berbeda-beda. Agar hal tersebut dapat terfasilitasi secara maksimal, Perusahaan perlu memahami budaya organisasi yang mendasari Perusahaannya. Pemahaman budaya organisasi dapat membantu Perusahaan dalam mengenali setiap asumsi dasar yang ada dalam Perusahaannya, yang kemudian akan membantu Perusahaan untuk memprediksi dan merespon setiap perilaku karyawan. Untuk mendeskripsikan budaya organisasi dalam Perusahaan alas kaki, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara secara langsung pada manajer sumber daya manusia dan manajer pabrik / operasional dan observasi. Dari penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa budaya organisasi memiliki peran yang sangat kuat dalam Perusahaan alas kaki. Budaya ini mendasari setiap kegiatan yang ada dalam Perusahaan. Budaya organisasi dalam Perusahaan alas kaki dapat diklasifikasikan sebagai Clan Culture, karena memiliki orientasi yang kuat terhadap komunikasi dan hubungan kerja yang baik satu sama lain. Hal-hal tersebut menghasilkan tingkat komitmen yang tinggi. Budaya ini didasari oleh budaya Perusahaan keluarga yang ditanamkan oleh pendiri Perusahaan. Selain Clan Culture, Perusahaan juga mengambil beberapa unsur dari jenis budaya Market Culture, yang berorientasi kepada hasil daripada proses

    Differential Functional Constraints Cause Strain-Level Endemism in Polynucleobacter Populations.

    The adaptation of bacterial lineages to local environmental conditions creates the potential for broader genotypic diversity within a species, which can enable a species to dominate across ecological gradients because of niche flexibility. The genus Polynucleobacter maintains both free-living and symbiotic ecotypes and maintains an apparently ubiquitous distribution in freshwater ecosystems. Subspecies-level resolution supplemented with metagenome-derived genotype analysis revealed that differential functional constraints, not geographic distance, produce and maintain strain-level genetic conservation in Polynucleobacter populations across three geographically proximal riverine environments. Genes associated with cofactor biosynthesis and one-carbon metabolism showed habitat specificity, and protein-coding genes of unknown function and membrane transport proteins were under positive selection across each habitat. Characterized by different median ratios of nonsynonymous to synonymous evolutionary changes (dN/dS ratios) and a limited but statistically significant negative correlation between the dN/dS ratio and codon usage bias between habitats, the free-living and core genotypes were observed to be evolving under strong purifying selection pressure. Highlighting the potential role of genetic adaptation to the local environment, the two-component system protein-coding genes were highly stable (dN/dS ratio, < 0.03). These results suggest that despite the impact of the habitat on genetic diversity, and hence niche partition, strong environmental selection pressure maintains a conserved core genome for Polynucleobacter populations. IMPORTANCE Understanding the biological factors influencing habitat-wide genetic endemism is important for explaining observed biogeographic patterns. Polynucleobacter is a genus of bacteria that seems to have found a way to colonize myriad freshwater ecosystems and by doing so has become one of the most abundant bacteria in these environments. We sequenced metagenomes from locations across the Chicago River system and assembled Polynucleobacter genomes from different sites and compared how the nucleotide composition, gene codon usage, and the ratio of synonymous (codes for the same amino acid) to nonsynonymous (codes for a different amino acid) mutations varied across these population genomes at each site. The environmental pressures at each site drove purifying selection for functional traits that maintained a streamlined core genome across the Chicago River Polynucleobacter population while allowing for site-specific genomic adaptation. These adaptations enable Polynucleobacter to become dominant across different riverine environmental gradients
