Keselamatan terhadap Resiko Kebakaran pada Bangunan Ruko di Kota Makassar
Penelitian bertujuan untuk (1) mengidentifikasi ketersediaan unsur keselamatan kebakaran pada bangunan ruko standar maupun yang sudah mengalami Perubahan di kota Makassar dan (2) mendapatkan arahan dan solusi standar unsur keselamatan terhadap resiko kebakaran pada bangunan ruko yang laik diaplikasikan di masa mendatang khususnya di kota Makassar.
Penelitian mengambil sampel beberapa kluster ruko di koridor jalan kota Makassar. Penentuan kasus menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling yang dilakukan secara purposif terhadap 87 unit ruko dari 3 kluster yang dibangun oleh pengembang (kluster jalan Pengayoman, kluster jalan Perintis Kemerdekaan, kluster jalan Talasalapang) dan 3 unit ruko yang dibangun sendiri oleh pemiliknya di jalan Todopuli Raya, jalan Adiyaksa Baru, dan jalan Abdullah Dg. Sirua berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketersediaan unsur keselamatan terhadap resiko kebakaran pada bangunan ruko yang dibangun oleh pengembang memiliki nilai rata-rata dengan kategori “cukup”. Ketersediaan unsur keselamatan terhadap resiko kebakaran pada bangunan ruko yang dibangun sendiri oleh pemiliknya justru memiliki nilai rata-rata dengan kategori “baik”. Desain bangunan ruko dimasa yang akan datang harus menerapkan standar sarana penyelamatan dengan berbagai alternatif jalur keselamatan untuk mencegah jatuhnya korban jiwa saat kebakaran serta unsur keselamatan lainnya (kelengkapan tapak, proteksi pasif dan aktif).

Pengaruh Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Badan Kepegawaian Dan Diklat Daerah Kabupaten Mamuju Utara
This study aims to determine; (1) large simultaneous influence of motivation on employee performance Personnel Board and Regional Training North Mamuju regency; (2) the influence of motivation partially on employee performance Personnel Board and Regional Training North Mamuju regency. The theory of motivation used in this study using the theory of Maslow (1908-1970), namely "Hirarchy of Needs" or often referred to as a variable needs theory X and theory Moh performance. As'ad as a variable Y. This type of research is quantitative. This study population employee Personnel Board and Regional Training North Mamuju regency totaling 46 people who were taken using census techniques so that the total sample of 46 respondents. Data collection techniques including observation, questionnaire, and documentation, while data analysis techniques using simple linear regression. The results showed; (1) the magnitude of the simultaneous influence of motivation on employee performance Personnel Board and Regional Training North Mamuju regency is determined by physiological needs, security needs, social needs, esteem needs and self-actualization needs, with the influence of 63.6% and a strong relationship ; (2) the influence of motivation partially on employee performance Personnel Board and Regional Training Regency of North Mamuju determined by the influence of physiological needs for performance, the effect of the security needs of the performance, the influence of social needs on performance, influence the need rewards to performance, and the effect of actualization needs diriterhadap performance
Enhancement Glutathione Peroxidase Activity and α2-Macroglobulin Gene Expression of Macrobrachium Rosenbergii Fed with Aqueous Morinda Citrifolia Leaves Extract-Supplemented Diet
Morinda citrifolia, known commercially as noni is often used for enhance immunity, these plant rich of phenolic compound with antioxidant properties. In the present study, Macrobrachium rosenbergii were fed with diets containing of aqueous M. citrifolia leaves extract (AMLE) at 0.6, 4 and 6 g kg-1. Glutathione peroxidase (GPx) activity was conducted to measure immune parameter, these parameter was evaluated before and after 7, 21, 35, 49 and 63 days of feeding trial. Immune gene expression of α2-macroglubulin (α2-M) was evaluated in this study. The results showed that after 63 days of feeding treatment, significantly increased in GPx activity. Gene expressions of α2-macroglubulin was significantly upregulated. These results recommend that administration of AMLE can be used as an immunostimulant and regulated immune response and immune gene expression in M. rosenbergii
Pengaruh Strategic Leadership pada Organizational Learning melalui Accounting Information System pada Perusahaan Non Manufaktur di Surabaya
The purpose of this research was to identify the influence of Strategic Leadership Toward Organizational Learning with Accounting Information System as the mediating variable of Non Manufacturing Firms in Surabaya. The variables were: Strategic Leadership, Organization Learning, and Accounting Information System. The number of samples were 95 respondents. The data analysis technique used was Partial Least Square. The data then analyzed by SmartPLS software application. This research showed that Strategic Leadership positively influenced toward Organization Learning; Strategic Leadership positively influenced toward Accounting Information System, but there was no influence of Accounting Information System on Organization Learning
Kualitas Pelayanan pada Kantor Pelayanan Perizinan dan Penanaman Modal Kabupaten Barru
: Pelayanan yang berkualitas merupakan pelayanan yang diberikan kepada pelanggan sesuai dengan standar pelayanan, akan tetapi pelayanan publik ternyata seringkali mengecewakan dibandingkan memuaskan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan kualitas pelayanan pada Kantor Pelayanan Perizinan dan Penanaman Modal Kabupaten Barru. Metode penelitiannya adalah survai dengan desain deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan angket, wawancara, observasi, dan telaah dokumen. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif interpretatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan di Kantor Pelayanan Perizinan dan Penanaman Modal yang diberikan pada masyarakat berada pada kategori berkualitas. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari rata-rata skor untuk keseluruhan sub variabel yaitu 3,86 yang apabila didasarkan pada kriteria dan rentang skala yang ada termasuk dalam kategori berkualitas. Variabel penelitian digambarkan dengan menggunakan 10 sub variabel yaitu ketepatan pelayanan, akurasi pelayanan, kesopanan dan keramahan, tanggung jawab, kelengkapan, kemudahan mendapatkan pelayanan, variasi model pelayanan, pelayanan pribadi, Kenyamanan, serta atribut pendukung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 10 indikator tersebut terdapat 1 indikator berada dalam kategori kurang berkualitas yakni ketepatan waktu.Kata kunci : Kualitas pelayanan, Perizinan, Penanaman modal. Abstract : Quality services are the services provided to the customer in accordance with the standards of services, but public service is often disappointing rather than satisfying. Therefore, this study aims to identify and to define the quality of services in Licensing and Investment Services Office of Barru Regency. The research method was a descriptive design survey. The technique of collecting data was using questionnaires. Data was analyzed descriptively interpretative. The results shows that the quality of services in the Licensing and Investment Services Office to the community is categorized good quality. This can be seen from the average score of the entire sub-variables at 3.86 that based on the criterion and existing scale ranges can be categorized good quality. The research variables described by using 10 sub-variables that are services target, accuracy service, courtesy and hospitality, responsibility, completeness, access to services, the variation model of service, personal care, comfort and support attributes. The research findings show that of the 10 indicators, there is one indicator that has been categorized as less quality, that is punctuality.Keywords : Service quality, Licensing, Investment
Calibration and accuracy assessment of Leica ScanStation C10 terrestrial laser scanner
Requirement of high accuracy data in surveying applications has made calibration procedure a standard routine for all surveying instruments. This is due to the assumption that all observed data are impaired with errors. Thus, this routine is also applicable to terrestrial laser scanner (TLS) to make it available for surveying purposes. There are two calibration approaches: (1) component, and (2) system calibration. With the intention to specifically identify the errors and accuracy of the Leica ScanStation C10 scanner, this study investigates component calibration. Three components of calibration were performed to identify the constant, scale error, accuracy of angular measurement and the effect of angular resolution for distance measurement. The first calibration has been processed using closed least square solutions and has yielded the values of constant (1.2 mm) and scale error (1.000008879). Using variance ratio test (F-Test), angles observation (horizontal and vertical) for Leica C10 scanner and Leica TM5100A theodolite have shown significance difference. This is because the accuracy of both sensors are not similar and these differences are 0.01 and 0.0075º for horizontal and vertical measurements, respectively. Investigation on the resolution setting for Leica C10 scanner has highlighted the drawback of the tilt-and-turn target. Using the highest resolution, Leica Cyclone software only able to recognize the tilt-and-turn target up to 10 m distance compare to 200 m for the black and white target
Analisis Ketersediaan Infrastruktur Kesehatan dan Aksebilitas terhadap Pembangunan Kesehatan Penduduk di Provinsi Sumatera Utara
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perkembangan dari infrastruktur fisik dan nonfisik kesehatan berhubungan dengan pembangunan kesehatan penduduk di Provinsi Sumatera Utara serta melakukan estimasi variabel ketersediaan infrastruktur fisik dan nonfisik kesehatan yang mempengaruhi kesehatan penduduk di Provinsi Sumatera Utara.Data penelitian ini diambil untuk periode tahun 2013 dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 33 kabupaten/kota di propinsi Sumatera Utara. Data penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yaitu, data dari Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Sumatera Utara dan Profil Kesehatan Provinsi Sumatera Utara yaitu berupa data tentang Indeks Pembnagunan Manusia, Ketersediaan Infrstruktur Kesehatan, Tenaga Medis, dan Aksebilitas di Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling.Berdasarkan uji F, dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Pembangunan Kesehatan yang diproksikan dengan Infrastruktur Kesehatan, Tenaga Medis, dan Aksebilitas secara simultan signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap Pembnagunan Kesehatan Penduduk. Selanjutnya, hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel Infrastruktur Kesehatan dan Tenaga Medis secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap Pembangunan Kesehatan Masyarakat. Sedangkan variabel Aksebilitas tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Pembangunan Kesehatan Masyarakat.Dari model regresi yang dihasilkan, Infrastruktur Kesehatan mempunyai koefisien terbesar sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa ketersediaan Infrastruktur Kesehatan adalah indikator yang paling dominan
Learning Management System Development with Application of Asynchronous Learning Method in STMIK IBBI Medan
This article will explain asynchronous learn- ing system using attractive discussion forums and video teaching materials features for user so that the devel- opment of both features will increase e-learning system USAge by students and lecturers which can eventually im- prove the students' absorption on the provided teaching materials, increase the active participation of students, improve self-learning ability, and to improve the quality of learning materials. The method used in this study by distributing questionnaires in online form to stakeholders users consisting of lecturers and students with the num- ber of respondents is 225 people and author use model ADDIE which focuses on Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation as development design. Results of this study is an application of web-based asynchronous learning which can be used by students and lecturers with the results of the application evaluation is based on a survey to students and lecturers. From this study, can be concluded that to support online learning with asynchronous method using the video learning feature in online lecture needs to be developed in order to support the science transformation process from lecturers to students. Dynamic model of gene regulation for the lac operon
Gene regulatory network is a collection of DNA which interact with each other and with other matter in the cell. The lac operon is an example of a relatively simple genetic network and is one of the best-studied structures in the Escherichia coli bacteria. In this work we consider a deterministic model of the lac operon with a noise term, representing the stochastic nature of the regulation. The model is written in terms of a system of simultaneous first order differential equations with delays. We investigate an analytical and numerical solution and analyse the range of values for the parameters corresponding to a stable solution
Analisis Tingkat Kinerja Guru Tetap Yayasan Dan Guru Tidak Tetap Di Smk Swasta Se-kota Malang
This study is based on the differences in rights received from permanent teacher and non-permanent teacher, such like teaching hours, benefits received, certification rights from government, and other incentives. So based on the background, the purpose of this research to identify and analyze differences in performance level of permanent teachers and non-permanent teachers at The Private Vocational High School in Malang City. The population on this research is all of Private Vocational High School in Malang City which amounted to 40 schools. The sample of this research is 10 schools, which each school will be represented by 5 permanent teachers and 5 non-permanent teachers. The total of each sample are 50 permanent teachers and 50 non-permanent teachers. This research uses questionnaire and quick interview method. This research’s data analysis is Chi-square statistics. The results showed that there was no difference in performance between permanent teacher and non-permanent teacher on Private Vocational High School in Malang City.Penelitian ini berlatar belakang dari adanya perbedaan hak yang diterima dari Guru Tetap Yayasan (GTY) dan Guru Tidak Tetap (GTT), mulai dari jam mengajar, tunjangan yang diterima, hak mengikuti sertifikasi, dan insentif lainnya. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis perbedaan tingkat kinerja para GTY dan GTT di SMK Swasta se-Kota Malang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh SMK Swasta se-Kota Malang yang berjumlah 40 sekolah. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 10 sekolah, masing-masing sekolah akan diwakili 5 GTY dan 5 GTT sehingga total masing-masing sampel adalah 50 GTY dan 50 GTT. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data kuesioner dan wawancara singkat dengan informan. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik statistik Chi-square. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan kinerja antara GTY dan GTT di SMK Swasta se-Kota Malang
