The Overriding of Product Innovation, Aesthetic Value, and Social Media Marketing to Increase Consumer Purchase Intention of ‘Malangan’ Batik
Competition among businesses is becoming increasingly intense to create products that can increase consumer purchase intention, especially in the same industry. This includes what happens to ‘Malangan’ batik products, where challenges must be faced not only with local products but also with products from other countries. This study intends to determine the influence of product innovation, social media marketing, and aesthetic value on customers' purchase intentions toward ‘Malangan’ batik. The study population comprises all ‘Malangan’ batik consumers in Malang city, with an undetermined number of individuals. The accidental sampling technique was used to select respondents and gather data for this study by distributing questionnaires to the final sample size of 180 people. This research uses quantitative methods analyzed with SmartPLS-4.1.0.8. The results of this study found that continuous product innovation, effective implementation of social media marketing, and a strong emphasis on aesthetic value in products are essential strategies for businesses to significantly increase consumer purchase intention. Future studies should consider expanding the scope of the research to include additional variables that may influence consumer purchase intentions regarding ‘Malangan’ batik
The Influence of City Branding, E-Wom, Attractiveness, and Accessibility on The Decision to Visit Madiun City
This study aimed to determine the influence of City Branding, e-WOM, Attraction, and accessibility on the decision to visit tourist attractions in Madiun City. The research method used in this study is quantitative, using a sample of 385 respondents with the help of SPSS25 software. The study results indicate that the city branding variable (X1) partially positively and significantly influences the decision to visit Madiun City, so the first hypothesis is accepted. Partially, the e-wom variable (X2) positively and significantly influences the decision to visit Madiun City, so the second hypothesis is accepted. Partially, the attractiveness variable (X3) positively and significantly influences the decision to visit Madiun City, so the third hypothesis is accepted. Partially, the variable of accessibility (X4) positively and significantly influences the decision to visit Madiun City, so the fourth hypothesis is accepted
Interaction Between Investment, Exports, Human Development Index, Technology, and Corruption on Economic Growth of ASEAN Countries
This study aims to analyse the impact of foreign direct investment, exports, the human development index, technology, and corruption on economic growth in ASEAN. This quantitative analysis employs panel data regression to identify the variables affecting economic growth in ASEAN. This study encompasses ten ASEAN countries: Brunei Darussalam, Indonesia, Cambodia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, Myanmar, and Laos, covering the period from 2010 to 2023. This study's results demonstrate that foreign direct investment, exports, the human development index, and technology significantly and positively influence economic growth in ASEAN. Corruption does not significantly impede economic growth within ASEAN. The variables of foreign direct investment, exports, the human development index, technology, and corruption collectively exert a significant influence on economic growth in ASEAN. This study introduces technology as a significant influencing variable. The ASEAN government persists in upholding stability and enhancing the national economy. The government must implement decisive measures in state security and enhance transparency to prevent an increase in state corruption. Further research should focus on broadening the variables associated with economic growth and employing diverse methodologies
The Influence of Financing, Financing Risk and Liquidity Risk on the Profitability of Private Islamic Commercial Banks (BUS) in Indonesia
This research aims to determine the effect of mudharabah, musyarakah, murabahah financing, financing risk and liquidity risk on profitability in Private Sharia Commercial Banks in 2019-2023. The study used is quantitative explanatory method. The data used are derived from annual financial reports of Private Sharia Commercial Banks. The population in this research is Private Sharia Commercial Banks listed on the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The sampling technique used is the purposive sampling and obtained 5 banks. The data analysis used are classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R¬2) and hypothesis testing. The results show that mudharabah financing, murabahah financing, financing risk, and liquidity risk partially have no effect on profitability while partially musyarakah financing has a significant effect on profitability. This result indicate that bank need to develop musyarakah financing, increase operational efficiency and develope effective risk managemen system. Meanwhile sharia banks need to improve management capabilities ini managing mudharabah and murabahah financing and develop new product that are more profitable. Cognitive and Affective Factors that Influence the Purchase Intention of Live Consumers
Currently, most people like online shopping on various marketplace platforms. One of the platforms for online shopping through live shopping has its own uniqueness in the eyes of consumers who shop online. This study aims to analyze the purchase intention of live shopping for people in the city of Cirebon as seen from affective and cognitive. This study uses a quantitative approach and collects data through a questionnaire. This study has a population of people in the city of Cirebon aged 15-29 years, using the Slovin formula, and getting the number of respondents as many as 400. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling- Patrial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The research findings indicate that cognitive and affective linkages have a significant impact on purchase intention. This shows that both variables affect consumer purchase intention in Cirebon City. However, this purchase intention is more driven by effective where someone who is interested in buying through live shopping is dominated by emotions and feelings of likes and dislikes in product evaluation compared to information or knowledge that is remembered about the product
The Mechanism of Good Corporate Governance, Company Size, and Leverage on The Value of Indonesian State-Owned Enterprises
Business growth is currently increasingly rapid and this includes the role of economics, social politics and technological progress. The existence of developments in the economy in Indonesia is proven by the increasing number of companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI). The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Independent Board of Commissioners, Institutional Ownership, Audit Committee, Company Size, and Leverage to Firm Value in BUMN companies in Indonesia. The research method used in this study is panel data regression analysis, with purposive sampling method, the research sample is 16 BUMN companies BUMN companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period. The results showed that, in the first model, Independent Board of Commissioners had a negative and insignificant effect, Institutional Ownership had a negative and insignificant effect, Audit Committee had a negative and insignificant effect, Company Size had a positive and significant effect, and Leverage had a positive and significant effect on Firm Value
The Influence Of Green Accounting, Financial Performance, And Company Size On Financial Sustainability
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of green accounting, financial performance, and firm size to determine the sustainability of manufacturing companies by paying attention to and maintaining the environment and public trust. This research uses Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) as a proxy for green accounting, financial performance which is proxied by Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), and Net Profit Margin (NPM), and firm size which is proxied by logarithms. from company size to Financial Sustainability which is proxied by the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) in manufacturing companies listed on IDX. This research uses samples taken using a purposive sampling method and obtained 46 companies as samples and multiple linear regression analysis tools with data processing using SPSS version 20. The results of this research show that ROE has a positive and significant effect on financial sustainability, ESG and ROA have a significant negative effect on financial sustainability. Meanwhile, NPM and firm size have no influence on financial sustainability. Financial resilience is simultaneously influenced by ESG, ROA, ROE, NPM, and firm size when combined together
Husserl’s Phenomenology: A Study On The Construction Of The Meaning Of Tax, Zakat And Tithe
The purpose of this research was to find the meaning or interpret what has been conveyed by taxpayers’ income tax 21, profession zakat payers and tithers. The informant selection purposive sampling method was used. This research applied an interpretive paradigm with a Husserl’s transcendental phenomenology approach. Moreover, the unit of analysis used in transcendental phenomenology was intentionality, noema and noesis, intuition and intersubjectivity. Regarding the data analysis technique in this study were through the stages such as bracketing, horizonalization, cluster of meaning, textural description, structural description and composite description (synthesis of meaning and essences). Moreover, the deriving results of the research obtained four meanings of tax, zakat and tithe. It can be concluded from the informant's experience, spiritual meaning as a manifestation of obedience to God, physical meaning as an act according to the rule, mental meaning as forming mental health, and nationalist meaning as a form of strategy against phobia
The Analysis of Manager Competencies - Performance of Village-Owned Enterprises: The Village Government's Role as Mediator
The study aimed to analyze the role of village government in improving the competence of BUMDes managers and performance. Additionally, it looks at how village government functions as a mediator between manager competency and performance. A total of 100 data points were obtained from BUMDes around Madura and Malang Raya. Descriptive analysis was used to describe the characteristics of respondents. Multiple linear regression analysis to test the effect and moderation analysis with the moderated regression analysis technique to test the role of village government moderating the relationship between manager competence and performance. Conclusion: the role of village government has a positive effect on improving performance. Competence has a positive and significant effect on performance. The role of village government has a positive effect on the competence of managers. The village government is able to mediate the effect of manager competency on performance
Analyzing The Moderating Role Of Government Support In The Intention To Adopt Halal Practice: Evidence From MSMEs In Indonesia
The purpose of the study is to determine the moderating role of government support on the intention to adopt halal, which is influenced by the following factors: religiosity, consumer demand, and expected revenue in MSMEs.This research used a quantitative approach with hypothesis testing. Data distribution using an online questionnaire by researchers directly and in stages with the assistance of surveyors from the cooperative office; the number of data that met the criteria was 194 MSME respondents in Malang City. To determine the influence of the moderating role of government support on the intention to adopt halal practices, this study used SEM-PLS analysis. This study found that government support does not moderate the intention in adopting halal practices, which is influenced by the following factors: consumer demand, and expected revenue. The findings of the direct influence that religiosity, consumer demand, expected revenue and government support affect the demand for adoption of halal practices.
