    Schools, teachers and learning are interrelated components. School as a forum that organizes learning for students, and teachers as professionals who transfer knowledge. Performance is a universal concept that is the operational effectiveness of an organization, organization, and employees based on predefined standards and criteria. The performance of teachers can be defined as the extent to which a teacher works maximally in accordance with the ability he has in an effort to achieve institutional goals. This study aims to determine the performance of SMPIT "X" teachers in the learning process by measuring the level of teacher performance, based on teacher competency indicators in the learning process using fuzzy mamdani method. By knowing the level of teacher performance is expected to improve the quality of teachers as one important factor in the process of improving school quality.     Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi Universitas Andalas Padang Skripsi, Maret 2014 Agustina Nimas M (1010342025) Pengaruh Penggunaan Metode Bermain dan Ceramah dalam Penyuluhan Terhadap Perubahan Tingkat Pengetahuan Kesehatan Gigi dan Mulut Murid Sekolah Dasar xvi + 55 Halaman + 1 Gambar + 5 Tabel + 6 Lampiran ABSTRAK Pengetahuan kesehatan adalah suatu bentuk pemahaman dari seseorang yang nantinya akan memberi pengaruh terhadap berlangsung dan berubahnya perilaku menuju hidup sehat. Pengetahuan tentang kesehatan gigi dan mulut yang baik akan berpengaruh terhadap sikap dan perilaku masyarakat sehingga nantinya akan meningkatkan derajat kesehatan gigi dan mulut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan metode bermain dan ceramah dalam penyuluhan terhadap tingkat pengetahuan kesehatan gigi dan mulut murid sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimental semu dengan pretest postest design. Penelitian dilakukan pada 32 murid SDN 19 Durian Tarung dan 32 murid SDN 30 Cubadak Aie Kota Padang. Tingkat pengetahuan diukur melalui kuesioner yang diisi responden sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan penyuluhan. Kelompok responden yang diberikan penyuluhan menggunakan metode bermain maupun ceramah masing – masing diberi perlakuan selama 60 menit. Media permainan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah ludo kesehatan gigi dan mulut. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa 24 responden (75%) yang diberikan penyuluhan dengan metode bermain menunjukkan perubahan tingkat pengetahuan sedangkan 8 responden (25%) tidak menunjukkan perubahan tingkat pengetahuan. Pada kelompok yang diberikan penyuluhan dengan metode ceramah 14 responden (43,8%) menunjukkan perubahan tingkat pengetahuan dan 18 responden (56,3%) tidak menunjukkan perubahan. Uji statistik chi square menunjukkan ada perbedaan proporsi perubahan tingkat pengetahuan yang bermakna antara kelompok yang diberikan metode bermain dengan ceramah sesudah dilakukan penyuluhan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah penyuluhan menggunakan metode bermain lebih berpengaruh merubah tingkat pengetahuan kesehatan gigi dan mulut dibandingkan dengan penyuluhan menggunakan metode ceramah pada murid sekolah dasar. Knowledge of dental health and good oral hygiene will influence the attitudes and behavior of society so it will increase the degree of dental and oral health . The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of using playing and lecturing method in counseling toward the level of dental and oral health knowledge of primary school students . The method used in this study is quasi experiment with pretest and postest design. Research was conducted at SDN 19 Durian Tarung with 32 students as samples and at SDN 30 Cubadak Aie Padang with 32 students as samples. The level of knowledge was measured by using a questionnaire that completed by respondents before and after counseling. Group of respondents that gives counseling by using playing and lecturing method were given treatment for 60 minutes. Media used in the research is ludo dental and oral health . The results show that 24 respondents ( 75 % ) were given counseling with play method show changes in level of knowledge while 8 respondents ( 25 % ) showed no change in level of knowledge. And group which given counseling with lecture method, 14 respondents ( 43.8 % ) show changes in level of knowledge and 18 respondents ( 56.3 % ) show no change. Chi square statistical test show a difference in the proportion of change in level of knowledge among groups which given play method with lecture after counseling . The conclusion of this study is counseling using playing method is more influential in change the level of dental and oral health knowledge compared to lecturing method in primary school students.     Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Siswa dalam Pembelajaran Matematika dengan Menggunakan Media Batang Cuisenaire di Kelas IV

    This study aimed to obtain accurate information about the increase hasilbelajar students using Cuisenaire rods media in the learning of mathematics in grade IV SDN 35 North Pontianak in West Kalimantan. The method used is descriptive method. Research form used is a Class Action Research. Setting research in class IV SDN 35 North Pontianak. The subjects were students of class IV totaling 30 students, using two cycles of one cycle each containing two meetings that consist of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Student learning outcomes in implementing the learning of mathematics in the first cycle of the first meeting with the average score obtained was 65.50 and in the first cycle II meeting with the average score obtained is 72.83. In the second cycle the first meeting with the average score obtained is 80.33 and the second cycle II meeting with the average score obtained is 87.83. This means an increase in cycle 1 of 7.33 and the second cycle of 7.50

The adventure works fulfill man's need to taste the adventure as the hero-individual or group in adventures works is able to overcome obstacles and dangers to accomplish some important and moral mission. In another hand, women prefer to read romance ones. It is because romance formula provides what women desired. Moreover romance works are the feminine equivalent of the adventure stories. Furthermore, chick-lits, the women best friend, is one of the romance works. As it is used romance formula, chick-lits has ability to provide women's desire.
