    Personal development in the organization

    Most people almost entire adult life spends in organizations. Beginning in kindergarten and throughout their working lives, people, consciously or unconsciously, voluntarily or forcibly, with interest or apathy are fully included in the life of the organization, living by its laws, interact with other members of the organization, giving something to the organization, but also getting something in exchange [1].Entering the interaction with the organization, a person is interested in the various aspects of this interaction, that affect what he/she needs to sacrifice for the general organizational interests, what, when and in what extent he/she should do within the organization, conditions in which he/she should operate in the internal environment, with whom and how long interact, what to give the organization and others. On this and a number of other factors the satisfaction of human interaction with the organization, its relationship to the organization and contribute to the organization depend on. Setting boundaries between these parties of human interaction and interaction of organizations is one of the most important tasks of management, as it provides the basis for effective management in the organization.[...

    STUDY OF THE INFLUENCE OF BUCKWHEAT FLOUR AND FLAX SEEDS ON CONSUMPTION PROPERTIES OF LONG-STORED BAKERY PRODUCTS

    Rusk and ring-shaped bakery products relate to the group of long-stored ones. For today it is urgent to use ingredients that give products functional properties in food technologies. The important source of food fibers, full-value protein, unsaturated fatty acids, mineral substances and vitamins are grain and oil-bearing crops. Buckwheat and flax seeds are separated among them due to the valuable chemical composition and positive effect on the human organism. The aim of the work was to establish the influence of buckwheat flour and flax seeds on the technological process course and quality of long-stored bakery products. Buckwheat flour of green and dark buckwheat of TM “Organic-Eco-Product” (Ukraine) is used in the rusk technology. For producing ring-shaped products (ring-shaped crackers), gold flax seeds were used. Research results testify that good quality parameters of bread for producing rusks from it, were achieved at dosing green buckwheat seeds as 20 % and dark ones as 15 % instead of the flour mass. It has been established, that rusks with adding green buckwheat flour have quality parameters, corresponding to requirements of normative documents. It has been proven, that it is not expedient to use dark buckwheat flour in the rusk technology, because ready products have the increased water share and soaking index. It is connected with the influence of the operation of hydrothermal processing of grains that dark buckwheat flour is produced of, its high water-absorbing and water-retaining capacities. For the technology of ring-shaped crackers, enriched with flax seeds, it is recommended to dose flax seeds as 15 % of the flour mass. At such dosage bakery products got the highest number of points by the complex quality parameter and corresponded to requirements of normative documents

    Technical and economic evaluation of justification for preventing negative effects of feedback in local elements of interaction of rail yards

    The operation of rail yards is characterized not only by direct links, but also by feedback in the local elements of interaction, resulting in a violation of interaction conditions between adjacent elements, which causes a negative effect on the state and functioning of the elements. The duration of the track occupation in the arrival yard depends on both its parameters: the marshalling hump and the operation of other elements of the yard located at the arrival yard in the direction of cargo traffic processing. Therefore, when choosing the rational parameters of the rail yards, attention should be paid to the existence of feedbacks in the local elements of interaction and conditions of their negative manifestation should be investigated in order to justify measures to eliminate them. In the article, the issue of improving the customer transport service quality by technical and technological modernization of railway enterprises was studied. Technical and economic evaluation on justification of measures for the elimination of negative effects of feedback in local elements of interaction of the rail yards is presented for practical use
