Slow facial signs and their psychodiagnostic value

Визначення наукової основи психодіагностики через постійні вирази обличчя є проблемою, якій присвячено це дослідження. Метою дослідження є аналіз зв'язків між повільними сигналами обличчя (ПСО) та емоційними рисами особистості з урахуванням віку та статі у вибірці східних українців (201 учасник). Щоб виявити ПСО були зняті фотографії нейтральних облич учасників. Рівень рис оцінювався за допомогою Опитувальника тривожності Спілбергера, шкали тривожності Тейлор, тесту ворожості Басса-Дарки, опитувальника соціальної фрустрації Вассермана, шкали нейротизму Вассермана, особистісного диференціалу, проективних тестів «Намалюй людину» та «Намалюй людину під дощем». Для виявлення значень ПСО з фотографій була застосована Система кодування обличчя (Ekman, Friesen, & Hager). Було виявлено, що більша частина виявлених ПСО відноситься до гніву (12) та суму (11). Найменша кількість виявлених ПСО належить до огиди / презирства (5), страху (4) та щастя (4). З віком на обличчі людей зростає кількість ПСО, що передають сум (найвищий ступінь), гнів (трохи менше), страх (менше) і щастя (найрідше). Відсутні суттєві відмінності у прояві ПСО між чоловіками та жінками. Виявлено значні кореляції відповідних ПСО з тестовими показниками тривожності, депресії та агресивності (у її аспектах почуття провини та образи). Ключові слова: вирази обличчя, повільні сигнали обличчя, емоційні риси, тривожність, депресія, агресивність, щастя.The current study is devoted to the identification of the scientific basis of permanent facial expression as a psychodiagnotic measure. The aim of the research is to investigate relationships between slow facial signs (SFS) and emotional personality traits with taking into account age and gender on the sample of Eastern Ukrainians (201 participants). To that end, we measured participants’ personality traits levels and photographed their neutral faces in order to identify any SFS on the photographs of their faces. The test battery included the Spielberger state-trait anxiety inventory, Taylor manifest anxiety scale, Buss-Durkey hostility inventory, Vasserman social frustration questionnaire, Vasserman neuroticism scale, Personal differential inventory, “Draw-A-Person” and “Draw-A-Person-In-The-Rain” projective tests. We applied Facial Action Coding System (Ekman, Friesen, & Hager) to identify and interprete SFS on the photographs. We found that the most part of revealed SFS relates to anger (12) and sadness (11). The fewest number of revealed SFS relates to disgust / contempt (5), fear (4) and happiness (4). The elder a person becomes the more increasing number of SFS of sadness (highest rates), anger (lower rates), fear (still lower) and happiness (lowest rates) is expected in one’s face. There are no significant differences in manifesting SFS between men and women. We found significant correlations between relevant SFS and traits anxiety, depression, and agressiveness (in its guilt and resentment aspects)

In this article author reveals information about up-to-date state of Ukrainian Publishing and Bookselling sectors in terms of organizations which are active and support this sector. Information about their creation, functions which these organizations implement and about areas of activity is classified. Bringing Civil Servants to Liability for Disciplinary Misconduct in Judicial Practice of Ukraine, Poland, Bulgaria and Czech Republic

A discipline of public servants within an organization requires four characteristics: a number of disciplinary offences, proportionate punishments clearly linked to the disciplinary offences, oversight and appeals from disciplinary decisions, and independence from politicians. This paper examines public sector legislation in Ukraine, Poland, the Czech Republic, and Bulgaria to show the peculiarities of legal regulation of each of these criteria. We argue – a claim that creation of arbitrary powers to punish or dismiss staff is unjust if the legislation does not fully inform staff of what a breach of discipline constitutes, if it does not guarantee proportionate punishments to offences, and/or allow the disciplinary process to be used as a tool to coerce staff to perform in a politicized or otherwise unethical manner. In the article all four criteria are disclosed by comparative analysis with certain EU members (Poland, Bulgaria, Czech Republic). Intermediate and key conclusion about the peculiarities of bringing civil servants to disciplinary liability in Ukraine, Poland, Bulgaria and the Czech Republic and some recommendations are made on the basis of the comparative study

VALUE CONCEPTS OF "ACCOUNTING POLICY" AND "BALANCE SHEET POLICY"

The article considers the justification of its own theoretical approaches to accounting and balance policy on the basis of legal, scientific, and theoretical positions of their organization and proposes author definitions of the terms "accounting policy" and "balance policy".The authors prove that the concept of "accounting" and "balance" policy coincides in part, at least in the word "politics". Although the content of these concepts covers common elements, we argue that each of these concepts also includes components that are not elements of another concept. The review of existing sequential methods of change-point detection provided.Предложено использовать методы определения разладок для определения участков стационарности временных рядов котировок при проведении технического анализа биржевого рынка. STATE SUPPORT IN PHYSICAL INFRASTRUCTURE UPDATING OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES

The basic constituents of state support of technical update of agriculture of Ukraine are considered in the article. The dynamics of expenses of the state budget on agriculture and the structure of basic market levers of state support of physical infrastructure of agricultural enterprises: financial leasing, partial indemnification of domestic agricultural machinery and reduction of prices for credits has been analyzed. Monitoring of current problems of granting and the ways of improvement of mechanism of state support have been offered. No doubt that the proper support from the side of the state is the motive force in activation of the process of technical update of agricultural enterprises.The basic constituents of state support of technical update of agriculture of Ukraine are considered in the article. Формування концепції справедливого судового розгляду: взаємодія міжнародного та національного права

Пашковський ; НУ «ОЮА». – Одеса : Фенікс, 2012. – С. 284-286.Автор статті вважає, що незважаючи на національно–правове походження концепція справедливого судового розгляду набула визнання і поширення у національних правових системах завдяки її формалізації через міжнародні договори та правозастосовні акти міжнародних судових (чи квазісудових) органів. Насамперед Європейський Суд з прав людини – це спеціальний орган, який уповноважений здійснювати контроль за дотриманням основних прав і свобод людини. Проте, виходячи з прецедентної практики Європейського суду з прав людини щодо України, правосуддя не може вважатися прозорим та доступним для людини, судова система не відповідає вимогам судочинства і не забезпечує достатні процесуальні гарантії, рішення суддів не виконуються належним чином тощо. Тому для забезпечення належної судової системи потрібно, на думку автора, створити умови для прозорої діяльності судової влади, удосконалити систему виконання судових рішень, запровадити ефективні механізми надання державної допомоги, а найголовніше – це визнання права на справедливий судовий розгляд як міжнародного стандарту прав людини
