Traffic Simulator

Cílem bakalářské práce bylo prostudovat kód dopravního simulátoru TRASI, zjistit příčiny nefunkčnosti udílení předností v křižovatce a tyto příčiny opravit. Bylo navrženo několik způsobů řešení, z nichž jedno bylo implementováno do simulátoru (systém s maskou předností). Funkčnost řešení byla ověřena na třech jednoduchých modelových situacích. Na křižovatce s hlavní silnicí, na křižovatce s předností zprava a na jednoduché světelné křižovatce. Jejich návrh je také součástí bakalářské práce. Dále je v práci uveden stručný návod na simulátor jak pro uživatele, tak pro tvůrce dalších programových rozšíření.The object of the bachelor’s thesis was to study a code of a traffic simulator TRASI, to find causes of a malfunction in giving way at the crossing and to fix these causes. Several methods of solution were suggested and one was selected and implemented into the simulator (the priority mask system). The solution’s functionality has been tested on three simple model situations. On a crossing with a main road, on a crossing with a right road priority and on a crossing with traffic lights. The design of these situations is as well the part of the bachelor’s thesis. Then there is a brief manual for the simulator, both for users and the following programmers, in the thesis.

Godunov-like numerical fluxes for conservation laws on networks

summary:We describe a numerical technique for the solution of macroscopic traffic flow models on networks of roads. On individual roads, we consider the standard Lighthill-Whitham-Richards model which is discretized using the discontinuous Galerkin method along with suitable limiters. In order to solve traffic flows on networks, we construct suitable numerical fluxes at junctions based on preferences of the drivers. Numerical experiment comparing different approaches is presented

summary:We deal with the simulation of traffic flow on networks. On individual roads we use standard macroscopic traffic models. Swarm Intelligence in MRDS

Rešeršní část diplomové práce je zaměřena na vybraná témata z oblasti rojové inteligence. Dále jsou na základě dvou publikací popsány experimenty studující chování skupiny robotů při shromažďování puků a při vyhledávání cíle. Vlastní práce je pak věnována zopakování těchto experimentů v Microsoft Robotics Developer Studiu (RDS), volně dostupném simulačním prostředí pro robotiku. Realizace obou experimentů v RDS je podrobně zdokumentována a dosažené výsledky jsou vyhodnoceny a srovnány s výsledky popsanými v publikacích. Na základě vlastních zkušeností jsou na závěr shrnuty základní vlastnosti, výhody a nevýhody vývoje v RDS.The background research in this Master’s thesis is focused on swarm intelligence. Further, there are two experiments described. They are based on released publications and they study behaviour of a group of robots during a puck gathering and during a target search. The actual thesis follows a repetition of these experiments in Microsoft Robotics Developer Studio (RDS), a free robotics simulation environment. The realization of both experiments in RDS is documented in detail and the achieved results are evaluated and compared with the results described in the publications. In conclusion, the thesis summarizes basic features, advantages and disadvantages of developing in RDS, based on a personal experience.

Proposal of Production of Aluminium Alloy Component in Edwards Ltd.

Import 02/11/2016Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem výroby součásti z hliníkové slitiny v podmínkách společnosti Edwards, s.r.o. Jedná se o zavedení a ověření návrhu výroby s následným odstraněním problémů ve výrobním procesu. Teoretická část popisuje problematiku obrábění hliníkových slitin a analýzu vhodných řezných nástrojů. V praktické části je proveden rozbor technologie výroby, zpracování návrhu výroby součásti, který obsahuje volbu řezných nástrojů vhodných pro obrábění hliníkových slitin a stanovení řezných podmínek. Součástí návrhu je také zpracování postupu kontroly součásti na CMM zařízení a způsob mezioperačního skladování. V závěru je provedeno technicko-ekonomické zhodnocení, kde je porovnána nákupní cena součásti s náklady na vyrobenou součást.The thesis deals with a proposal of the production of an aluminium alloy component at Edwards, Ltd. The thesis focuses on implementation and verification of the production proposal, with subsequent removal of problems in the manufacturing process. The theoretical part describes the issues involved in the machining of aluminium alloys and the analysis of appropriate cutting tools. In the practical part, the manufacturing technology is analysed and the component manufacture proposal is worked out. The proposal encompasses selection of cutting tools suitable for machining of aluminium alloys and determination of cutting conditions. The proposal also contains working-out of the component measuring procedure at the CMM equipment, and the method of inter-operational storage. Design of Supplier-Customer Relationships in Terms of FinancialTies

Bakalářská práce se zabývá vyhodnocením situace jednotlivých entit zvolené společnosti na základě poskytnutých informací a podkladů. Práci tvoří teoretická a praktická část, z čehož teoretická část se skládá z definic jednotlivých pojmů, které s touto prací souvisí, podrobněji se věnuje pohledávkám, které následně pomáhají realizaci analýzy v rámci praktické části. Praktická část se zaměřuje na samotnou analýzu dodavatelsko-odběratelských vztahů v rámci jednotlivých entit společnosti. Analýze byly podrobeny faktury, které společnost vystavila za kalendářní rok 2020 v rámci tří zkoumaných entit. Výsledky analýzy jsou následně zhodnoceny, okomentovány a na jejich základě jsou sepsána i doporučení pro zlepšení situace.The bachelor’s thesis deals with an evaluation of the situation of individual entities from a selected company on the basis of information and documentation provided by the company. The thesis consists of theoretical part and practical part, of which theoretical part consists of individual definitions which are related to the thesis, it deals in more detail with claims which then helps realization of the analysis in the practical part. The practical part focuses on the analysis of supplier-customer relationships within individual entities of the selected company. The invoices issued in 2020 within the entities provided by the company were subjected to the analysis. The results of the analysis were then evaluated, commented and on the basis of the results are written recommendations for improvements and innovations in the company.

Rationalization of Manufacturing Parts in the Machining Process

Jedná se především o návrh nových řezných nástrojů vhodných pro obrábění niklových slitin a stanovení nových řezných podmínek. Nejprve je popsána problematika obrábění niklových slitin a druhy vhodných řezných nástrojů. V praktické části je proveden rozbor stávající výroby a následně navrženy nové řezné nástroje pro vybrané soustružnické operace. Vybrány byly keramické VBD, které umožňují větší řezné rychlosti a tím zvyšují produktivitu výroby. V závěru bylo provedeno ekonomické zhodnocení, kde byla porovnána stávající a nově navržená výroba z hlediska výrobních časů a nákladů, pro každou operaci zvlášť.KUČERA, L. The accent is on proposal of new cutting tools suitable for machining of nickel alloys and determination of new cutting conditions. In the first part the problems of machining nickel alloys and the types of suitable cutting tools are described. In the technical part the current production is analyzed a subsequently new cutting tools for selected turning operations are proposed. As tools replaceable ceramic cutting tips are chosen that allow higher cutting speeds and thus the productivity of production can be enhanced. The Proposal of Motivation System for the Employees of a Trading Company

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou současného motivačního systému společnosti MONING BRNO, s.r.o. Obsahuje návrhy na zlepšení motivačního systému společnosti, tak aby se zlepšila firemní kultura, motivace a spokojenost zaměstnanců. Dále jsou v ní obsaženy doporučení na zlepšení mezilidských vztahů na pracovišti, tak aby zaměstnanci pracovali co nejlépe ve prospěch firmy a ta se mohla v následujících letech rozvíjet.The bachelor´s thesis deals with the analysis of contemporary motivation system at the company MONING BRNO, s.r.o. It contains proposals to improve the incentive system of the company to improve its corporate culture, motivation and job satisfaction of employees. Furthermore, it contains of recommendations for improvement of interpersonal relationships in the workplace so that employees work in the most efficient way, so the company could develop in the near future.

Vegetation effects on ambient air quality alongside the motorways

The bachelor thesis is a literature search on the removal of pollutants emitted by traffic with the use of vegetation barriers along public roads. The aim of the thesis is to investigate the reasons leading to contradictions existing in the literature about the effectiveness of vegetation barriers. It explores which type and structure of vegetation barrier is the most effective in removing pollutants from the air. On the basis of the conducted research and available data, it determines whether it makes sense to consider introduction of vegetation barriers along H6 Úlibice-Hořice and H7 Hořice-Sadová, the segments of the D35 highway. The first part of the paper outlines that the effectiveness of a vegetation barrier is influenced by a number of factors such as the wind speed and its direction, precipitation summary, vegetation density,itś height and species composition or dimensions of vegetation barriers itself. For this reason, there is no general type or structure of vegetation barrier that improves air quality, and it is therefore essential to desingn such barrier on a site-specific basis. The reason for negative impact of some vegetation barriers on air quality was due to their improper design. The second part of the thesis deals with the suitability of planting vegetation barriers on selected...Bakalářská práce je rešerší odborné literatury na téma odstraňování znečišťujících látek emitovaných dopravou pomocí vegetace a vegetačních bariér podél veřejných komunikací. Cílem práce je prozkoumat důvody rozporů, které panují v literatuře ohledně účinnosti vegetačních bariér. Klade si otázku, jaký typ a struktura vegetační bariéry je nejúčinnější v odstraňování polutantů z ovzduší. Na základě provedené rešerše a dostupných dat zjišťuje, zdali na úsecích H6 Úlibice-Hořice a H7 Hořice-Sadová dálnice D35 má význam uvažovat nad vybudováním vegetačních bariér. V první části práce dochází k závěru, že účinnost vegetační bariéry je ovlivněna řadou faktorů jako je rychlost a směr větru, úhrn srážek, hustota, výška a druhová skladba nebo rozměry vegetačních bariér. Z tohoto důvodu neexistuje univerzální typ nebo struktura, která by zlepšovala kvalitu ovzduší, a proto je nezbytné, aby byly vždy navrhovány pro danou oblast individuálně. Důvod negativního vlivu některých vegetačních bariér na kvalitu ovzduší byl způsoben jejich nevhodným navržením. V druhé části se práce zabývá vhodností výsadby vegetačních bariér na vybraných úsecích dálnice D35 v Královéhradeckém kraji.
