DETERMINANTS DESTRUCTIVE TO BUSINESS CONDUCT TRANSPORT

В статье рассмотрены детерминанты деструктивного бизнес поведения на транспорте с целью, выявить причины их возникновения и уточнить особенности воздействия на них со стороны всех заинтересованных субъектов бизнеса на транспорте. В работе показано, что ключевыми детерминантами являются: подчинение воле одного субъекта бизнеса другому, осуществление государственной поддержки только в проблемные периоды функционирования транспортных организаций неоднозначно. Основные выводы, сделанные в работе сводятся к следующим рекомендациям: сформировать целенаправленный импульс со стороны государства в части поддержки транспортного бизнеса; повысить культуру правоприменения; повысить эффективность использования капитала транспортного бизнеса.Цель – выявить причины возникновения деструктивного бизнес-поведения и уточнить особенности их исследования со стороны всех заинтересованных субъектов на транспорте.Метод или методология проведения работы: в статье использовались аналитические методы, а также статистические методы анализа.Результаты: получены информативные картины, описывающие детерминанаты деструктивного бизнес-поведения на транспорте, на основе которых разработаны рекомендации, позволяющие нивелировать их влияния на поведение предпринимателей.Область применения результатов: полученные результаты целесообразно применять предпринимателями и государственными структурами, функционирующими в сфере транспорта.The article examines the determinants of destructive behavior in the transport business with the aim to identify their causes and to clarify the features of influence on them by all business stakeholders in transport. It is shown that the key determinants are: submission to the will of one business entity to another, the implementation of state support only in distressed periods of functioning of transport organizations, business obligations to the state are often perceived as a back-breaking businessmen, unfair, unnecessary. The main conclusions of the work are reduced to the following recommendations: to form a focused pulse of the state in support of the transport business; improve enforcement culture; more efficient use of the transport business capital.The goal – to identify the cause of the destructive business behavior and clarify the characteristics of their research on the part of all stakeholders in the transport sector.Method or methodology of work: in the article used analytical methods, and statistical analysis methods.Results for: received informative pictures that describe deterministic minanaty-destructive conduct business on the road, on the basis of which developed recommendations to neutralize their influence on the behavior of entrepreneurs.Application of results: the results the expediency applied differently businesses and government agencies operating in the field of transport

PECULIAR FEATURES OF TEACHING HISTORY TO ECONOMIST STUDENTS IN RUSSIAN UNIVERSITIES

The purpose of the article: The article is aimed at studying of key issues of the set of methods and methodology of teaching history to students of the direction "Economics"; identifying of key aspects of the history course, competent understanding whereof is important for development of professional competencies of future economists, is of special attention.Materials and methods: The leading approach to the study of this problem is the analysis of key problem issues of the history course, a competent understanding of which is important for the formation of professional competencies of economists.Results of the research: The article shows that in the history of economics there are a lot of controversial, controversial issues on which quite superficial, subjective judgments and conclusions can occur in the journalistic, and sometimes academic literature. A number of similar questions are considered, the features of their study with students are revealed. The work identifies key aspects of the course of history, a competent understanding of which is important for the formation of professional competencies of future economists. The recommendations of the methodological and methodological plan for their study are proposed to increase the effectiveness of training future economists. Applications: This research can be used for the universities, teachers, and students. Novelty/Originality: In this research, the model of peculiar features of teaching history to economist students in Russian universities is presented in a comprehensive and complete manner

Silver(I) complexes with phenolic Schiff bases: Synthesis, anti-bacterial evaluation and interaction with biomolecules

Novel Ag(I) complexes (2a–2c) with phenolic Schiff bases were synthesized using 4,6-di-tert-butyl-3-(((5-mercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl)imino)methyl)benzene-1,2-diol (1a), 4,6-di-tert-butyl-3-(((4-mercaptophe­nyl­)­imino)­methyl)benzene-1,2-diol (1b), and 4,6-di-tert-butyl-3-(((3-mercaptophenyl)imino)methyl)­benzene-1,2-diol (1c). They were examined by elemental analysis, FT-IR, UV-Vis, 1H-NMR spectroscopy, XRD, cyclic voltammetry, conductivity measurements, and biological methods. The complexes are characterized by distorted geometry of the coordination cores AgN2S2 (2c), AgNS (2b) and AgS2 (2a). These stable complexes were not typified by the intramolecular redox reaction in organic solvents resulting in the formation of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs). Antibacterial activity of 1a–1c and 2a–2c was evaluated in comparison with AgNPs and commonly used antibiotics. All the complexes were more active than the ligands against the bacteria tested (14), but they were less active than AgNPs and commonly used antibiotics. Both 1a–1c and their complexes 2a–2c exhibited the capability for the bovine heart Fe(III)-Cyt c reduction. The ligands 1b and 1c were characterized by the highest reduction rate among the compounds under study, and they showed a higher reducing ability (determined by cyclic voltammetry) as compared with that of their Ag(I) complexes 2b and 2c

Experimental Studies of Asynchronous Electric Drives with “Stepwise” Changes in the Active Load

The article offers the results of experimental studies of asynchronous electric 10 motors with “squirrel cage” rotor with frequency control. The results of bench tests of the modes of parrying stepwise changes in the load created by a similar frequency-controlled electric drive are presented. A preliminary qualitative analysis of the known control methods is carried out and it is shown that the assumptions made when creating their algorithms in the modes of countering the load become too significant. The reasons for this are the fundamental inaccuracies of the vector equations of asynchronous electric motors with frequency regulation. The proposed interpretation of asynchronous electric motors by nonlinear continuous transfer functions, outlined in the articles written by the same authors earlier, and the corrections they proposed turned out to be more accurate for the operating modes under consideration than the traditional methods of interpretation and correction of the frequency control of asynchronous electric motors This made it possible to assess as objectively as possible the effectiveness of the interpretation of asynchronous electric drives and methods of their regulation. Numerous articles on this topic over the past 25–30 years have not provided such results

For this task solution it is suggested to use TrueCrypt, the crossplatform cryptographic software, allowing to carry out the on-the-fly encryption. There was conducted the analysis of TrueCrypt performance capabilities and efficiency. The algorithm of TrueCrypt practical application for storage device protection was worked out. It was shown that TrueCrypt implementation is the most effective measure which allows to prevent the losses of users' confidential information stored on PC as well as on removable storage devices

THE MORPHOLOGICAL AND CARYOTYPIC ANALYSIS OF SPECIES OF KIN CHIRONOMUS MEIGEN (*99*01*) (CHORONOMIDAE, DIPTERA)2

For the Saratovsky region, 19 species Chironomus, two of themt are new for the science, have been revealed. For the first time, described have been the femals imago of 7 species. Introduced have been 18 new morphometric signs for differing the females imago. More than 40 new sequences of the chromosome discs have been described. Presented has been the resemblance of species of group plumosus by the females and caryotypic characteristics. The diagnoses for 14 species Chironomus and the determination table for the female imago of group plumosus have been used in the study process in the chair of morphology and ecology of animals of the Saratovsky State University. The Choice of Effective Methods and Approaches to the Design of an Online Course

The main purpose of this work is to show the importance of using process cards and Bloom’ Taxonomy that allow to raise efficiency of on-line courses. It analyses existing on-line courses and demand of such courses in its dynamics. Application of process cards and Bloom’s Taxonomy will encourage good design practice in projecting and implementing on-line courses thus improving educational results retention rate
