THE MORPHOLOGICAL AND CARYOTYPIC ANALYSIS OF SPECIES OF KIN CHIRONOMUS MEIGEN (*99*01*) (CHORONOMIDAE, DIPTERA)2

Abstract

For the Saratovsky region, 19 species Chironomus, two of themt are new for the science, have been revealed. For the first time, described have been the femals imago of 7 species. Introduced have been 18 new morphometric signs for differing the females imago. More than 40 new sequences of the chromosome discs have been described. Presented has been the resemblance of species of group plumosus by the females and caryotypic characteristics. The diagnoses for 14 species Chironomus and the determination table for the female imago of group plumosus have been used in the study process in the chair of morphology and ecology of animals of the Saratovsky State University.
