Integriert-optische Wellenleiter aus BaTiO3 auf ZnO und Si

Für die Entwicklung elektrooptischer Bauelemente in der integrierten Optik wurden mit Hilfe der gepulsten Laserablation, kurz PLD, dünne BaTiO3-Schichten auf verschiedenen für optische Anwendungen wichtigen Substraten hergestellt und charakterisiert. Insbesondere im Hinblick auf die Integration der Bauelemente in die bestehende Silizium-Mikroelektronik wurde das Wachstum von BaTiO3 auf Si und SoS (engl.: Silicon on Sapphire) untersucht. Durch thermische Verspannungen beim Schichtwachstum ist eine maximal erreichbare BaTiO3-Schichtdicke auf Si und SoS gegeben. Diese Begrenzung wurde durch Entwicklung eines neuen Herstellungsverfahrens deutlich in Richtung höherer Dicken verschoben. Die Absenkung der Substrattemperatur während der Schichtdeposition erweist sich dabei als entscheidender Schritt und erlaubt die Herstellung von bis zu 80% dickeren BaTiO3-Schichten auf Si und SoS. Dotiertes ZnO ist als transparente leitfähige Elektrode von großem Interesse für die integrierte Optik. Mit PLD und RF-Sputtern hergestellte ZnO-Schichten wurden im Hinblick auf ihre Verwendung als transparente Elektrode für elektrooptische Bauelemente aus BaTiO3 charakterisiert. Das Wachstumsverhalten von BaTiO3 auf ZnO wurde untersucht und es wurden Herstellungsparamter ermittelt, die es ermöglichen, gut texturierte BaTiO3-Schichten in (001)- oder (111)-Richtung auf ZnO zu wachsen. Die Doppelbrechung von dünnen BaTiO3-Schichten konnte durch die Verwendung geeigneter Substrate so weit erhöht werden, dass sie den Wert von BaTiO3-Bulk-Kristallen übertrifft. Economic offences are studied with the application of the comparative legal method. The authors provide a classification of economic offences and analyze the related international legislation. They come to the conclusion that economic offences can be partly caused by the fact that the legal system contains false values. In the meantime, they represent an extreme, illegal and negative form of conflict resolution. To a large extent, economic offences result from a high level of conflict that the economic relations contain.
