The study on the influence of sharing-knowledge behaviour is often linked with the ability of innovation, sustainability, and performance. This paper, using literature review approach tries to reveal the relation between sharing-knowledge behaviour and flourishing inner well-being. The findings of this paper are based on the analysis and interpretation of previous research studies using literature review approach. The result of literature review indicates that research on sharing knowledge behaviour is still limited on the intention to share and some antecedents which affect them. There are few empirical researches that link sharing behaviour and outer variable so it can emerge an integrative sharing knowledge model. This paper is based on literature studies already existed today that can be reached by the writers. So there is possibility that there are some literatures out of the writers reach which are not covered in the analysis. The previous research has not raised the need hierarchy theory where the highest need is self-actualization as the impact of sharing knowledge behaviour. It has motivated this study to explore flourishing inner well-being variables so that it needs to be studied empirically as variables that are influenced by the behaviour of sharing knowledg

    Forecasting with Feedback

Systematically biased forecasts are typically interpreted as evidence of forecasters' irrationality and/or asymmetric loss. In this paper we propose an alternative explanation: when forecasts inform economic policy decisions, and the resulting actions affect the realization of the forecast target itself, forecasts may be optimally biased even under quadratic loss. The result arises in environments in which the forecaster is uncertain about the decision maker's reaction to the forecast, which is presumably the case in most applications. We illustrate the empirical relevance of our theory by reviewing some stylized properties of Green Book inflation forecasts and relating them to the predictions from our model. Our results point out that the presence of policy feedback poses a challenge to traditional tests of forecast rationality

In doing so, the study firstly identifies by name those British and American guests who can be documented as having attended the Summer School as officially enrolled students;secondly, it follows up and evaluates those aspects of the teaching program which had a British or American relevance; and, in the third place, it supplies examples for how the International Summer School advertised itself in the English-speaking countries. The survey is concluded by an analysis of selected contemporaneous views formulated by the representatives of the university and of the Summer School with reference to the past and (then) presence of British/American and Hungarian ties
