Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia jenjang S1 sebanyak 15 orang.
mempunyai nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, maka H0 ditolak. Dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh
model latihan Daily Undulating Periodization (DUP) terhadap peningkatan hipertrofi otot.
This study aims to examine the effect of Daily Undulating Periodization (DUP) on
increasing muscle hypertrophy. The method used in this research is one group pre test - post
test design. The participants in this study were 15 undergraduate students of Universitas
Pendidikan Indonesia. The research was conducted for 8 weeks and treatment was carried out
3 times a week in 24 sessions, which were held at the FPOK Fitness Laboratory. The data were
then analyzed using normality and homogeneity tests and paired sample t-test. The results of
the normality test data analysis for the upperbody pre test (0.149) > 0.05 and for the upperbody
post test (0.100) > 0.05, for the lowerbody pretest (0.279) > 0.05 and for the lowerbody post
test (0.835) > 0.05, it can be concluded that the data obtained is normally distributed. The
results of the data analysis of the upperbody homogeneity test p = 0.822> 0.05 and on the
lowerbody variable p = 0.304> 0.05 which means that the data is homogeneous. The results
of the paired sample t-test analysis of the experimental group that received treatment or action
had a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, so H0 was rejected. It can be concluded that there is
an effect of the Daily Undulating Periodization (DUP) training model on increasing muscle
hypertrophy
Hubungan Antara Burnout Dengan Agresivitas Pada Personil Polri Polda Riau
The National Police of the Republic of Indonesia is certainly expected to be able to prevent and reduce the occurrence of crime and public security disturbances, as well as maintain public order, with the demands that exist in the community and with many domestic problems resulting in burnout for members of the Police and can lead to aggressiveness. In this study, a study is conducted to determine the relationship between burnout and aggressiveness in Polri personnel, especially the Riau Police, with a population of 2863 personnel. This study uses Slovin’s formula. There are minimum 96 samples to reduce deviations, 250 samples are taken as subjects which will be researched. There are 22 items for the burnout scale and 29 items for the scale aggressiveness with normal results. Hypothesis testing in this study is accepted with r=0.624, p < 0.05. The results indicates that the higher the level of burnout behavior, the higher the level of aggressiveness, as well as the lower the lower the level of burnout behavior, the lower the level of aggressiveness. Then, it can be concluded that the data is significant, which is the relationship between burnout with the aggressiveness of the Riau Police personne
Schwanke Engines E-85 Sealed Engine Project
The objective of our project is to test E-85 and observe its potential for racing use in a 5.3-liter spec, engine. We will be testing and researching E-85 using the Minnesota State University Mankato facilities. Our group will be collaborating with local race engine builder Tim Schwanke from Springfield, Minnesota. Mr. Schwanke is on the verge of starting a sealed engine race class at the local dirt tracks. He is trying to make an affordable race class with the use of a sealed, low cost, highly reliable engine. In , addition to saving substantial amounts of money by having -, a sealed engine, Tim is also looking at lower cost fuel , alternatives. One of the fuels that make financial sense is ethanol. Die price of ethanol is usually comparable to normal pump gas, but has the higher octane benefits of \u27 racing fuel.
We will be researching and testing E-85 by comparison with race gasoline and methanol to discover if ethanol will be a feasible alternative to using normal race fuels
