THE INFLUENCE OFF WORK MOTIVATION AND WORK ENVIRONMENT ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT PT. RAVIDA MANDIRI PALEMBANG
The goals off this research was for knowing the influence of work motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT. Ravida Mandiri Palembang. The population in this research was the employee of PT. Ravida Mandiri Palembang, there were 150 employees. Sample was determined by simple technique random sampling, with the respondent were 60 employees. Sampling technique that used were questionnaires and documentary. Data analysis that used were simple regression linier analysis, double regression linier analysis, correlation coefficient, determine correlation, test t and test F. Result of discussion obtained the value of test t for work motivation variable obtained t count 18,177 bigger than t table 1,6716 could concluded that there was influence of work motivation on employee performance, while for work environment variable obtained t count 28,429 bigger then t table 1,6716 so could concluded there was influence of work environment on employee performance . Result of test F together obtained F count 208,832 bigger than F table 3,16 so could concluded there was influence of work motivation and work environment on employee performance
MANAJEMEN PEMBELAJARAN INOVATIF DI ERA DISRUPTIF
Era disrupsi memang memberikan peluang bagi terciptanya penemuan baru, lapangan kerja baru, dan jenis pekerjaan baru yang belum ada sebelumnya, namun pada saat yang sama hal ini merupakan sebuah tantangan yang harus dihadapi agar dapat terus eksis di tengah masyarakat. guru tidak mampu menyesuaikan diri dengan pola pembelajaran jarak jauh yang menggunakan teknologi internet, maka pembelajaran akan sangat sulit dilaksanakan dengan baik Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana pengelolaan pembelajaran inovatif yang seharusnya diterapkan oleh seorang guru di era disruptif. Guru harus mampu meningkatkan produktivitas dan efisiensi pembelajaran dengan melakukan pembaharuan pada teori pedagogi, pendekatan, metodologis, teknik mengajar, alat pembelajaran, proses pembelajaran maupun struktur institusional sehingga dapat mewujudkan pembelajaran yang inovatif. Guru juga hendaknya mampu merencanakan, mengorganisasikan, melaksanakan, dan melakukan pengawasan dalam pembelajaran sehingga dapat dilakukan penyempurnaan pada penggunaan selanjutnya.   Kata kunci: era disruptif, manajemen, pembelajaran inovatif The era of disruption does provide opportunities for the creation of new discoveries, new jobs, and new types of work that did not exist before, but at the same time this is a challenge that must be faced in order to continue to exist in society. teachers are not able to adapt to the pattern of distance learning that uses internet technology, then learning will be very difficult to carry out properly. PERAN PENDIDIKAN DALAM MENCIPTAKAN SDM BERKUALITAS DI ERA DISRUPSI DAN PANDEMI COVID-19
Adanya perubahan kemajuan teknologi yang terjadi begitu massive dan cepat serta terjadinya pandemi covid-19 telah mengubah pola-pola kehidupan masyarakat di berbagai bidang. Dalam bidang pendidikan disrupsi serta pendemi covid-19 telah menciptakan pola-pola baru dan mengubah cara-cara lama dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana peran dunia pendidikan dalam menciptakan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas di era disrupsi dan pandemi covid-19. Pendidikan adalah salah satu faktor penting dalam memenusi kebutuhan sumber daya manusia sesuai kebutuhan pasar di era disrupsi saat ini. Seluruh pelaksana pendidikan harus menumbuhkan growth mindset supaya dapat beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi, sehingga akan terwujud kultur inovatif. REVOLUSI INDUSTRI 4.0 DAN DISRUPSI, TANTANGAN DAN ANCAMAN BAGI PERGURUAN TINGGI
Challenges in the industrial era 4.0 were identified as 1) improvement of information technology security; 2) increasing the reliability and stability of the production machine; 3) improvement of skills; 4) the reluctance of stakeholders to change; and 5) loss of many jobs due to automation. Disruptive changes overthrow the prevailing system until a fundamental change does not have to be ignored. This means that universities are not free from the threat of being disrupted if they do not immediately make changes and adjust their role in the world of education. These challenges and changes, asked college continue to carry out various roles, such education and teaching, development, and dissemination, as a storehouse of knowledge for the community. The Challenge of Higher Education in Indonesia in the era of the Industry refers to the hope of having world-class universities and can survive and develop according to demands in the era of industrial revolution 4.0
PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN KOPER BOLA PADA MATA PELAJARAN PPKN KELAS III SD
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk media pembelajaran koper bola pada mata pelajaran ppkn kelas III SD yang valid dan efektif. Penelitian dan pengembangan ini menggunakan proedur pengembangan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation dan Evaluation. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas III SD Negeri 02 Campang Tiga Ulu dengan jumlah sebanyak. Kriteria kualitas media pembelajaran koper bola yang bisa dilihat dari hasil validasi ahli materi, media dan Bahasa. Hasil kevalidan media berdasarkan validasi ahli materi sebesar 94% dikategorikan sangat valid, validasi ahli media sebesar 92% dikategorikan sangat valid, validasi ahli Bahasa sebesar 92% dikategorikan sangat valid. Lalu penilaian angker dari hasil tes siswa 85,71% dikategorikan sangat efektif. Berdasarkan dari hasil yang telah dipaparkan bahwa media pembelajaran koper bola sangat layak untuk digunakan.

The Role and Effectiveness of Education Administration in Developing Institutions of Higher Education in the Digital Era
Educational administration is a combination of two words – ”administration” and ”Education” – each word has its own meaning and when combined forms a new meaning. The essence of education administration is the application of administrative science in the world of education or coaching and development and control of educational practice business. This research was conducted to see the effectiveness and the role of education administration in the development of educational institutions in the current digital era. The research was conducted in 2020 using a mixed-method (qualitative and quantitative) at one of the Higher Education Institutions in Palembang City, South Sumatra, namely PGRI Palembang University.

TANGGUNG JAWAB TRIDHARMA PERGURUAN TINGGI MENJAWAB KEBUTUHAN MASYARAKAT
Universities carry out the function of tridharma: education and teaching, research, and community service. The three dharma are interrelated, among others, the first dharma (education: theoretical) and second (research: innovation) must concretely support the third dharma (devotion: transformation). The research was conducted not only for the sake of the research itself, credit numbers, promotion, money. In carrying out the research contained an important mission, namely for the benefit of society. That is, the community remains a focus, especially in social research. So, the results and findings of the research must have a "back-flow" to the community. Research must be followed up with community service that is in the interests of the community. Research must have a positive impact on society; the community is not just a respondent. Types of research vary: basic, development, survey, exploration, applicative, and others. Not all results and research findings can be followed up with community service. However, there are also a number of results of research that can be continued to the community service action. Research to produce findings that have empirical truth values can be accounted for. If this is community service, the quality of the community service will also increase, meaning that the impact on the target audience is more efficient. Pendekatan Komitmen Kerja melalui Peran Ganda dan Stress Kerja
The problems faced by private organizations and government agencies, especially in Palembang were about the female employees who have double roles and levels of work stress they face. This is certainly a challenge for every private organization and government agencies in order to improve the quality of organizational commitment through work professionalism. Employees who have multiple roles may have severe problems, they tend to often experience work stress conflicts, because their role as an employee is difficult regardless of the role of housewife. The purpose of this research was to know the conflict of double role and level of work stress to organizational commitment to the household worker. The respondents were a housewife who works in government agencies Public Broadcaster Radio Republic Indonesia Programa 2 South Sumatera. The results of this study indicate that the increase in commitment and professionalism of work due to field work programs for employees who have double roles. Negative effects of job stress must be minimized because it can adversely affect organizational commitment. Employees who have double roles should effectively manage time to minimize work stress as a result of double roles
