Організація професійної підготовки фахівців з фізичної терапії в університетах Данії

The author reveals the peculiarities of the organization of professional training of physical therapy specialists in Danish universities. The strategic goals of teaching Danish education institutions for physiotherapists on the example of the Copenhagen University of Applied Sciences (increasing the number of teachers involved in research; strengthening integration of practice into teaching; stimulation and motivation for continuous learning, practice and study of not only professional literature; taking into account the level of stronger students to continuously increase training requirements; round-the-clock access to knowledge (24/7) within the HEI to provide students with the best resources when it comes to the use of IT and digital solutions in education) are considered. It is clarified that the main competences of a physiotherapist should be management, planning, implementation, evaluation, development and dissemination of physiotherapy practices, as well as coordination of patients and staff of health care facilities in a common creative, innovative and holistic sense of human autonomy and dignity. Розглянуто стратегічні цілі навчання данських навчальних закладів для фізіотерапевтів на прикладі Копенгагенського університету прикладних наук (зростання кількості викладачів, які беруть участь у науково-дослідній роботі; посилення інтеграції практики в навчання; стимуляція та мотивація до постійного навчання, практики й вивчення не лише професійної літератури; урахування рівня більш сильних студентів для постійного підвищення вимог до професійної підготовки; цілодобовий доступ до знань (24/7) в межах ЗВО, щоб дати студентам найкращі ресурси, коли це стосується використання ІТ та цифрових рішень у сфері освіти). З’ясовано, що основними компетентностями фізіотерапевта мають бути управління, планування, здійснювання, оцінювання, розвиток та поширювання практики фізіотерапії, а також координування пацієнтів і персонал закладів охорони здоров’я в спільному творчому, інноваційному та цілісному розумінні по відношенню до людської автономії та гідності.Ключові слова: професійна підготовка, фізична терапія, фахівці з фізичної терапії, університети, Данія.

Креативність у бухгалтерському обліку на етапах формування збалансованості соціально-економічного розвитку (Creativity in accounting at the stage of social-economic development sustainability)

Стаття присвячена креативним підходам в організації інтегрованої системи бухгалтерського обліку. Мета дослідження полягає у визначенні та обґрунтуванні концептуальних засад організації інтегрованої системи бухгалтерського обліку діяльності підприємств. Досліджено практичні підходи застосування креативних підходів в обліку, розкрито принципи забезпечення достовірності та об’єктивності облікової інформації. Обґрунтовано необхідність дотримання принципів бухгалтерського обліку, регламентованих чинними положеннями (стандартами) бухгалтерського обліку, в питаннях модернізації облікової системи із застосуванням креативних підходів. Пропозиції дозволять за умови оптимізації обсягу облікових даних розширити спектр їх інформативності від- повідно до цільових запитів менеджерів. (The article is devoted to creative approaches of the integrated accounting system organization. The purpose of the study is to defi ne and substantiate the conceptual foundations of the integrated accounting system organization at the enterprises. The author studies practical aspects of applying creative approaches to accounting and discloses principles of ensuring accounting information reliability and objectivity. Researcher substantiates the necessity of adhering to the accounting principles regulated by the current Accounting Standards (standards), especially in terms of the accounting system modernization basing on creative approaches. The mentioned proposals upon optimization of the credential data volume will allow, to expand the range of their informativity in accordance with the manager's target requests.

УПРАВЛІНСЬКИЙ АУДИТ ОПЕРАЦІЙНИХ ВИТРАТ ЕНЕРГОПОСТАЧАЛЬНИХ КОМПАНІЙ В УМОВАХ ІНТЕГРОВАНОЇ СИСТЕМИ УПРАВЛІННЯ. (MANAGEMENT AUDIT OF OPERATIONAL COST ENERGY SUPPLY COMPANIES IN THE CONTEXT OF INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.)

У статті узагальнюються та систематизуються погляди вітчизняних та зарубіжних економістів щодо сутності аудиту операційних витрат. Наводиться обґрунтування щодо доцільності проведення управлінського аудиту операційних витрат в енергопостачальних компаніях. (The views of national and foreign economists concerning the essence of audit of the operational costs are summarized and systematized in the article. The justification for carrying out the management audit of the operational costs in energy supply companies is highlighted.

У тезах розглянуто проблему використання існуючих методик викладання англійської мови для формування навичок усного мовлення учнів початкових класів, досліджено методичні принципи методик з урахуванням вікових особливостей молодших школярів. (This work examines the problem of using existing methodologies of teaching English for formation of the primary school students` English speaking skills. The methodical principles of these methodologies have been studied according to the age peculiarities of the young students.

Оновлення судової системи України (Renovation of the judiciary system in Ukraine)

This article deals with the role of the judiciary as a basis for the creation and functioning of the legal state, the state of the justice system in Ukraine and prospects of its further development based on domestic legislation. It outlines the problematic issues of development the institution of the judiciary and ways of their solutions. The Law on amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine related to justice and the Law of Ukraine «On the Judicial System and Status of Judges» is analyzed. The analysis, areas of constitutional modernization in the judicial system, the judiciary and the status of judges are outlined. The author concludes that the constitutional modernization of the legal framework of justice will lead to a substantial revision of the content and essential component of many other constitutional institutes. After the events, which are called «Revolution of dignity» in Ukraine the next stage of the constitutional process began, that was marked by the establishment of the Constitutional Commission, as a special subsidiary body under the President of Ukraine; its goal is to work out coordinated proposals for amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine. According to the author, the reform of the judicial system is intended to facilitate the creation of conditions for the real protection of human and citizen’s rights and freedoms, which is conditioned by systematic, effective and logical interconnection between the judicial, legislative and executive branches of state power

СОЦІАЛЬНА СКЛАДОВА ПІДПРИЄМНИЦЬКОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ ЯК ОБ’ЄКТ ОБЛІКУ. (SOCIAL COMPONENT OF BUSINESS AS OBJECT ACCOUNT.)

Досліджується виконання соціальних програм суб’єктів підприємницької діяльності шляхом формування со- ціальної складової господарського обліку – «соціального обліку». Вивчається потреба у створенні на підприємстві управлінського обліку з провадженням Центрів відповідальності «Соціальні затрати». (The implementation of businesses social programs by forming the social dimension of economic accounting – «social accounting» is investigated. The need for a company to management accounting responsibility centers the proceedings «social costs» is studied.

Організація обліку діяльності суб’єків як синергетичий процес інформаційного забезпечення їх менеджменту (Organization of accounting activities as process their information provision management)

Стаття присвячена організації обліку господарської діяльності вітчизняних суб’єктів. Мета дослідження полягає у визначенні та обґрунтуванні концептуальних засад організації інтегрованої системи господарського обліку діяльності юридичних осіб. Досліджено практичні підходи організації обліку, розкрито принципи гармонізації та уніфікації облікових даних на методологічному, технологічному та управлінському рівнях обліково-налітичного забезпечення результатів фінансово-господарської діяльності. Запропоновано підходи гармонізації методів підсистем обліку. Обґрунтовано доповнення до структури облікової політики суб’єкта в частині адміністративного забезпечення етапів підготовки фінансової звітності. Пропозиції дозволять за умови оптимізації обсягу облікових даних розширити спектр їх інформативності відповідно до цільових запитів менеджерів. (The article is devoted to the organization of accounting of economic activity of domestic entities. The purpose of the study is to identify and justify the conceptual foundations of the organization of an integrated system of economic accounting of legal entities. Practical approaches studied accounting, disclose the principles of harmonization and unification of accounting data on methodological, technological and managerial levels of accounting and analytical support of the results of financial and economic activity. Based approaches harmonization of methods of accounting subsystems. Grounded additions to the structure of the subject’s accounting policy with regard to administration of the stages of preparation of the financial statements. The proposals will allow while optimizing volume credentials extend the range of their information in accordance with the target request to the manager.

Determination Of Amino Acid Composition Of Broсcoli Cabbage Protein

A wide range of fresh fruits and vegetables grown in different geographical areas and represented in International trade networks has changed the consumers' approaches to their choice. The determining criterion of choice is the biological value of plant raw materials, is determined by the content of amino acids, vitamins, mineral elements, β-carotene, which play a significant role in ensuring the functioning of the human body. The chemical composition of fruits and vegetables is highly variable and depends on the type, variety of vegetables, agro climatic conditions of their cultivation, storage characteristics and requires study.The study of the amino acid composition and biological value of the protein of the broccoli varieties of French and Dutch selections, which are regionalized in Ukraine, will determine the most promising varieties in order to provide the population with full-fledged proteins of plant origin.The amino acid composition of the protein of the broccoli Parthenon, Belstar F1, Quinta F1, Monaco F1 is regionalized and suitable for cultivation in different geographical regions of Ukraine. Calculation of the amino acidic score and biological value of the broccoli cabbage protein on which the varieties were ranked.8 indispensable and 8 dispensable amino acids are identified and quantified. It is found that the greatest content of indispensable amino acids is characteristic for cabbage varieties Parthenon (41.95 mg/100 mg protein) and Belstar F1 (42.26 mg/100 mg protein). All the investigated varieties of broccoli cabbage don't differ significantly in this indicator.A high content of glutamic acid (from 16.27 to 18.43 mg/100 mg protein), aspartic acid (from 9.54 to 10.56 mg/100 mg protein), arginine (from 6.02 to 6.90 mg) is found in the dispensable amino acids in broccoli cabbage varieties/100 mg).The calculated amino acid scores show that the broccoli cabbage protein is a valuable source of isoleucine, methionine, phenylalanine and tryptophan. The score of methionine, tryptophan and isoleucine ranges from 165.1 % to 183.1 %; from 121.0 to 156.0 % and from 115.3 to 127.8 % respectively.Species of broccoli cabbage are identified, the protein of which has the highest biological value. The performed calculations confirm that the highest biological value is possessed by the broccoli cabbage protein of Quinta F1 variety (64.2 %). This variety is the most balanced in its amino acid composition compared to other varieties. The biological value of the protein of the varieties of Monaco F1, the Parthenon is different and amounted to 63.2 % and 63.1 %, respectively. The lowest biological value is found for the protein Belstar F1 – 60.5 %.The research results of the amino acid composition and biological value of the broccoli cabbage protein of varieties bred and grown in different countries will contribute to the expansion of the scientific database on the effect of climatic growing conditions on the biological value of the broccoli cabbage protein.The obtained results can also be useful for specialists in the agrarian sector and the fruit and vegetable industry
